The staff are very kind and courteous. They really take the time to help you. They dont push anything on you like other businesses in the same industry.

This will be the second sleep number my wife and have purchased fist was an I8 the new is an I10 king. No better bed made.

Good place to buy a bed. Had a 20 year old bed and it needed to be replace. Went in to see what they had to offer. Matt the sales man went through the sales pitch and did did a good job. I did buy a bed and so far we have not regretted it. We sleep better then I can remember from the old bed! Good people to work with!

Rant sleep number here in Casper. We were told we could return our whole bed set if we didnt like it within so many days come to find out our frame couldnt be returned. They never stated to us it couldnt be returned. They told us we had so many days to return it so we called within those said days and tried to return it because we ended up not liking the bed it. They told us we couldnt return it and that they made sure that we knew that when we were signing. They never told us anything like that and now we are stuck with a bed frame we deffently do not like and a bill around 5,000. There was also another couple the same night and time we got our bed who got told the very same thing we were told WE COULD RETURN IT IF WE DIDNT LIKE IT. Also please read your terms before you sign dont let them rush signing the contract.
