I am currently at Best Buy purchasing a new refrigerator after mine has started failing. I havent researched appliances for quite awhile and decided to call Appliance Pros to see if they worked on Samsung refrigerators after the Best Buy associate said there wasnt any Samsung repair persons in Casper. They proceeded to tell me the issues with Samsung, LG, Whirlpool and information on repair issues with these brands. The gentleman proceeded to give me valuable information and insight into different brands and models without expecting me to purchase anything from him. This was very impressive considering the situation. I cant say enough good things about this businesses customer service!
