When arriving immediately greeted and ask what I needed. Gave my wife and I enough time to select the rock style. Gave us an estimated time and arrived earlier then expected which was great. We received a phone call confirming order details and letting us know it was on its way. Truck driver confirm order, size and style and asked where exactly I would like it to make the job easier. Good service and on time delivery. Our landscapers majorly overestimated how many pavers we would need so we were able to return a lot. Its been 11 days and were still waiting on a refund. Every time we call were just told they are waiting on a response from corporate.

I came for a pallet of pavers to branch at :25911 s Arizona Ave. After a long waiting I complaint with management one guy came out of the office trying to help to load my pavers but he couldn’t either, you pioneer don’t provide them with the tools they need, at the end I was close to get into a fight with a different guy that didn’t like my attitude he was right I was desperate, I hope to use your stores the least possible .

Bought a half dozen flag stone pieces, their scale said 440lbs, when I got home I weighed them again my scale said 102lbs, I feel totally ripped.Update: Thanks for addressing this issue. Your professional and customer oriented is greatly appreciated. Have updated the rating form one star to five.

The yard itself Is great, lots of materials, very good prices, but the sales or person who runs the store has got a major chip on his shoulder, I get it we all have bad days, but do not take it out on customers who are only going to purchase items, I went 2 times, same guy, same attitude, you win Im looking elsewhere for building materials

Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are clueless as to what you need like I was, theyll walk you through the options available to help you decide which is best. Prices are extremely low and if you cant fit the load in your vehicle, they do deliver for cheap too!

They have a very good selection of gravel, pavers and artificial turf and very good prices. The service is very good and they help you to figure out what and how much you to complete the project you are working on, try them you will not regret it.

My husband bought pavers from here, junior was very helpful, and patient. He helped us figure out how many we needed.

Requested quotes several times over the years for DG, topsoil and fill dirt and always extremely expensive. I always end up getting material elsewhere. Just tried again today and got a price for fill dirt that is double the price per ton in comparison to the two other quotes I have. Delivery from these guys is 1/2 mile and my other two quotes are 5-15 miles away, so its not a trucking cost difference.
