I had the greatest day here. Kim was absolutely incredible. She was very helpful in helping me pick out a dress. I went to a couple other bridal shops that just stick you in a room and you have to hope for the best getting your dresses on and off yourself. Not here, Kim assisted me with every single dress, putting them on and taking them off, even though she was the only one in the store! She balanced my appointment and other customers with a smile and in a timely manner. I never felt neglected or brushed off. Im having a short notice wedding so I had to buy off the rack, she helped me find the sizes I needed to work with and the perfect dress. I said yes to my dress and I cant wait to wear it. It was even heavily discounted! They also offer a list of choices for a seamstress, saving you some work. I will absolutely shop here again and recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress or tux.

My fiance and I decided on a spontaneous wedding date, less than a month away. I went into LaNeige and worked with Amber. I got there 30 minutes before closing time with my mom and sister. Amber did not hesitate to let me take my time, even after I offered to hurry and get out of there. She did not rush me, she was helpful, and honest with her own opinions when I asked for her input ! Incredibly welcoming and made the experience such a good one !! Thank you, Amber ! ♡

Kim was absolutely awesome! I originally purchased a tux online outright but it didnt fit. I didnt have a whole lot of time to waste with shipping the one I had back then getting the other one from the East coast... and being that I am losing weight, alterations, dry cleaning, etc., it wasnt making any sense for the situation at hand. Despite all that, Kim had no problem taking my measurements and gave wonderful advice along the way. I ended up renting from LaNeige instead because of the outstanding service, and it just fits for my current situation even though my original intent was to own a tux. I want to give a shout out to Maegan too for being extremely helpful! Not only did she run upstairs to check on some cuff links but also gave some good advice on which set of cuff links would look best. Thank you ladies for giving me peace of mind and I would have absolutely no problem in coming back.

My daughter had her appointment yesterday. She and her Step-Mom, Aunt, cousin and Dear friend drove nearly four hours to get there. Upon arrival the sales lady told them to wait and then were let inside without so much as a welcome, beverage offering or even directions to the restrooms. My daughter was hurried through trying on the few dresses she had asked about over the phone and then when she was asking about additional dresses to try on and about bridesmaid dresses was treated as though she was putting the sales lady out. My daughter was really looking forward to the whole, Yes, to the Dress experience but this was a huge disappointment to leave the shop feeling like Vivienne in Pretty Woman. We will buy the dress elsewhere.

I drove 5 hours to meet my best friend and maid of honor in Casper, WY. She suggested we go to Laneige to pick out my wedding dress. We met with Kim and she helped me narrow down styles when I had no idea what I initially wanted. She was kind, patient, and helpful, as well as her assistant Megan. I went into this appointment not expecting to find “the one”. Low and behold Kim was able to find my wedding dress! I bought it that day! My experience was so wonderful I’m helping another friend get her dress in the Idaho Falls location. I’m sure the staff there is just as great! Thank you so much for all your help Kim. 10/10 experience!

The ladies here were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable, even when my choices were non traditional! I highly recommend this place for a great and fun experience finding any dress, especially for your big day!

I walked in at 4 pm on a Saturday without an appointment after having a not so pleasant experience elsewhere. I was looking for a dress off the shelf for under $1000 for my wedding and the girls in here were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They didn’t turn their nose up because I didn’t want to spend thousands on a dress, they pointed me in the direction of a rack of discounted styles and wouldn’t you know, I found my dress and can not wait to wear it on my wedding day! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped me but I truly appreciated their service because after the first experience at the other shop I just wanted to go home.

We came up from Sterling Colorado to look for my step daughter dress for my wedding and needed up not only finding one perfect for her but a wedding dress perfect for me. KIM was amazing, we walked in without and appointment and she gladly help us with my daughter dresses and dropped everything to help me try on dress when I found one I loved!

This is a great place! Kim was extremely helpful and provided suit measurements free of charge. We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience through Laneige Bridal they helped me pick the perfect dress and accessories and even help me find a beautiful mother of the bride dress. Even when we hit a bump in the road they made it right, right away! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I have gone in to this shop for two separate occasions: one was to shop for a gown for an opera performance, and the other was to rent a tux for my boyfriend for the Butterfly Ball. While a gown was purchased elsewhere (due to sizes available in the short amount of time before the event), I am very, very impressed with the care each stylist gives to their customers and look forward to coming in again in the future. The staff was very nice and helpful. We ended up finding a beautiful dress. They werent pushy. The only problem was how warm the store was.

These women are so beyond helpful and kind! They stay within your budget limits and dont pressure you to spend more for a dress you didnt love. I recommend Laneige over any other bridal shop here in Casper! Absolutely the best!

Went in to look at dressed today. The only interaction between me and the lady there was a hi, as she sat there on her phone. I will not be going back there. Found a beautiful dress that I was willing to pay 2500$ for but after not being helped I walked out.

Best bridal shop in town.

This store is my favorite bridal store. They had so many dresses to choose from. Doesnt matter if you want a ball gown or a simple lace gown or what size you are they have a dress for you. I walked in just to look for a dress and walked out with a dress of my dreams from Essence of Australia designer. The ladies that work her are very helpful and so much fun to work with. So if you are planning a wedding go check out this store you will not regret it. Tell Kaylene, Paula sent you!!

I lived out of town and came to Casper to look at a few bridal shops. As soon as I walked into Laneige Bridal, there was absolutely no comparison to the beautiful quality of all of the dresses. I was greeted at the door by Kayleene, who had amazing customer service! She listened to what I had in mind, what my style was, and my wedding colors/theme. She did such a great job that I fell in love with the first dress I tried on! If you are looking for the best customer service in town and the most beautiful dresses, this is the place to go. I absolutely loved my experience at Laneige Bridal!

Harts by Laneige has some of the most beautiful bridal gowns I have ever seen! Theyve moved to a beautiful new store at the Atrium. Stormie was so wonderful today! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dress for their wedding. And the tuxes and bridesmaids dresses are great too.

I have had nothing short of a pleasurable experience in here.... a nice selection of dresses as well as dress in bigger sizes for brides who need them makes for a better shopping experience. Not many stores believe in big girl sizes they think all brides r toothpicks

I wish I could put no stars! I bought a dress for a cruise I was going to go on in January. Due to some personal reasons, I no longer needed the dress. I went in to return the dress and was told that I could use my $178.00 for in-store credit. I would never use in-store credit. I just wanted the money returned to my credit card. After speaking to two different women who insisted that that was their policy, they decided it was time to speak to me like I was not on their level. I was told that on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that returns would be given store credit. Yes, the purchase agreement does say that. However, I was never asked to fill one out or sign one. The return policy is not on the website, receipt or posted anywhere in the store. I was told that Albertsons doesnt require everyone to fill out a purchase form.... We are as busy as they are. WHAT are you crazy???? The women in the store gave me a phone number for the owner. Turns out the number was for another store. Not the owners number. The lady on the phone, at the other store, gave me the owners cell phone number. I was told by the women in the Casper store that the owner could not be reached because she was skiing in Montana. Well, I called her anyway. Amazingly enough, she answered the phone. Deb, the owner, was extremely professional and nice. She asked if the dress had been worn. I told her it never even left the bag that it was put in when I bought it. She then asked to speak to the rude women in the store. Interestingly, they were then able to give me a full refund! They were so unprofessional and rude. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

AMAZING staff and product! Custom gowns and new tuxes for MUCH less than other stores in town. NEW manager has made this place amazing! Nothing like the old business.

Laneige is the best place in Casper to shop for a wedding dress. I stopped here first on a Saturday and went to two other places afterwards. Nothing compared to the customer service here. Kaylene and Amber helped me find the most amazing dress and they were absolutely the most professional people I dealt with all day. Above and beyond. Thank you girls :)

This place is SO expensive compared to other places in town for the same exact dresses. Way overpriced, and not a very welcoming shopping environment. I️ will not ever consider purchasing my wedding dress here.

I had a great experience trying on dresses this summer! Not only did they have a beautiful selection of dresses, but the customer service from Kaylene was wonderful! Theyalsonstayed open late for my dress appointment because I couldnt make it in during store hours. I am so pleased with their service and would highly recommend directing your business their way!

I was attending a bridal event for another bridal store in town and when I left there was a flyer on my car from this bridal store. It was unprofessional and desperate. If you want to advertise for your business, please find a more suitable way to do it.
