For me five star was looking for a table and small rug found what I needed at 75% off its a great day

Sometimes you just have a lucky day. We wanted colorful pottery from Spain and they have the most beautiful variety available. Luckily once we made it to the register we learned they were 50% off and that made us turn around and add the larger one . This is also a good place for lamps. Other retailers like Home Goods have been short of merchandise in that area but once I drove to Old Time Pottery I did find exactly what I wanted. Pricing is relative depending on what you are looking for but overall its a great place to shop.Glad we had such a great bargain day and our patio will look like a Spanish terraza.

Ridiculous return policy. I wanted to return a plant pot, WITH A RECEIPT. It was past 30 days, so they do not accept it. At all. Not even a store credit, which I asked for. This company is so behind the times. Every other store accepts returns, ESPECIALLY with a receipt. I wouldve been happy with a store credit. They just lost a customer.

Old Time Pottery is an awesome store, there’s literally a ton of things to browse through. Anything you need for your house, they have it. Some of their items are expensive but they have lower priced options as well. The As Seen on TV aisle is one of my favorites. My wife and I just picked up this pretty cool clock to hang in our living room. We will definitely return! Highly recommended!!

AWFUL!!!!!! SIMPLY AWFUL!!! Let me just begin by the clearance event. It states summer clearance, pots planters etc. 50-70 percent off which is NOT TRUE. Nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, are of discount. And then, I get to checkout, just to find out the cashier NOR the manager knew how to ring the items. So the total checkout time was 20 MINUTES! I would like to State that this is FALSE ADVERTISING just to get you in the store and RIP YOU OFF. Old time pottery has the WORST customer service EVER!!!!! I will never step foot into this store again. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to let EVERYONE that I know to BOYCOTT Old Time Pottery!!!!!!!!!!! Store #23 AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was specifically shopping for flower pots and was unable to find one!! Everything on the shelves was overpriced in my opinion. Its alot of X6hina made garbage. Half the store was empty of merchandise and unsure how they keep their doors open. I have unsubscribed from their emails and have no reason to return.

Store was well organized. There are a lot of empty shelves, but still plenty of selections to choose from. Staff was very helpful and efficient.

What a great place with all sorts of great items for the home. Lots of kitchen stuff.Dishes, glassware, pots and pans. Placemats, decorative items, linens, some furniture. Lots of seasonal items. Framed art and frames . Crafts. Its absolutely HUGE. Unbelievable selection of affordable Christmas items.

Place is well decorated.I found everythingI need it for the coming Hollydays.

Good store to go to for decently priced craft items. Certain items are pretty good quality and some not so much. Candle holders, crafts, vases, cups, and party items are what I usually come here for. Staff is always helpful and nice.

Very nice place, I found very cool pots and carpets, the place has all kinds of decorations and beautiful furniture, I definitely have to go back soon, I saw some nice patio chairs I want, I highly recommend the Old Time Pottery

Went in just after Christmas, and I am wondering if this location is closing. The stock is greatly reduced, non-existent flower section. Its the first Ive ever seen it so depleted.Pleasant and efficient checkout.Update: I heard from the owner, and they are not closing.

The store is clean and aisles are well spaced, good variety of home deco supplies and outdoor furniture. Prices are not competitive unfortunately. A bit overpriced inventory.

Love this store. Seemed very cleared out (employee said, getting ready for new merchandise). Lamps are a little pricey, otherwise great deals on linens and kitchen wares.

Always find SOMETHING there, even if I wasnt looking for anything in particular. Its maddening😉. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Going again tomorrow to buy something I can re-purpose.

Awesome got what I needed when nobody else had it ...

Had exactly what we were looking for..... sea/beach themed. acrylic dishes! We bought a travel trailer and wanted unbreakable dishes. Perfect and they are beautiful. 🐠

We were there Saturday 6/27 around noon. We needed a bunch of area rugs and they had a great sale going on. We had a whole team of staffers helping us pull rugs from the bottom of their huge stacks. They rolled them up and helped us load our car. So helpful thank you!

Love going to old time pottery. Seems like the price is real good. On the half off things. Got a mango cutter. 1 case Kelly jars plus two cases of quart jars. They have plenty of jelly jars and quarts jars.

This place has a lot of great home decor items. Selection is good. Prices are a little high ( hence the 3 stars)

Got some Christmas shopping done. Cashier was so nice and wrapped my breakables nicely🌲♥️💚

This is just a fun store to me. I always wind up looking at way more than originally intended. I was actually looking for some pots for plants on my deck and even though they have millions, I couldnt seem to find the one. Ill go back again for something else, Im sure. Oh, and the store wasnt that busy so social distancing wasnt an issue.

Called ahead to check stock on an item because we would be driving an hour and a half to get there. They were very helpful over the phone and then held the items we wanted to purchase until we got there. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Service is awful. Roberto, working in the planters and garden center, possesses zero custom service skills. Never spoke or acknowledged me or any customers, a scowl plastered across his rude impudent face, and definitely no greeting. Seemed so unhappy. Needs to be in another line of work. Just terrible.Lots of overpriced merchandise in my view. Great selection, however.

I Love it!!! This store has everything you need to decorate a house or to have a party. Their seasonal items are the best in Orlando for the price. Their art section is also just as great. From dishes to flowers you will find it all at the best prices. So hurry up and go!!

Store was very empty not sure if they are going out of business or not. Found some things for our new home. Some things were way over priced.

Great selection of products. Organized to the best of their ability and much space for merchandise. It would have been a 5 star rating if I didnt have a bad experience at checkout. The cashier was really rude while I was processing my transaction. She talked down on me as if I didnt know what I was doing. Other than that the store is great.

This place is HUGE. Really good prices on a lot of stuff. Anything you can think of, they have. We got some curtains and a hamper for our guest room, every time someone stays with us they say how nice it all looks and we really didnt spend a lot of money to do it. They have fun seasonal items too.

Interior & exterior decor, dishes, eating & serving utensils, food storage containers, small counter top appliances, tons of artificial flowers and much more. Prices are good and on my visit today, I found out this store has a 10% discount for the military. Visit this store and take the time to check out everything, you will be glad you did.

Awesome Store and The Cashier are Awesome

Cant even go to shop there! They dont have motorized scooters for the disabled! They have wheelchairs but how do you shop if you have no one to push you around or the strength to wheel yourself around?

I love this place. They have everything you could imagine at a good cost. The backroom use to be discounted items but they changed it.

Love it. But if you have lines with registers that work could you open more than 2 all the time? And the grumpy girl who likes to ignore people clearly frustrated and her having an attitude out of all the ways she could handle it, she chose useless and rude. Next time Ill get her name :) shes lucky I love this place but only 4 stars for, lines, prices not being marked, messy and cant find help.

Prices are good especially the Clearance items. Make sure you save your receipts for exchange. The company is VERY strick. Im a returning customer. God bless!!!😁

More than things than made of clay. Hit and miss on Quality. Like a big lots but big lots is 110% poor quality, this store has some different selections. Pictures, lamps, many rugs. Like an affordable home goods store. Chimnea was 20 dollars less that two big home improvement stores and was better quality.

Its a wonderful place to shop. You will be inspired just walking through it. Give it a try.
