Bought the most yummiest ice cream cake here today, the flavors were vanilla,chocolate and fudge crumble in the middle! The girl on the register was super sweet and offered to write a name on a cake for me! Which was pretty awesome because it was getting pretty crowded in there. Definitely recommend coming here when your craving some ice cream or are in need of an awesome cake!

Just ordered the Fathers Day cake past weekend. It tasts really good. The decoration and lettering are beautiful. Thank you, whoever decorated the cake. You did a great job this year.

Very helpful with service! Wasnt sure what kind of ice cream cake to get. So I went Oreo ice cream cake! Everyone said that sells the most. So hopefully it will taste as good as everyone said it was. The price seem a little high $35. 00 only serve 6!! Dont mind paying the price. Unfortunately they dont have dates on them when they were made. So my question was when were they made? Noone could answer that question! Reason why I ask is because I work with food. Everything has to have a date its a must. Health department will shut us down. With all saying girls were very nice . Well the ice cream cake was ok not the best! Was kinda dry normally dont buy iice cream cake. For that reason not knowing how fresh the cake is. Sorry it wasnt the best.

Valentines sundae very good only 5$ special and well worth it. Delicious flavors with marshmallow topping. Yummy!!!!!

The deals are great for sundaes. I like the different flavors and having a new flavor of the month helps with the variety. But the ice cream melts faster than the ice cream from creamery shops. I would suggest adding more heavy cream to improve consistency of texture and reduce melting.

Great service as well as great routine throughout this apedemic. Cant get enough of how pretty their cakes look.

I love BR. It has a great selection, has tasty ice cream, & sells me the just the right quantity at the right price. Service is always good no matter which store i go to.

Friendly staff that does their best to keep the line moving. Pretty good selection of flavors and cakes. Only con is the store is small and narrow. The cashier is near the door so you have to squeeze past people to get to the end of the line.

This location in Castro Valley is smaller than most Baskin Robbins Ive been to,but the young ladies that were working on Thursday September 11th around 2pm are nice and friendly. The location is clean and I had a the original cappuccino blast. Its so yummy 😋. I recommend it without cinnamon. Also the drink for a small one is $2.99 throughout the month of September!!

Great memories. Strangely a local classic. It’s a chain, but also a place that’s been here since the 80’s.

Some of the best ice cream comes out of this shop. i have always been a vanilla man and the vanilla here is top notch, i will continue to come here as long as they continue to produce great ice cream and shakes.

11/1/17 8:01pm just walked in there bought ice cream. 2 girls working. 1 was nice and the other one you could tell she was attending us like if we were beggars. Felt she was racist.
