Bathroom is not clean. Many things not stocked. Very busy and more crowded than usual.

Everything I need was there and priced rightThe store was very clean and the cashier was kind and very eager to help. Such a sweet heart. Glad to see the parking lot is being redone.

Found what I needed.Employees were very nice and helpful. It was a good visit.

Very friendly and good service. Great temperature and good ambient music. Lots of sales. Cashier got me signed up for the rewards program and it was a very quick and painless process. She was very good. I enjoy shopping at this Big Lots. Still not excepting Bitcoin but hopefully soon.

Just love how close it is to my home and need to grab something for dinner on the way home from work.

When I went there it was fine no problem finding what we were looking for but when we went to check out the employee bagging our items had dirt all over his hands and wouldnt stop making comments about my daughters mask. I think his name was Justice. Ive definitely had better experiences there than shopping that day. Employees should wash their hands and shouldnt be making fun of childrens masks. Very poor customer service.

Poor customer service. I greeted them when I walked in, only the employee at the register, looked at me then walked the other way, another customer shopping helped me, then at the end of the transaction the lady tells me she would appreciate me giving them 5 stars... Big Lots is a great place to shop for bargains. And it can be a nice place to get household basics and staples too when you just arent in the mood to deal with the hassle and traffic of the local Walmarts.

Great and clean location. For those not familiar with Big Lots, you can get random things at discounted/clearance prices. If youre a world traveler that has gotten accustomed to ethnic foods from abroad, they usually have some international non perishible foods on hand. Some of the merchandise is year round, some seasonal and some things are randomly available for a few weeks and then never again. If you like to explore new products this is also a fun store.

We love our new bed! Price not too bad.

Always kind, always helpful, never show a glimpse of frustration when I barrel through the doors at 3 minutes to closing because I worked late and need dog food. I assume its a pretty great place to work to keep their employees so upbeat and invested;!!

My first visit to Big Lots. Loved what I saw, Id like to spend a few hours to go through the entire store.Its like one of the old fashioned you can buy anything here stores.

Decent quality and decent price. I wish their furniture section offered delivery (even as a paid service would be worth it). Have to remember this is a small store compared to others of its type. There will be times they wont have what you are looking for. Other times they will surprise you. Keep trying. Get on their membership card program to get flyers and sales notices plus extra savings.

They like to hire people who do drugs, when their policy says theyre a drug free workplace. When addressed about it, they do NOTHING and continue to have an employee work for them while using drugs. Definitely lost my business!!! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had the option.
