Glass doctor is wonderful. Quality work from great people, Ive heard lots of great things since the new crew and new manager took over, so I used them and was very happy. Much better than Decker, the last time i was in that establishment I heard the N word more times than I could count, and homophobic slurs coconstantly. SO glad to know the people that worked on my car this time arent awful people. Thanks for being the best, Glass Doctor!

Had my windshield ordered and installed within 48 hours of getting the lowest quote in town. Great customer service, from the first point of contact with the gentleman who called me on a Sunday to give me a quote, to the men at the counter who not only fixed my windshield but talk me step by step with the directions to there front door. Thank you guys for a wonderful job all the way around. I will be using The Glass Doctor and will refer everyone I know to them as well.

The staff is great. Prices are very competitive and the wait time is less than other glass shops.

I called to have them at least cover my broken window in my home until they can get glass. Told them i have a baby and its cold. They said they would update me and have someone over. $345 just to have them show up! But they never did!!!! I waited for like 3 or 4 hours, called again. The recepcionist said someone would call me in a few minutes to let me know when they can be here. Ive waited all day and NO RESPONSE. Now my whole day is gone and i have a broken window in my house on a Saturday. What a joke.

I worked for them for a month or so I got my first check just fine. My second check I went in to get it and they didn’t have it.. (the new boss is very disrespectful) they told me they didn’t know if I worked so they finally get me my check two days later . Today this is what I get in the mail.How does a company give someone a bad check?

I called them with a off the wall project involving glass and they came through by sharing their knowledge of glass applications even though I didnt want to hear the bad news. They were upfront on every phone call I made to them. Thanks!

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would! I scheduled for a quote and nobody showed up so I called and asked about it and was rescheduled and once again NOBODY SHOWED UP! I called 15 minutes later and was told Id get a call back. I received a call and was told itd be another hour before they could get here. NOBODY SHOWED UP OR CALLED FOR THE 3RD RESCHEDULE!! I tried to call back 20 minutes after my appointment and there wasnt even an answer.

Did a fast job of fixing a couple of chips and they were so friendly and efficient!

I think it was the place that said free chip repair and I get there and they wont glue it just wanted me to get a new windshield I dont think so

Called for a quote. Quote was higher than anybody else in town, and when I expressed this to the receptionist, she was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked for manager and the person answering the phone was very evasive about the manager and when he/she would be working. If their customer service includes hanging up on potential customers, then I wouldn’t recommend trusting the quality of their work.

Glass Doctor answered the phone promptly when we called inquiring about a window replacement. Our car had been vandalized and we needed to have the broken window replaced as soon as possible. They ordered the window and made our appointment. We had it replaced quickly and the price was the lowest quoted of several places that we called. The receptionist was very friendly and there was a comfortable area to wait. My only complaint would be that the shattered glass was not cleaned from inside the door so every time we shut it, the glass rattles around. I would have thought that while the panel was off that this would be something that could have been done for us. But we will use Glass Dr again for our auto glass needs. I plan to take my daughters car there to have the wind shield replaced.
