Exceptional experience! I went in moments before closing time on Friday expecting another disappointing turn down on getting Argon welding gas. Much to my surprise I was greeted with a world-class customer experience. Ben, the agent working the store took the time to understand my needs, offer options, and then let my decide course of action with no pressure! As I was leaving I asked about electrode price for my stick and not only was he eager to help he was able to get me s competitors price!As long as they are employing a culture of Bens this store has won my patronage for life. Thank you Ben!

This is a top notch, reputable company. I do business with several Praxair stores and they have all been excellent. As to the customer who left his regulator: Just how long to you expect a company to use shelf space on an abandoned part. They didnt tell you? You didnt know? How much did they sell it for? None of this matters. User error.

I took a pressure regulator to be calibrated, used to reduce the the pressure of compressed CO2 to spray pesticides in the field. I dropped sometime in summer, went back early fall. The guy there said Sorry we sold it! We leave couple of messages, but if you dont show by 90 days, which I didnt, we will sell it. I said Are you serious. He said Yes, I am, I dont know what to tell you. Sad part was this was the first time I was there for doing anything in the store. Secondly the guy never warned me. I would have gone back to collect, had I known about the 90 day hold notice. Question: How much did he sell it? Was it for the exact amount that the business had to pay for calibration? God knows! Be warned!
