Super quick response. He squeezed me in between two other appointments and was done in about 30 minutes replacing the tensions springs. Even brought me out to the garage to make sure I knew how to do general maintenance on the garage door to prevent any other issues. I will recommend this company to everyone!

I called and spoke to Carl on a Monday at about 9:00am and he was at my house within 1 hour! I only needed routine maintenance on my garage door. He looked everything over and said that our operator was failing but it might last a while longer. He suggested that we wait until it fails completely, then replace it. I was impressed with his honesty and his fee ($85) for the service call was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Casa Grande Garage Doors!

My garage door broke about 9:30 at night leaving my car stuck inside as I am older and unable to raise the door manually. I called CGGD expecting an answering machine, but to my surprise someone answered the phone.I asked if this was Casa Grande Garage Door and was told not at this time of night its not! So I will simply say it wont be during the day either because I called someone else and got scheduled for the next morning.This was the rudest customer service ever experienced. Will not recommend to anyone!
