Their attention to detail is amazing and they are quick with quotes and correspondence. The shipment arrived ahead of schedule and everything was well packaged. Tom was extremely helpful when we had a plumbing issue with our renovation. His store was under construction and not even open, yet he was overly generous to help us find a solution. He searched across the country for the part we needed. You could tell he was genuinely trying to help us and not just sell us something. We will definitely visit the store once it is open and when we are completing our next project.

I cant express how grateful I am with Michelle! Im having my kitchen remodeled and the sink I had bought from IKEA ended up not working. I needed a sink as soon as possible, as our sink was already taken out for the remodel and everywhere I went, it would take a few weeks to have my sink shipped to me, as they dont keep a lot of sinks in stock. I called Dahl Plumbing and Michelle was not only extremely nice and knowledgeable, she spent so much time finding me a sink and had it delivered the next morning!!! Had a very seamless experience here in buying a sink and faucet for my kitchen remodel. I price checked a few places and they had the best price on what I wanted and they provided excellent service. Unfortunately our countertop installer did not put in the sink correctly, but Tom was very responsive in the matter and knew the installation method that should have been used per the manufacturer, which was useful support in handling the issue with the countertop provider.

Chelsea went above & beyond to help me & continued to follow up! How often does that happen? Highly recommend this shop!

Ive never been so impressed with a business before as I am with Dahl Castle Rock Plumbing and Heating. I called Dahl out of desperation in looking for a replacement part for our Kohler shower. Before I could even finish explaining what the problem was and what I needed; he told me he understood the problem, he knew the two parts I needed and had them in stock. I went to pick them up and they were at the front desk waiting for me. Amazing!! The fact that I would write a review speaks volumes, because I would not normally take the time out to do so! Tom is a great guy and is a great representative of a good company!
