This place is crazy 😳 expensive and rude. I know someone there that has never missed a payment in 10 years and has bikes chained to the porch. A reasonable place (we own the trailer) to chain them up at 600$ a month for lot rent(!)... She is being told to move the bikes or be fined. There are several other issues with this place which Im not going into detail about. I felt this needed to be said for anyone considering moving here.I have seen the bill and helped pay rent here several times. If anyone needs more info message me AND the owners. Learn from both sources.They also could not postpone a bill once... A single time over 10 years...

Usually they have great costumer service...called to get a question answered and one of the ladys on the answering service was very rude to me. Unfortunately I didnt get her name.
