Excellent joint for a drink - cold/hot after a long travel! The staff were very courteous. It is neither too busy or not too slow at the place. They also have a warm ambience atmosphere inside the shop. Definitely would visit again when in the area.Both the restrooms were well maintained. This location requires customers to mask up and maintain social distancing.

Workers are aggressively loud when making drinks. Got a headache while dining from all the banging and yelling.

Hubby needed some coffee so just did a quick drive through. No issues and the line moved quicker than expected.

Last thing I expected when asking to have my beans ground for a French press was attitude and a lecture. My last purchase was ground too fine leaving way to much sludge in the cup and I simply wanted a courser grind. So Ms. Attitude grinds it the same fine grind that again, doesnt work. Thanks very little!

I made a mobile order.... A lady who walked in and ordered got her stuff before me including food. I got my drinks while waiting for my bagel... however my bagel was done no one called out my name it was sitting on the counter. Initially before this when I got my drinks the lady said thank you I said I am still waiting for my bagel which apparently she didnt hear! Then a few minutes later she decides to ask if Im waiting for something else!? Which is how I ended up getting my bagel finally . . .

Wish there was more drive through. Its alright thought. 🙂

Great spot to hang out and chat. Delicious drinks and food plus very friendly and helpful employees. Very busy nowadays but well worth the wait to get some quality sustenance.

Went through the drive through and ordered a dirty chai, not sure if it was someone new making drinks, but I got what tasted like a watered down latte....no chai or espresso, or steamed milk. I order this all the time and its never tasted like this. So unfortunate for my drive home.

Rude!! I went in there @ 6am and was ignored for over 5 min. Not knowing, I was in the wrong area (pickup) finally she came over and with a condescending tone. YOU NEED TO GO OVER THERE ... LIKE WHERE THE REGISTER IS. I walked out. Im going to contact corporate on her. No need for that.

It was very busy and they had a new hire on the cash register so I give them some excuse, however I ordered a medicine ball she took the order I waited 10 minutes and then they tell me they dont have the ingredients to make the drink. (Why didnt they tell me that when I ordered??) So she says you can order another drink and we wont charge you extra, ok good. I asked what other hot drink do you have, the manager said I can order any of their teas and they can make. So I ordered a peach green tea lemonade hot. Waited another 7 minutes before they called me and the drink was iced not hot. At this point I was frustrated because I was running late for work by now because of the wait, I said I wanted it hot and she said you can order any other tea except the peach green tea lemonade 🙃 I said why didnt you tell me when I ordered that drink hot, she said she was new. I just took the drink and left because I had to go to work. The drink was good though so perhaps I should have given 3 stars 🤷‍♀️

I asked for a venti Java chip Frappuccino with extra Java chips. They gave me a grande caramel crunch Frappuccino when I asked her to remake it she refused and gave me attitude

This is the only store in Casa Grande. Got my order, through the drive-thru pretty quickly. Well made beverages. Friendly, polite employees. Out of several products I was interested in purchasing.

Cassidy was the epitome of great customer service. None of us like wearing a mask but understand the state guidelines for it. Most people understand its not the employees rule that they are enforcing but the corporations. Cassidy was very kind and considerate when asking a customer to step back so they werent breathing on peoples drinks especially since they werent wearing a mask. Even when the situation escalated she still handled it with poise and professionalism. Great job to everyone involved!

They never make the coffee right or whatever you order. Especially when they are busy don’t even bother, they would rather half fast it instead of making the drink right.

Only starbucks drive thru in town so forced to keep coming here but I absolutely hate it.Always slow service, every single time, whether in drive thru or ordering inside.Takes over 20 min to order and get drink in drive thru !!!Hire some more people or something this is becoming ridiculous. Never have I been to a starbucks that is consistently slow.

Its Saturday afternoon around1:45 - 2ish, the drive-thru lane was super long so we went inside. There was a line there also and people were waiting for their orders. I thought my daughter and I would have a long wait, but they were getting those orders out quickly and managed to be pleasant. The girl that gave us our drinks was friendly and even threw in a have a nice day before we left, with a smile in her voice. Great group of people working there.

Long line in drive thru, but so easy to order on your phone, I dont know why more people dont do it. Just download the app, order your drink, and pay with your card. By the time you get there, you drive to the window and theres no wait, its all ready to go.

I love the new Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. The meatless sausage patty is as convincing as the Impossible Burger patty. The people at the drive-through are very friendly. The line is long. At peak times, it wraps around three sides of the building. Hopefully, their success will enable them to move to a larger location with a double drive-through lane.

Usually pretty good, but consistently slow and horribly backed up on Sunday mornings. Just avoid them on Sundays until they get more staff on Sundays. Rest of the week is fine, and they make the drinks correctly. Also pretty pleasent group even when they are busy or short staffed.

Most times I get a nice and efficient employee during my visit. And sometimes I’ll get a rude older lady, that makes me reconsider going back. Other than that lovely people working, great customer service, along with hasn’t made it a problem when my order was missing/made wrong. Much appreciated and speedy service even when there lines go down the street. I would think I would be there for a good while but it’s rare if I am and it’s completely nothing to get mad or be rude and unreasonable to the workers, the crisis has been hurting jobs as it is and there more than likely just training a new hire, don’t expect them to know things like if they’ve been there for years, be patient and don’t make your own fault for being late anywhere theirs, learn to actually leave and have time to stop anywhere. I have worked in customer service/fast food/restaurants it’s not for everyone, but everyone should work in a customer service(satisfaction) job for a year to understand the difficulty and challenging obstacles that customers make employee go through.

Good coffee but the busiest Starbucks I have ever been too. It took almost 30 minutes to order 2 drinks at the drive thru.

Slow and terrible service. Made me wait forever and completely skipped my order while handing out orders to people who were clearly way behind me in line. I would highly recommended finding another Starbucks to go to. Never in my life even when busy has a Starbucks disappointed me this much. Also my matcha latte was made so poorly I could barely taste the matcha part.

Liking ice coffee. Always crowded always busy. They say Tim Horton coffee is better. Not here Starbucks is our number one coffee.

I went to Starbucks on a wonderful Sunday morning to get a regular black coffee, cold nitro and a water. I waited in the store for 20 minutes for my drinks because I didn’t order on the mobile app. The system with the mobile app and walk in customers needs to be evaluated.

Fast friendly service despite the long lines and busy times. Folks should use the mobile app when they order to speed up service times. I was in and out in less than 60 seconds!

If I could give this Starbucks a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible service. Wasted about 30-35 minutes waiting in the drive through for two drinks. While in line (since it was moving so slow) I got out the car to use the bathroom. Looking back to see there is about 6-7 cars behind us waiting in the drive through. I go inside the lobby there was one person there... walk up to just see 4-5 girls just standing around talking and laughing and just one person doing the drinks! NO WONDER IT WAS MOVING SO SLOW! I was so in shock that I had to take a picture of this. NEVER have I ever been to a Starbucks that had 5 employees and only one working.No source of management, and they’re are not there to work! Gosh if Starbucks pays their employees to stand around and not do anything and still get paid please sign me up! Absolutely ridiculous! WORST STARBUCKS I’VE EVER BEEN TO!

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and ordered thats fine but then get the wrong drink and take it inside and waited another 20 minutes and had to ask for my drink to have it still be the wrong drink because they used the same cup from the first wrong drink

Slowest Drive Through I’ve ever experienced!!! They now turn off online ordering for pickup as well. When they’re busy, expect a 20 minute wait for your Beverage.

Order ahead on app and its always good. Just pricey. But using a member card and getting discounts with points helps. Good contactless drive through.

Two days in a row Ive received the wrong drink, wrong size and my husbands drink had to be remade three times this morning. They really need to get their act together, very disappointed.

Unfortunately this whole COVID thing is where this store started going bad, and have noticed it takes about 30 minutes to get your mobile order - but what really upset me was, that I did a mobile order, and got to the store to find out it was closed!! 🤬😡. If they are going to close, turn off the mobile app!! A year ago, I ordered a drink once a day, now I’m only ordering about once a month!! Sad deal!! This place has gone downhill!!!

I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem till today in the drive thru the older woman was so rude to me and cut me off when I was talking and when I got to the window she was being rude to the other customers that are ordering. She is going to ruin the rep of this location.

Really annoyed it wasn’t updated on google that this Starbucks is closed until December 7th. I drove 10 extra minutes off the highway on my way to catch a flight to find out it was closed. Update your google!

I travel all over the country. I go to Starbucks whenever Im on a new place. This location is by far one to the slowest Ive ever been to. Ive come 3 times, theyre fully staffed. Hardly any customers. As I sit and text this Ive been waiting over 10 minutes while 3 of them stand around and giggle with each other.

Our call ahead order was actually done when promised. Very busy.

Not really a coffee drinker or tea. But everything I tasted, I always liked. New to this. Atmosphere here well...typical coffee place. Clean. The workers were extremely busy. It was morning time so I totally understand. Vanilla chai latte, vanilla bean ice cream thingy, the passion fruit iced tea, the blueberry tea, the green tea frap, and the French vanilla iced tea. Bombastic Highly recommend.
