The store is always clean and organized when we go in. I have called a few separate times as well and each employee has known about the items I asked for and if they are in stock. Very knowledgeable and friendly associates.

Lots of party decor. Huge selection of balloons but they were out of the first two choices for the mylar balloon in our bouquet. Friendly and helpful staff.

Party America had good supplies and had what I was looking for. The service was mediocre. Not wow factor, but at the same time, not too terrible. Would recommend for all of your party supplies.

Usually good customer service, but when I ordered balloons, they were careless and unprofessional. They used an # 9 and turned it upsided instead of a #6. Didnt notice until I got them set up on table and the number 6 didnt float right. My 8 yr old finally told me, Mom when you were outside grabbing your wallet I overheard them saying they were going to use a # 9 upside down because they were out of the #6 balloon. When I called to talked to them about it they lied to me and said they told me. I of course was angry that they lied to me on the phone. It was my sons 16th birthday, plus the two balloons were almost 30$. Really?! They couldnt do anything for me. Good job Party America for taking care of the customer! The did not take care of This unsatisfied customer. Make a long story short....I was told they couldnt do anything to help me out as far as exchange for correct balloons or refund my money. Their response was to call the manager out of state to complain!
