Great customer service, they had what I needed. Store was clean and organized, the cashier was very polite, professional and helpful I cannot remember her name though. Located in a small shopping center easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Can almost always find what I need. Tool quality is fine for general home use, but not job/commercial applications. That being said, they are great about exchanging tools that break.

Great service and like always great prices, but remember you get what you pay for.

Update- this store had got to have the best crew in the country. I watched a young gentleman HF Supervisor take an add chewing today like no other. The person on the other end of the phone was cursing and yelling loud enough to hear the really colorful stuff. Eff him... Any way this young man Supervisor handled him self more than honorably and professionally. Kudos!!!The staff here is great. I never have issues returning items and Im always asked if I need help with large items. The quality of tools is not the greatest but the great return policy and reasonable cost definitely make up for it. Helpful tip- they like it when you have your coupons preprinted or downloaded to your phone before you get in line to pay.

Staff is very helpful and answered all my questions, I always shop at this Harbor Freight & I have never had any complaints.

The manager was very accommodating over a miscommunication I had with an employee on the phone regarding a toolbox. She went out on a limb to make sure I was taken care of and made my trip worth my time and then some. I’ve spent a lot of money there and will continue to do so! Good store. Great staff.

Always a good place to find tools. The tools they sell here are perfect for home projects. They carry a line of electric tools called Hercules and they are very reliable and compare to the likes of Dewalt and Milwaukee. Staff are always friendly to me at this location as well.

Found exactly what we were looking for at the price advertised.

Had items on display that they didnt have in stock and no idea when they would have item back in stock. Tried to buy the one they had on display and they refused. Why have something on display of you dont have them in stock and no idea if youll have them in stock again. Sounds a bit like false advertising to me just to get you into the store.

Well since Google thinks i was there(havent left my basement) Ill play along, yes we have a harbor freight and they have a lot of harbor freight stuff.

Reasonable and customer friendly

Possibly one of my favourite stores, the staff are always super helpful and willing to go to great lengths for the customer. Always a wide selection of products and I never walk away empty handed. Their return policy is definitely customer focused.

Pretty good selection of tools, I can usually find 95% of what I need there. Staff is helpful but they are always understaffed (2-3 employees that ai can see) and extremely long wait times when waiting to check out and pay. Docking 2 stars because they really do need more employees on hand.

The cashier was helpful. I asked where some items were and she told me where they were at and it was exactly there. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly. I would go back again. Also there is some interesting products by the registers.

Casper location is a great place for most of your needs. Their Pittsburgh brand comes with a lifetime warranty, just bring it back and theyll replace it. No receipt needed. Friendly helpful staff.

Cheap price on a wide variety of tools. So many choices of tools and toys. Some tools are of cheap quality but are still useful in many circumstances.

They held a generator for me so I could travel 3 hours through town to get it. That is customer service! I dont know if all locations do this, but this one does and Im very happy they did.

If youre shopping at a Harbor Freight, you probably know what to expect before you get there. Its a Harbor Freight. The staff is friendly, the restrooms are clean and the inventory is stocked and organized.

Staff is nice, lifetime warranty on hand tools, and good for the weekend home renovater. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, purchase air or power tools for industrial use. If its for work, quit being a tight-ass and invest in yourself. Otherwise, prepare to use your warranty at least monthly

Harbor Freight is a great store the prices are low and some of the things are not of the best quality for for the few bad deals you might get it is worth all the good stuff you will walkout with. The employees are great to work with and the return policy is very good if you need it.
