My husband William and I went in today to see what we could do about trading our van in. The salesman didnt give us his name and never asked for ours. (It was the Ford Windstar he asked you about). Acted like he wasnt interested in helping us or taking the trade in and recommended a vehicle that wouldnt have worked for us at all and would have been incredibly hard to finance. We will be going elsewhere as first impressions are everything.

Not friendly at all

We’ve purchased a few vehicles from 307 Motors. Just picked up a Nissan and it’s incredible. It’s always been a great experience from start to finish with each vehicle. Will absolutely be purchasing my vehicles from Mitch in the future.

Does not know customer service. I was dealing with Mitch via email about a vehicle he told me he would notify me when they got it back from being inspected. I told him I would be by the day after it was supposedly expected back. I filled out the credit app online just to find out he sold it. I feel so disregarded and like if I would had proceeded and had issues they wouldnt have been addressed. As a customer service professional in sales myself I find it very poor work ethics.
