Horrible customer service. I walked in ready to purchase, zero staff acknowledgement despite staff looking at me as I walked in. The next person walked in and was eagerly greeted. I walked through the store and NOT one employee offered to assist or even speak to me (there was one other customer in the store and I counted 3 employees). I walked out because I dont think they wanted my business. I wont be back.

This is a fabulous store with all members of the staff working tirelessly and enthusiastically to help me find what I need for any occasion! Their customer service is excellent. They have a wide range of CABi seasons available, their clothing is fresh and on trend. I love this store and you will too!

I have been a regular customer of Cabi for years. Went in this morning (during Covid) I noticed note on the door that appointments are needed for fitting rooms. I walk in, I’m the only one in the store. I politely ask the woman working if I can make an appointment and she’s says they are booked for today! There was no one there! She was so rude when I questioned her response and turned her back to me. I don’t think I’ll be going back and I love their clothes. FYI, maybe have this appointment info on the outlet website. Very disappointed in such a rude person representing Cabi. Sad!

Only seemed to have jeans in size 16 or size 0. I am neither.

Purchased several outfits from here and one outfit was terrible quality. The shirt and top were falling apart after one wear. Went to exchange and was treated as if I stole the product and purposely ruined it. Then was told if I wanted anything to be done I would need to speak to manager. I asked to speak with her and was told she was off that day and the next. They were rude, uncaring to me as a customer and the clothes were not quality. I will never shop here again because they did not value or trust me as a customer.

I went clothes shopping for my wifes birthday and was very pleased with the help I recieved from the staff. Being a guy and not really knowing what to get, the manager (a tall blonde woman, not sure of her name) took me under her wing and suggested some ideas which were a hit when my wife saw them. Thanks for the help, keep up the great work. A true model for retail businesses!
