I’m very upset with Kay’s here in Loveland. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Even after we moved to Wyoming (3.5 hours away). I stood in there for 10 minutes and could see they were “busy.” Three employees for three sets of customers. However in 10 mins of standing at the register not one employee could say, “Hello, I’ll be with you as soon as I can.” Instead 2/3 of them walked right by me multiple times. I literally just walked out the door. Not even a thanks for coming in.

I absolutely loved my experience here! All of the ladies and gentlemen that worked with me helped so much! Especially Sydney that helped me for the mens rings! (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong! :P) But I would highly recommend this place to first time buyers and will visit here again in Casper, WY!!!

The ladies in the store were absolutely amazing!!! They were friendly and so helpful I even looked at rings and found styles I really liked that I would never have thought to try. They were impressively knowledgeable about the different stones, settings and metals. I learned a lot about what makes a sturdy ring. Thank you ladies.

I am giving this store a 2 NOT due to there service I feel the lady that helped me with my purchases was great and amazing and I got great service but I bought my wife a very expensive ring with matching necklace and bracelet and in only 3 days of wearing the ring A diamond has fallen out and has been lost. Now due to weather I have not been able to get back up to Casper to use my warrantee To have it fixed but I am very shocked that a ring from Kay would loose a diamond so quickly, my wife is a stay athome mother and works very hard to keep her family taken care of and it has upset us both that something so expensive would start falling apart with in 3 days of wearing it. I feel for a new ring that this is heart breaking. And unacceptable, these rings are supposed to be inspected And ready for sale not sold with loose diamonds, I understand you have a business to run and sometimes things get missed but to here my wife in tears because a diamond has fallen out is more painful and heartbreaking then you can imagine.

Sydnie at the Kays Jewelers store in the mall is/was amazing! I took my wedding ring in to get checked and found out it had to be sent in for a couple loose diamonds. Ive never had any issues with my ring before so I was really worried... And Sydnie must have seen it on my face. She explained everything very well and was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease instantly. Im not sure how long shes worked there, but she is definitely a professional and an asset to your store!!!! Thank you Sydnie!!!
