I took in my vehicle that I have owned a month that got a small ding on a side panel. Asked what it would take to fix. Ken Olson pulled it in, popped it out, and sent me on my way free of charge!I have had them work on other vehicles of mine and have always been impressed. I would highly recommend Olson to anyone; their timeliness, professionalism and quality is as good as it comes!

This place is amazing! They got our jeep fixed, cleaned the inside, and even left some complimentary glass cleaner!!! Great business!!! :) Our light is brand new, and you cant even tell that there was a hole in the metal!!!

They did a very good job on fixing what needed fixed. However I had no damage to my truck bed and when my family picked up my truck when I was gone for training. There was a dent in the rear fender of my truck and there was nothing they would do or even look into to see what happened. My fault for not taking pictures of my truck bed when we dropped it off so there was proof that was no damage. Second they replaced my truck emblem that wasn’t damaged. Before it was black now it’s the basic Chevy symbol.

My vehicle was damaged quite heavily in a weather related collision. Grace in the main office was very professional and worked with my Insurance company to get the estimate worked up and the work completed in a timely manner. When my vehicle was completed I found that they had done an excellent job. I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the professional job they did in taking care of me and my concerns. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

By far the best body shop I have ever been to. The people are kind and helpful. They do amazing work and they pay attention to detail. I will recommend these good people to everyone in the entire state of Wyoming. They truly go out of their way to accommodate you in every aspect of repair. They are always in constant contact with you, letting you know exactly what is going on with your car. So a huge thank you to all of them here!

I was trying to get a fender replaced and two very small dents pulled out thats all I was asking for the guy wouldnt even give me a quote all he wanted to know was my budget on it I told him money is not the issue he said they only do collision work for insurance, ...very difficult to work with ... I left without a quote and will never use them for anything again, I actually had 4 vehicles i needed work done on, not alot of work on them just small pointless dent repair but I was willing to pay for the job to be done right, so I took two cars to colorado to be repaired, cant help a small town out if there to hi on the horse, ill never drive in that lot again and I hope they go out of business so someone who wants to make money can take over, we cant make America great again with businesses like Olsons collision center, not wanting to work toMy opinion i think the customer service is junk and they would be a huge hassle to work with if nothing else they did me a favor

These guys are a rip off. They totally overcharged me and didnt let me know the price ahead of time when I had asked. All I needed was a rusted bolt removed to change a license plate and they charged me $63 for under an hours worth of labor. Bad business model, save your money and go somewhere else. I do not recommend and will not return.

They did an amazing job on my SUV! Staff was friendly and informative. They got a 2 week job done in 5 days to get me on the road to get back home on time! My SUV looks absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend for anyone that needs body work done.

Great service and great group of people there. Job took a lilttle longer then expected, but they found hidden damages that could not be seen till they tore it down. Quality work, and my truck looks great. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

My husband and I ended up having both our trucks in there within a 6months time span and I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else in town. They helped us go through the insurance process as we had never made a claim before. They explained my options to me and even had my truck done before their estimated time frame! Poor customer service and theirunwillingness to respond to a customers request for answers to a claim in a timely fashion. Its has been 8 weeks and still do no have an answer to my claim questions. Olsen claimed the car was working fine during their test drive and they refused to even ride in the car to listen to the noises the car was making when I returned the car. In the end I was forced to take the car to another shop to repair the damage. I will never reference this shop to anyone needing body work. 😡👎

Did a great job on my wifes 4 runner, had it back quicker than the insurance company promised and they found more damage. Great experience for the inconvenience of an accident.

I had problems with the obviously poor quality work. I was told to pay for the work done to my truck or they would lock it in their yard until I did. Scratched paint, broke coolant lines, etc. There are FAR better places in Casper to have your vehicle repaired.

I would give zero starts if Google let me! I brought my cousins motorcycle here as directed by Statefarm (they are State Farm preferred) and was told they would not even write an estimate for me because its obvious its totaled they are not going to work on it and they will just loose money and time. While I do understand there time they put into estimates, they also have a contract/partnership with statefarm to be preferred and receive lots of $ and referrals from State Farm . My cousin is out of the country serving the USA in the army and they refused to help me or him. Do not take your claims or money here!!!! I was talking with the owner and he did not care at all! My local Statefarm agent even talked to him and he still refused to write a quote cause it takes to much time! Bad customer service and what seems like shady business practices to me! My State Farm agent will never refer to Olsen again and I will file a corporate complaint with Statefarm and send anyone far from Olsen! (*To owners response, no it was not a different situation BOTH bikes were totaled this review had nothing to do with my bike this had to do with a family memer who is actively serving and was directed to have the bike brought to you by Statefarm. Sadly you dont understand how claims are processed thru Statefarm and their preferred shops. While I do understand the data base but why are you registered as a preferred shop then? You also receive tons of referrals and business directed towards you just due to this.. I will continue to refer people away from your shop you obviously have no idea of customer service and I have seen many of your repairs that have left your shop so I am very aware of the bad work that leaves your shop. Also my Statefarm agent is not new and has been in the industry for years.
