Item in stock, easy transaction. That said, I used to be a better customer, but GNC isnt as affordable as it used to be. Today they offered me a buy 3 get 1 free special. I passed. It used to be, buy 1 and get the second for 1/2 price, apparently those days are gone forever. Too bad.

I am glad this store is still open in town. I grab my monthly supplements from there just help keep it open rather than getting them in the valley. The valley is more convenient as other options available and nearr work. I do not care for the sales pitch environment. I have not ran into the older gentleman who rambled off alot of information and tried to push products on you. Maybe he is no longer there but that is the reason why I stopped going there for years because of him. Seemed to be there all the time.

Nice staff. True, They Could gave been better stalked for sale, but I have seen worse things happen in life, the customers that were complaining needed to get a life. I think the customer service was very good.

I have been a customer of GNC for years, and in many places. However, the man who manages the store at the Promenade at Casa Grande is the most abrasive and overbearing sales person that I have encountered in a long time.GNC products have always been exceptional in my experience. However they missed the boat when this guy acquired the franchise .

I shop online for supplements due to the fact that i hate being talked into buying the store brand items. It seems like you go in to buy something like pre workout and only gnc brands seem to be the best. The prices are also cheaper online for alot of the same brands, but i go every now and then for the convenience

They carry supplements you could only otherwise find online. Knowledgable staff.

I asked the gentleman for help, he gave me what I asked for oh, he also said if it doesnt work for you you can bring it back, I didnt need to because it worked thank God and thank you for the gentleman that helps me great customer service!
