Showed up 5 mins before my eye exam appointment and the doctors and examination staff are not even here. Wasn’t sure I was at the right office. The sweet glasses sales tech wanted to help me but that’s not her job. Very unprofessional. Bad first impression. But once they got here everything was good. Price was good too. Everyone has a bad day sometimes- I’ve been late to work too. Giving the benefit of the doubt. Good experience overall even if at first I was off put.

Really great deals on glasses. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The eye exam was thorough and the doctor took her time to make sure my prescription was correct. They even billed my insurance even though it was out of network. This will be my new go to place for glasses.

I went to For Eyes in Casselberry today to receive my first eye exam since middle school. They were one of the few providers who accepted my insurance, and it was a fantastic visit. Every single staff member there was extremely kind, and thorough in explaining the tests and my results. They made me feel very confident in the prescription they gave me and how it would benefit me. For not knowing what to expect and feeling a little tentative, they were very eager to answer my questions and make me comfortable. Even better upon browsing their glasses selection, which was quite wide, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. They helped me and made me aware of their promotions without making me uncomfortable. I won’t go anywhere else in the future, so thank you to the staff.

My mom went here to get her glasses and was raving about how awesome the optometrist is. Thanks for making my mom happy!

I have been going to For Eyes Optical for over 20 years and have bought over 15-20 pairs of glasses (clear and sunglasses) John is the BEST!!!Now I live in Hilton Head, SC and I still send him my prescription and he takes care of EVERYTHING!Best Price and Best Customer Service 5******!!!!

Those who man the optical store are always willing and able to make adjustments anytime you stop by. However, one of their staff was less than helpful when asking for assistance in choosing a new frame. All other experiences were positive, and I never saw him there again.

I would not recommend this eye center to anyone! Not only did I have to wait over a month to receive my glasses, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional in handling the situation. It’s a shame because the doctor is really good.

My experience at for eyes was amazing! The customer service was out standing. i had never had glasses before and had no idea what the ideal cost or fit consisted of. I went to two different optical stores before hand and left with the felling that i would never find something that works for me. When i walked into this location i was greeted and asked if this was my first time here or if Ive had glasses before. When i replied with no the receptionist went over the different prices styles and brands with me in the friendliest of ways she told me what styles would look best with my face shape and even found me a coupon to use since i didnt have insurance and was a college student. I couldnt thank the employees here enough they were amazing!

I dont understand all the bad reviews this placed helped me with my sons glasses i went to optical outlet before and we where treated like dirt there so i found this place and they where just great no waiting and if you do wait it isnt for long the place was clean and neat up to date equipment and the people where so kind to my son and worked well with him and she made sure his glasses fit correctly and adjusted them to fit his face well and didnt just let us go immediatly she actually helped us.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I purchased a pair of glasses in May and 7 months later I needed to replace one of the lenses. The first time I went back to check the price of the replacement I was given a price. Two weeks later I went back in to replace them, the price jump 150%. In a 15 minute conversation I was given 4 different prices and 4 difference scenarios and they kept around and around. The first gentlemen I spoke to was not even able to tell me the price I paid for lenses back in May. I was pleased with the place when initially purchased glasses but when there is an issue, don’r count on them. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Only has 1 eye Dr. Dont bother coming if you dont have an apt 2 months out.
