Waited over three weeks for them to get me a quote and i kept calling for an update on it and they kept telling me i would get it by end of day. Finally once when i called and asked if there was an update on my quote i got cussed out for asking for an update. Extremely unprofessional company I would put a garage door on my back and walk it from Alaska to Cheyenne instead of ever thinking about using this place ever again.

They responded quickly to my door emergency, and had the door fixed in less than 20 minutes. Some wheels came off the track while it was lifted up, and it started to fold in on itself. I cannot recommend them enough!!

These guys are Top-Notch! Prompt, courteous, efficient. They returned my phone call within 2 hours to assess the situation. An appointment was set for the following day and they showed up right on time. Dealt with my garage door issue quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend The Doorman .

The Doorman came and did a great job for an excellent price. He replaced our old door and had a new one in within 2 hrs. Significantly the best in Casper, very highly recommend.

Could not be happier with the service we received from The Doorman, LLC. Our older garage door stopped working (broken spring/gear) and needed repairs. Called The Doorman, LLC and he was at our house first thing the next morning, he had our door fixed and functioning properly an hour and a half later. Great service, honest rates. I am so happy I contacted The Doorman! I emailed them after 5p on Friday and didn’t expect to get a response until Monday. Dave responded to my email on Saturday and said someone would be in touch in the next day or two. Loren called me Sunday morning and, even though it wasn’t an emergency, he came over ON A SUNDAY and had my garage door opener working like a charm in minutes! I didn’t know how badly it was working until Loren fixed it— I cannot recommend them enough!

I had called The Doorman a little after 9am, the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He said that another gentleman by the name of Loren would be getting a hold of me shortly. Not too long after that I was contacted by Loren who was also very pleasant to deal with over the phone. He met me at my house and took very good care of me and was awesome to be around! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and I would have paid him double the amount I was charged for that reason alone. I highly recommend these guys!

Unreliable. Scheduled an install for Tuesday.. No one called no one showed up. I called them Wednesday was told they got behind and would do the install that day... no one called or showed up. Thursday no one called or showed up.

Wow you are a life saver. I called another door company first. After I waited for 4 hours I googled and found you. He was in Glenrock and showed up in 20 minutes. Fixed my problem within 10 minutes. Great fast, friendly and top notch service.

These guys did a great job. I was having trouble with a newly installed garage door at my new home and they were quick to respond. They treated me fair and fixed the door right away. I couldnt ask for better service. They werent the original installers and still made sure to go out of their way to get it right. Loren was great to work with and was even willing to come out in the blizzard.

Thank you Dave!! I just bought this house a few months ago from a person who claims to be a contractor. This person had parts left over from his install of the garage door, parts put on backwards and must not have ever owned a level. I called Dave and set up an appointment to have him come look at this mess of a door expecting to spend 3 to 5 hundred dollars to have them fix it. Dave came today and fixed it for far less than I expected.. Looks great and is working the way it is supposed to.. THANK YOU!!

Rave to The Doorman LLC! They removed our old garage door and installed a new. They arrived on time, completed the job within their estimated time frame and didn’t leave a single piece of scrap behind. Both installers were respectful of our home and did an excellent job of informing us of our new door’s features. Because our house is older and the brick sways in a tad on top the install was a bit tricky but they handled it without issue and hauled away our old door for us. The best part was we got a higher quality door with windows, a new lift and keypad for about $600 less than their competitor!

Pure and total rip off.Iwas told my garage door was unrepairable and it would be a 1000 dollars to replace it,no other way to fix it. Express Overhead Door came over the next day and fixed it for 75 dollars, think twice

We paid for him to fix it and the garage door still kept acting up. He said he thinks it needs to replace a part but that he couldnt guarantee his work. RIP off!

I have a Martin door that has there phone number on it. Called multiple times talk to him multiple times about having a seal put on my garage door to never have them follow through..

Its super pathetic we ordered doors and its been over 5 months that they havent come to put them on.

Called them gave them info they needed to fix a broken spring, they came down to douglas and fixed my door in no time, great service, great guy who did the repairs very happy they will be my go to garage door guys from now on!!!!
