We have been Verizon customers for a very long time. We went to this store to upgrade one of our lines and activate a new line. Everything seemed great. Until the new activated phone would not connect to the network. The employees in the store said it would take one hour for it to connect. Five hours later our phone was still not connected. We had to contact Verizon directly as the store would not help us. Verizon online fixed it in minutes. On our next bill there were $500 in additional fees and errors on the account. We spent over an hour getting this corrected. Save yourself money time and frustration by skipping this place. Work with Verizon directly, online. This store did a horrible job of taking care of us.
I was helped by Marisa at the 2nd st Verizon! NEVER has someone been so patient and committed to helping me out as a customer! A span of two whole weeks we had to wait to be able to upgrade to my new phone and the whole time she was there communicating and reassuring me that we would get it figured out! I loved all her help and felt comfortable throughout this entire experience; it being the first time doing it all on my own! So thank you Marisa for that! Also love Verizon as a service for my phone! Havent yet failed me and the Data is just GREAT! Thank you!

We checked in and waited for 65 minutes while DVe and two other employees hung out and wandered around and refused to help us. Other people got checked in after us and were helped before we finally left. Very poor customer service

Verizon has the best cellular reception in Wyoming. However, they make you pay and pay in every way possible for it. They have a fee for everything.This particular store has decent customer service and in a refreshing change for Verizon is usually upfront about how much it will cost you.

Sitting at your store. No sign. Not open. Drove am hour to pick up an order that was confirmed. Its 6:30. Automated system AND customer service indicated 7:00pm closing time.
We are working on my new phones issues. The people there work hard to solve any problems you have with the cell phones. They are also serious about fighting the pandemic. Good job there folks, now if i could just get the 2 phones i have made into 1. Not their fault
We had a great experience in Verizon today! Normally its complete turmoil, but the young man that helped us, John, made it a painless, helpful trip. He had complete knowledge of everything, he answered all questions. Again something that seldom happens. He even had valuable suggestions about what we wanted and needed. Thank you very much John, I hope to utilize your brain on my future trips to Verizon!
After waiting for 40 minutes, I asked the door guard why I was waiting in an empty parking lot. She told me that there are other people in the queue, and while they arent there, she still has to keep the line open for them. This store has been continuously been employing lazy employees who do not want to work. Customer service at this store is non existent.
Poor service. Even when you schedule an appointment. Never again. Will go to Best Buy instead.

Where to begin? Dave and Jordan provided the best experience I have ever had dealing with a mobile store. They were attentive to my needs, answer questions honestly and thoroughly and provided a feeling of genuine interest in assisting me. They took they time and put in the effort to ensure that I did not leave the store without being completely satisfied. I was so impressed with their service that I told them to up sell me on some new products that would better benefit my personal and business life.I initially came in to get a screen protector put on my note 9 as well as my galaxy tab 4 ( which they installed flawlessly). However, after my interaction with the two, I ended up buying a new LTE enabled galaxy watch, upped my data plan and purchased a clip 3 speaker as well.They were not intrusive nor did they try to sell me something I did not want or need. They went on to make me aware of the new products available as well as services and other promotions I may be interested in.Hands down the best experience I have ever had in a mobile phone store
Very rude hussy working the door accosted me about where I parked. Then she was very nasty about the mask thing, I said I can not wear one for a medical issue. She then told me to put one one or leave.I did and will never come back.
I waited for about 15 minutes with only one person ahead of me,finally just walked out. I am going to check out if my phone is compatible with other carriers. I am getting tired of Verizon,been with them for many years. They are getting worse instead of better.

Spent 3hrs On Sunday just trying to add service to apple watches. To make matters worse we had to attempt to entertain two young children during this process. Took 30 seconds for them to get money but yet the watches still don’t work. Was told by one person to come in later this week and talk to Dave. Get there today and Dave makes us wait for another associate. (Still waiting) I wouldn’t think customers should have to block out entire days just to get something so simple achieved. Going on 3 days worth of spending time in store or on the phone. Go to Best Buy
I took my iPhone 10 in today to get an upgrade to an 11. Apparently, they didnt want to take my 10 in for a trade-in because they locked it up so it wouldnt reboot and then removed it from my iCloud account before erasing the content. So Im stuck with a useless 10 and am out the $200 trade-in. And the person helping me was the manager!
I would go to Best Buy instead of here- they usually have better prices and are more helpful and honest. This store mislead me and I felt rushed and pressured by these reps. It felt like they were just trying to get me to buy the most expensive phone, it was annoying. I was impressed with the assistance I received by two of the reps here, Jordan and another, but unfortunately I can’t remember his name. When I decided to go to Best Buy instead I felt much more comfortable, the staff was extremely patient and straightforward.

They make everything harder than it needs to be. It becomes and exercise is frutility to expect the staff at Verizon locations to either be able to help you or for it to not take less than an hour..... And never without an attempt to get you to spend money.
I get treated like a criminal nearly every time I use this store... how hard is it to smile and be polite when servicing customers? The women that work here are great, the guys need to learn some customer service skills...
They were super helpful with our crazy ideas for getting a new plan. They made our switch from AT&T to them the best ever. Plus the new S10+ is pretty cool.
I was pretty shocked that as I was getting rang up that all of these extra charges kept getting added on. Things like an upgrade charge even though it was a new account and an activation fee. The person that rang me up became upset and stopped caring after I refused to get the most expensive phone.
It always gave me the right direction. And I was always on time to meet with my customers to locate their address, to perform my work. Thanks for the help I love technology

A friend waited almost an hour for a s8 plus phone case only to find out Verizon doesnt sell them. Newer phone = No case. But you better believe they have the last 5 generations of iPhone cases for you. Ridiculous visit.

This place has the best customer service and this is why I keep and love Verizon. I ordered a charging cord online for store pickup and Verizon’s internet system was down so when I arrived via Uber to pick up my order it hadn’t hit the system but the sales rep and manger gave me a charger and a block for free and canceled and credited my order. That is above and beyond A+++ customer service because I’m a truck driver and lost my charger and without my phone I’m lost that’s why I keep and love Verizon!!!!Customer for lifeTim Bassett

This man helped me with understanding that process of upgrading my phone online and it did save me 50$. I had to wait an extra 2 days when their warehouses were running slow. They said free overnight shipping(website order) and I still am waiting. I called up to find out whats going on and a gentleman helped me and told me the order did not show up at their store yet and told me to try once more that night and he was helpful! But then I got blindsided by a lady called Cat... Not a great employee and asked my all the questions except my blood type. It was like I came home at 5am smelling like perfume and she was my girlfriend laying in my bed firing off questions.No customer should be treated like this. I totally understand doing things fast but there is mannerisms you must use.
Had a bad experience with the employee we were with. She was very pushy about accessories and got very rude when we told her no. Then when it came to insurance I told her how it was not worth paying $200 out of pocket deductable on a $300 screen replacement when you are paying $12/month. In less than a year you can save that $100 and buy the screen anyway. She got out of control about this to the point that I asked her to stop because I was about to walk out the door. She then said she didnt want to work with us any more and walked away and just left us there. Never in my life has this ever happened to me! Nor have I ever seen it happen in all the years I have worked retail and sales.A young man came to help us for the rest of the transaction. My husband talked to the manager who actually stuck up for her because a customer had broke their screen that morning and yelled at her for it. Not sure how that justifies how I get treated though....
They would not replace a screen protector that was less than two weeks old. I indicated it broke from a sloppy install at a Cincinnati store, but they wouldnt stand behind it. Apparently the protector must be in a condition worthy of being slapped on another phone lol. I must now pay 6 more dollars for shipping from Zagg, and wait. These glass protectors seem to be junk and dont look for help from this Verizon store. Apparently they quit installing them too.

Dealt with Jerrad today. Hes a overweight defensive chump of a fellow whose lack of professionalism is obvious. I asked him how Verizon justifies charging insurance fees for a new phone, and when a claim needs to be filed, they send a refurbished phone as a replacement . In this case, the new phone was 90% payed for, yet Verizon still charged $150.00 deductable, and replaced it with a used phone. Jerrad became flustered and warned me not to attack him. I said Im not attacking you, Im asking a legitimate question about a dubious practice Verizon engages in. Anyway, the whole point is to warn you away from this store, and Verizon wireless in general. Its a horrible company filled with cupcake employees who act a little bit like the ANTIFA crowd. Beware.

I called prior to leaving Riverton to verify they had a specific phone, when told they had the phone I told the agent I was leaving Riverton for Casper and would be there in two hours to buy the phone. I gave him my name and got his so I could work work with him. Upon my arrival I was told they were sold out and didnt have the phone in stock. I was rudly informed I should have told the agent to put it aside. Seriously??? Poor customer service for sure!! They finally said sorry, but sure made it clear that it was my mistake. I went to Cellular Plus, very friendly and they hooked me up. Dont waste your time with the crabby folks at the company store.

The last two visits I had to this store were exercises in futility. First I went to upgrade one of our business lines. I upgraded to an iphone 5, primarily so my employee could use the phone as a wifi hotspot. The service rep set up the phone and then said it was ready. I went to turn on the hotspot and it was not available. When I asked him about it, he said I just had to call Verizon and it would be a two minute deal to hook it up. 3 hours and five phone calls later, it actually worked. The next time I went in, I wanted to upgrade my phone. The store had more employees than customers, but I was told I was third in line and I would have a 20 minute wait time. I told them what phone I had and what phone I wanted. After 45 minutes and about six other people going before me, (when I asked about this, they assured me that the service reps each had specialties, so not everyone could handle the highly specialized process of upgrading a phone line) I finally got to see the person that could handle my unique request, who promptly told me that they didnt have the phone I wanted there and I needed to go through Verizon online. I should also mention that the Verizon store is a couple hours from where I live, although the service rep didnt seem worried about that. I would like to recommend the website, but it too seems incapable of processing simple requests. Perhaps my next review will be of tin cans and string. Theyre probable not as effective, but they might try harder to help their customers.

I waited nearly an hour struggling to file an insurance claim on my sons phone with the info card they gave me and the account info I was told I would need when I called beforehand, only to find out that I cant file a claim because the account isnt in my name. Couldnt we have started with that???
