My husband and I went in to pick up some chemicals and a new filter. We were so lucky to be greeted by Danielle. Her customer service was the best I have had in a while. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is our first hot tub, she answered all of our questions and gave us all of the tips and tricks. We felt so much better leaving the store with confidence that we could take care of our hot tub! We will be back to this store even though it is a little drive from Denver, so that we can work with Danielle again, she is AMAZING!

We bought our spa in Castle Rock. We noticed one of the jets not working and called for service. KOBI V was sent from Fort Collins and he was amazing. He fixed the problem and gave me a tutorial on the spa. He was professional, helpful, thorough, friendly, and encouraging. The quality of these tubs is very questionable, especially for the price. I have had multiple problems with our tub, all of which was under warranty. You still have to pay for a trip charge even when it is under warranty and despite the fact I am 1 mile from the store I bought the tub at. The same valves have gone bad multiple times because they are made of cheap plastic, they get stuck and then they snap. $140 each time... most recently we had the circulation motor go out along with all of the lights on the tub. Many other small things broken with cheap plastic parts but dont have the time to list them all. The most recent two man crew they sent to fix the tub went above and beyond and were amazing. I give them 5 stars, just feel bad they work for a lousy company with such a poor product. I would give the tub 1 star and the crew that works on them 5, not their fault that Aqua Spas are cheaply made and they charge the customer for trip charges.

Absolutely the WORST experience! BUYER BEWARE!!! The ONLY decent experience was the delivery guys. Do not use who they recommend for electrical work either! Way over charged and then when we confronted the company about the price of the electrical work they told us that Aqua Spas set the price, which I dont believe to be true. We did inform Aqua Spas of it and its honestly just been a horrible experience all around. We still do not have the spa fixed correctly and customer service is horrible. Oh and the repair guy also told us he would tell management of all the problems AGAIN so it would get taking care of since we were getting the run around on the phone as well..... NEVER HAPPENED!!!

Recently purchased a Master Spa from Aqua Spas. It was just delivered. We werent able to set it up immediately as we are still waiting on some wiring and hardscape work to be completed. They were completely accomodating and are scheduling another appointment to detail it and set it up! Worked with Courtney in the Fort Collins store and she was great! We cant wait to use our new spa!

My wife and I recently purchased a Twilight series tub from Aqua Spas in in Castle Rock. From our initial inquiring visit, to the day the tub was delivered and installed, we were amazed at the customer service, communication, and courtesy from every employee. Danielle, Mike, and Tristan were phenomenal in-store, and Courtney, Chris, and Leif were outstanding to work with on the delivery side. The tub is amazing; our family uses it multiple times per day and couldnt be happier with our purchase.

My wife and I purchased our spa in July and there were some items missing off of the hot tub we’ve been getting the runaround since then, very poor business we spoke to their Service guy and he told us that he was going to escalate it to the vice president and good thing we weren’t standing by the phone waiting for a call, promised us that he was going to get results and he was going to call us back multiple timesIt is now November and we have not heard one thing from these people will never purchase another tub from them again. When we do get to speak to somebody they act like it’s something that’s brand new that just popped up unbelievable I wouldn’t even buy my chemicals from these guys. The items that we did not receive for our tub where the Bluetooth and the lighting for the outside of the tub and the back lights for the Jets ...... BUYER BEWARE

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We have had our hot tub for less than a year and have had multiple issues arise. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing on your contract because they will take you for granted and promise things they can’t follow through on. They’re completely unorganized and the customer servicing is lacking to say the least.

Martin was a great help when we purchased our tub and with chemicals since installing. We have had our tub since July and the only issue we have had is learning the chemicals. Tub itself is great. Probably my only complaint would be a desire for more cup holders near the seats on the opposite side of the control pad. We use it almost every night!

I had to lower my rating and edit the review since there is still no hope for a resolution to the cosmetic damage to the side panel that it arrived with. After countless phone calls, texts, and emails to many different people for 1.5 yrs since I purchased it, I still cant get anyone to actually help. They all say that it is no trouble to order a new panel and that they will do so, but never do anything. Otherwise the swim spa is really nice.

Our swim spa is great but dealing with the company is horrible. They started the process by delivering the wrong spa. Then when we go the correct one they did not bring all the items with them including stairs. We had to go to the store ourselves and get the stairs off the show floor.We ended up buying the electronic cover which we weren’t told about initially. The guys who cam to install it had no idea. Another guy I think the owner showed up to finish the install which took at told of about 14 hrs that day and was here till 10pm. Not long after that we had a problem with the cover. Well the only guy that works on them took 2 months off. When he returned we were told we have to pay $100 for him to come fix the same problem they had with install. No thank you. We will never recommend this company.

Bought a hot tub at their Fort Collins location and my family and i are very happy with the purchase. It was a very easy buying experience and we shopped around at three other stores as well. Matt showed us the options we had on spas and after listening to my wife and I recommended a spa based on what we asked for. -I felt tossed from sales person to sales person.-I was rushed during the sale, felt like “get um in and out”-I was told to expect $500 on additional electrical wiring...it was double that.-The experience was like a used car dealership.-The customer service person I called was eating and did not offer any solutions to the green water I was experiencing. Was only giving a # to a local 3rd party service company.-I’m seeing I could have gotten a better quality tub elsewhere at a lower price.-the delivery guys were experienced, professional and knowledgeable.

I am hoping my Hot tub will be set up correctly. So far experience has not been good. They set a delivery date told me it would be the first delivery of the day closer to 9am. I agreed that would be perfect then I get a call an hour before noon saying it will be closer to 1pm. All I ask for is communication as I had appointments set up In the afternoon. If they couldn’t do it in the morning tell me so I can plan accordingly. I would have chosen a different day. I’m sure they value their time knowing that time is money. They need to do the same.

He listened to what we were looking for and made what turned out to be a perfect recommendation for us. The delivery and set up could not have been any easier. Today, when I stopped in to the store with a couple of questions, Martin remembered my name and the exact tub we purchased. We bought a spa from here in January 2019. They missed their delivery date by a couple weeks. Then within 3 months of having it the silver looking waterfall features began to rust. We only used and bought the chemicals from Aqua Spas. After many calls to the warranty/service departments they finally sent someone out. They’re replaced those two parts but didn’t replace the hot tub cover which absorbed the rust from the faulty part. Within one month after the correction the exact same rusty marks on the fake metal waterfall spots did it again. We have had many calls and no response from Aqua Spas to correct this issue. This was the worse $15,000 I’ve ever spent. Save yourself and your money and go buy a spa from a more reputable company. I wish google would allow me to upload the pictures for you to see. It’s not a little rush, it’s so much we have to clean the hot tub each use to remove the rust like scum from the inner bowl of the white hot tub.They also didn’t deliver a filter with the hot tub and so I had to drive up to castle rock to pick up the filter. They had me put down a $100 deposit on an electronic cover stating they wouldn’t charge it and only is I called them to move forward. They did charge me and when I called to tell them I didn’t want to buy it the day after I have yet to see the refund.Stay far far away from this company and their tubs

These guys will say and do anything to close a deal with zero intentions of following through. After purchasing a brand new 7.25 Twilight Series Master Spa from one of their tent deals, they delivered a factory defected spa with visibly repaired cracks and casing damage. After working with their order department, it took nearly two months to pick up the defective spa and four months after picking up the old spa to deliver the new spa. I had numerous conversations with Matt about timing and delivery, none of which he ever followed up on. By the time the new spa was delivered, the stereo was missing and the installers drilled holes in the casing in the wrong spot. They promised an on-site repair and installation of the stereo... two months has gone by and it’s been radio silence. Luckily, I had them annotate my delivery contract so they can’t back out of their agreement. In addition, they accidentally used a Spanish contract instead of an English contract, my chemical kit was missing chemicals that they promised to ship to me (never happened), and Matt swore that I requested an additional circulation pump in the second hot tub that I didn’t ask for (funny how he somehow remembered a conversation about a pump from four months prior but forgot to put the entire spa on order). I consider myself to be extremely patient and respectful when it comes to resolving disputes since throwing tantrums or being ugly doesn’t help anyone, but I can’t express enough how frustrated I’ve been with this entire AquaSpa process. My options are to continue wasting my time pestering them, accept that I’ll always have holes in my casing and no stereo, or take them to small claims court; none of which I expected when shaking their smiling hands at the tent sale. If you’re looking for a hassle free spa experience, look elsewhere.

Location pin on Google maps is incorrect. Aqua spas is located on the last-farthest North/west corner of the outlet mall. Google maps shows the pin in the middle. I went in a few days to get my water tested and new filters. The woman that helped me was super helpful even though she was new. She was happy to call her colleagues to get me completely set up. Terrible experience!! Bought a top of the line hot tub that was supposed to have dream lighting and one of the diverter valves is missing or broke . Made notes on the paperwork before the installers left and have called the castle rock and the fort Collins store and no response. Its been over a month. will update if they make it right. My best friend and I each purchased hot tubs. We live in different houses, thus had different installation dates. My Home was first. The installers damaged my pathway which included a retaining wall to avoid use of the easement next to our home. The company promised to repair. Then choose they would on my see nd chemicals for my repair expense. The compact never sent my chemicals.Move forward two months, this company delivers to my best friends house. The cover arm needed more clearance, which necessitated moving the tub slightly. The installers revised too stay to fill the tub, place initial chemicals, and forgot to leave chemicals for care of her tub. About a week later her tub shut off entirely. The company had placed the wrong filters in there own tub. We had to go and purchase 50.00 in extra filters, 100.00 in extra chemicals (since I had to share with my best friend tho keep her tub functional. The wall way was another 250.00 is temporary repairs. My inexpensive tub turned out to be quite expensive with two jets already broken.0000

Horrible customer service. They broke part of our spa (admitted it after I brought it up about 5 times), refused to listen and talked over me when I was trying to explain what I thought the issue was, googled what might be wrong while I was on the phone (I could have done that...that’s why I called!!), and had a repair person out THREE times to fix a simple leak from a bad jet that the repair guy said was an easy fix, if they would have communicated that to him when he was sent out but since they didn’t LISTEN to me, they didn’t have the parts. The only reason he found the leak was reading my note that I left on the spa because I had a sneaking suspicion that the woman on the phone didn’t hear me as she was talking over me. My spa still isn’t fixed, just a plug in the leaking jet, and I will NEVER call them back (for a FOURTH time) to fix it. Even the repair man that came out said they shouldn’t have made that many trips for a simple fix.

I went into Aqua Spa and they were having a sale. The guy said to put a “hold” on the spa I wanted. I asked if I would get it back if it didn’t work out. He said absolutely. It has been 3 1/2 months and 11 calls and the “hold” deposit has not been returned since we decided not to buy. Would really like my money back - NOW!!

TAKE CAUTION! con men. Mike, said was owners son in law talked me into putting $100 down to hold the spa. Big contest going on. Only way to lock down the spa I wanted. 4/22/2018 I did the $100. Today is July 4th. No spa, no $100 returned and multiple messages to mike are not returned. Call store talked to Martin who says is manage. Multiple times said would call me back and didn’t until I threatened to report and call supposed owner/his boss Matt. Multiple times said would have a delivery coordinator call me. None have. I cancelled the supposed order that I suspect never was place by mike. No monies returned. Will be taking further actions but wanted to advise other. STAY AWAY. THERE ARE OTHER SPA COMPANIES WITH BETTER REPUTATIONS.

This place is TERRIBLE. When I didn’t feel like the sales guy was listening to me I should have just left, but instead my husband and I agreed to purchase a hot tub. We were told repeatedly that someone would call us to schedule delivery, and yet the days kept ticking by. I eventually saw the terrible reviews on yelp which I asked if they had corrected and was told absolutely we have many happy customers. I guess those people were lucky enough to actually receive their spa. When we asked for a refund of our deposit we were told no because we had agreed to purchase a hot tub. If you’re never going to call us and schedule delivery you aren’t really holding up your end if the bargain. I’m sorry I lost $100, but I’m relieved I don’t have to deal with these clowns when inevitably the $9500 hot tub I agreed to buy would break down in the future. Steer clear people this place is disorganized and unprofessional.

Not happy with the spa or the service provided. Ive had the Master Spas tub for less than 1 year and have had problems with the ozonator not working and the jet o-rings breaking, and a pillow came apart when I took it off to clean the tub. Fortunately for Master Spas pillows arent covered under the warranty and if you need servicing for your tub, i.e. ozonator help, you have to pay $100 for the service people to drive to your house and fix the warrantied parts but if you want to do it yourself you will void the warranty so you are trapped in paying them when you need a repair which the sales people never clarified when we bought. They said you will get local servicing on your tub but I dont think Fort Collins in local last I checked. These people need to get some common sense and integrity when selling people hot tubs that cost thousands of dollars and cannot be returned.

I didn’t buy my hot tub from AquaSpas in Castlerock, but I’ve been using them exclusively for chemicals and water issues. Staff is excellent, always very helpful, and go the extra mile. I have been happy with my MasterSpa and would recommend purchasing from AquaSpas, without any reservation.

This is the only company in Colorado that sells Master Spas. After a lot of research online, I found these tubs to be some of the highest quality and a great value for the money. I highly recommend Martin and Destry - we are excited about our new hot tub!
