After a few mishaps initially, Coles Cabinets 💯 exceeded my expectations. The first vanity they built was far from the product I knew Coles could build, thankfully they agreed and delivered the product that Coles has the reputation of building. Happy I chose them for my vanity, thanks for everyone at Coles for building a beautiful piece.

In Spring of 2018 we started building our home in Cheyenne. Due to timeline requirements, we had to look for a cabinet maker outside of Cheyenne. After getting referrals from a few contractors in Casper, we reached out to Cole Cabinets. At the time, William and Linda Cole were the owners. They were friendly and responsive. Even so, there were plenty of hiccups along the way. Things we told we were getting were not originally in the price, so the estimate was adjusted after I specifically asked. The cabinets were delivered to us in early fall and we move in November 2019. When everything was delivered, the island was painted the wrong color as well, so that had to be repainted. There was clear email communication showing the correct color. During this time, we were never told that the business was in the process of being sold to their children, Jennifer and Sparky. Once we moved into the house, we started having all sorts of issues with the cabinets. Paint was chipping, there was damage to drawer faces, the wood started to bow on some of the doors, there were dents, and wood began to crack and separate on some of our detail pieces. These are all things that you really start to notice when you have good light and may not have seen on initial delivery. I began reaching out to Cole to ask for help on these issues. This is where the frustration really began. Jennifer continually put me off, didnt return phone calls or emails, blames the issues on me the customer. It was really disappointing to see a subcontractor behave in this way. I will say that the office assistant did really attempt to make things right, but seemed to be stopped by Jennifer in the end. My wife and I feel very cheated and it was a mistake to work with them. We had small issues with other subcontractors on our house after we moved in and they were more than willing to make things right. This is just not the case with Cole. I am only writing this review after 9 months of continued attempts to find a solution with them. I would urge you to find another cabinet maker that is willing to provide better customer service and a more quality product. If you have any questions, I am happy to provide pictures of all of the issues we had.

I love working at Cole Cabinets as a designer. I love working with my customers and trying to design what they envision. It is so fun it is to see the cabinets built from the raw material to the beautiful finished product.

Wonderful work! Cole Cabinets remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms. We did a beautiful rustic hickory through out the entire house and they helped me pick out a granite that matched so beautifully. That I couldnt even believe that this was my kitchen! Thank you guys for helping me create the home I have always wanted. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to remodel. Dont waste your money or time! Repeated poor customer service! I need to have the finish on my cabinets fixed in spots where it peeled and chipped. I had to call Cole Cabinets over 10 times to get someone to go look at them. All the guy said was he didnt know how theyd fix it. It was an absolutely terrible finish job done from day 1. You can actually see wipe marks on the cabinet from the rag or brush. I was told theyd get back to me and they have never even attempted. That was over a year ago. I went with custom cabinets because I thought theyd be better. What a joke! The only real wood on them is the face. The rest was pressed wood. And the Granite by Wyoming Granite was cut wrong and you can see burn marks on the granite. Dont buy their B.S. about being new owners. Sparky is the new owner.

I thought they did an excellent job designing, craftsmanship, and installation. It was a great experience and they made it a really fun process.

Amazing work! They put my dream into reality. Jennifer helped us design everything and made our kitchen remodel such a positive experience. If you are planning on doing a remodel anytime soon I highly recommend this company.
