Be careful this Publix bakery. I have had issues last two platter orders. I have never had any issues with the other local Publix stores. They either dont call you and substitute items or they call 15 minutes before you are suppose to pick up. I love Publix but will not be using this Publix for my Holiday platter orders.

Been coming here for years! Never freaking again. This place is NASTY! They set up a vaccine area, last week saw them give a vaccine to someone without GLOVES! Then-today I went to buy meat and didn’t notice until at the registered that it had been opened, could tell it was for awhile because the area was hard. The bagger told me he would have them rewrap it, I said no! Ill take another one. So he comes back with the same one rewrapped and told me it was a different one. I called him out on it, and went back myself to grab another one. As I watched the bagger put that one that was opened back on the shelf. So I spoke with this guy who said he was the lead in the department. I told him that needs to be thrown away how many people had touched that meat, and that it is hard air got to it bacteria could grow. He had the nerve to tell me after it is cooked that all the germs will go away. That meat is no good! I went to customer service and spoke to another team lead about this matter. Completely Unacceptable!

Always crowded unless its 7a.m. and then they are stocking the shelves. The employees are very helpful. Publix prices seems to increase every time I visit. They have a great deli and bakery. It is very convenient.

This is my local publix and I love it. Its always well stocked. Nice and spacious and customer service is top notch!

I have to say that I am so happy to call this publix my home ! Not to mention because I’m always there at least twice a week ! I’ve been a resident for 2 years now since I moved from Miami. Everyone at this store is so welcoming and very helpful! They really make sure to give you a great grocery shop experience . Everything is always neat . I always look forward to go to this Publix ! Also shout out to Everton for always being so helpful and sweet ! And Bryan at the deli department for always being so cheerful, jolly, patience and always keeping a smile under that mask ! y’all are appreciated . Hope managers treat their employees and appreciate them as much as I do !

The Staff was very nice and the store and bathrooms were clean. I loved how one of the (I am guessing) was complimenting the employee on a good job.

Very good, cashiers & bag people friendly, professional. Store clean & bright(good), everything in order. Just couldnt find the money tree.

I enjoy shopping at Publix. Its always clean and I can usually find what I am looking for. They have a great selection of vegan and vegetarian foods.

This is not our usual location, today we stop by since we were picking up take out in this plaza. Marty was our cashier and he was the most welcoming-heartwarming person. He was very sweet to the people in front of us and also super attentive and personable with us. In a short interaction he made an excellent impression! We know that working in the service industry can be overwhelming, but Marty was a true pleasure. Marty, keep up the great attitude towards people, your positive attitude make great impact on your customer’s day!

Love Publix but this location for some reason was so busy it reminded me of Walmart. Guess I choose a better time to go next visit.

Staff are always friendly and considerate. Store is always clean and counters stocked. This Publix is my favorite.

Publix is as good a supermarket as any, and maybe a little better than some. Their produce is usually fresh and their choice of groceries is good. But especially, always look for the buy one get one deals.

Was visiting the area went in and got chicken wings and vegetables for a cook out. Is very handy

I pre-order meat and cheese from the deli it’s never ready at the time it’s supposed to be ready. Many times the deli workers have been holding it behind the counter an hour past ready time. I don’t know what they’re doing with it. This is the only Publix that does this.

Went here to get the greatest sub of all time. The chicken finger tender sub tossed and buffalo wing sauce. Absolutely positively the best sub ever. And Publix puts it on sale regularly.

Went in for my flu shot. No charge and they got me in right away.

Just want to share something good. First I too have observed the staff cleaning the carts, wearing masks properly, and helpful to customers. Just around Thanksgiving 2020, I made a purchase and paid with my Debit card.After a few days, while I was reviewing my bank statement, I noticed there was more money charged to my account than the true cost of the purchase. I went back to this Publix and asked to speak with the Supervisor. The staff informed me her name was Mary and she was the Supervisor for the Customers Service Dept. how can she helped me? I began explaining to her, and even before I could have finished my sentence Mary stated, Oh yes, we were hoping for your return to us. We found out there was an error She also had a purchase list that matched my receipt. Mary informed other staff of my arrival, and the refund was given back to me, as well as the charged cost for the few articles I had purchased.It was a lovely way of being genuinely courteous.Thank you Mary. Thank you Publix.

Best place every only problem i ever had was trying to purchase a wedding cake.The hd of the department wasnt there and the one who assisted me wS no help my order once written looked terrible. Noone could make it out noone returned call so order could be confirmed and placed.

This place is comparable to WalMart. Terrible service. Shopping is not a pleasure. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Bad management. Terrible Deli. People cough everywhere and it’s unhygienic and disgusting. They’re also incapable of preparing enough bread for the day. Just an absolute embarrassment for the Publix brand.

Prices were more competitive today, saw them sanitizing the carts, everyone was wearing masks, no rudeness, water fountains closed, over all great experience!

I have never been to a Publix in my life with a slower deli. Every single time I go there are up to 10 people in line, with workers perfectly capable of helping making the subs, and I watch them just watch and walk around doing nothing. It’s the closest Publix to me but makes me not want to go anymore. No other Publix ever has a line like they do in the deli, get more help it’s not that hard!

Staff is usually very helpful and courteous. But wondering where the food is coming from lately. My last visit was the worse so far. So irritating!! Bought 5 bananas and every one was rotten inside. Was just about to make a salad and a new head of lettuce was bad all the way through. Can’t afford to pay these high prices just to toss items into the garbage!

Heaven forbid Publix actually grows a backbone and enforces the ten items or fewer rule. Overrated trash store.

Usually I go on lunch break, never this busy as today. I understand there are cdc guidelines, but during peak hours you need to have more than what looked to be 3 or 4 cashiers, the lines were extremely long. I had to put my food back and leave with no food, due to not having time to wait being at lunch. Could not afford to wait in lines with customers that had whole carts full. When I had only 2 small items and a 30 minute lunch
