Very friendly and helpful. The cookies are good. The texture of the larger cookies are more desirable than the smaller cookies in my opinion. They’ve done several birthday cookies for us and they’ve never disappointed. I’d highly recommend

I had ordered 2 large cookies for a Saturday. My event was moved up and on the day it was moved up they were able to get them done in no time with no complaints. I will use them for sure for my next event.

My husband and I LOVE Eileens Cookies. Nick and Heather have awesome customer service. They are so nice and great people to get to know. Whenever we walk in they know who we are, what cookies we want and how we want them decorated. We feel so welcomed. Its a great feeling. They store is super clean. We wont go anywhere else cookies as Elieens cookies are fresh, soft, awesome tasting, scrumptious and yummy. Thanks Nick and Heather!!

I called to place an order of two dozen of cookies she was kind a little moody and then I had to call back to add a dozen on and she was still upset

One of our contact lens reps brought a box of Eileens cookies for our staff. Well, they didnt last very long! These cookies are awesome! So now, whenever we think we deserve a special treat, we stop by Eileens before work and stock up! Definitely recommended. Five stars for super yumminess!
