The sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She made sure I found a fragrance I liked and I walked out of there happy. Forgot her name but she had bright pink and blue hair.

Expensive!!! But the perfume and lotion make wonderful gifts for friends and family. The workers are wonderfully helpful and nice. They will give you advice from personal experiences, saying which kinds of perfumes or lotions are the best. Love love love the thousand wishes line they came out with. Wish it was more cheap.

I ordered online during a sale for just a few items I wanted. There is no longer a store in my area due to COVID, and I already hate that I have to pay shipping, but thats the breaks if you want things sometimes. My order was placed on a Saturday night, by Monday I received an email that my order had been canceled as my items were out of stock. I called and was trying to find out how this was possible, when I had the unfortunate experience of talking to a rude person named Vladimir. He would not assist me and hung up on me. I work with rude people all day, so I was not discouraged. I called back to speak to a supervisor, when I was lucky enough to speak with Ms. Erica. She is a true professional, and will go out of her way to ensure that she makes your order right for you. She explained (very nicely I might add), why my order got canceled and processed a new order for me. Thank you Erica for turning a negative situation around, you are a superstar!!

I love shopping at this store. Its smaller but the help are always helpful and friendly. The instock and displays are very good. If you sign up for the emails you will get all the sales and coupons sent daily. The sales change fast and often. My favorite item are the 3 wick candles which are sooooo much nicer than Yankee candles in my opinion.

Love their hand soaps, especially when they go on sale! The shop is always clean and tidy. It is also well stocked. The employees are always helpful and go out of their way not only to help you find what you are looking, they also get you a bag to hold your items while you shop.

I love bath and body works products, I have been using them for over 20 years now daily and my skin is very soft and smells good all the time.

Employees were friendly and very helpful. Since they no longer carry scent I was looking for they helped me find something similar.

So I must admit that I am addicted to Bath and Body works and so are my girls. Everytime there is a sale or I receive gifts through the mail I find myself in Bath and Body. Most of the customer services reps are very friendly and approachable, others are stand off-ish and will not even greet you when you walk through those doors. But because I love Bath and Body works and try most of their seasonal scents, so I continue to go. Five stars for Bath and Body works corporate for keeping me a loyal customer by sending me excellent rewards!
