Overpriced items a gallon of water was sold to us for 5.99 after I checked my receipt and didnt want they said no refunds and new cashier didnt even know prices to some of the items witch we had to put back because she couldnt ring them up. Very frustrating

Love this place, customer service is amazing from the owner And the cashier and everyone that works there, their meat is good, the menudo is so good I get that almost every weekend.

Been coming here since I moved to cg. Its clean and the meat is good quality and cut right. No issues so far will keep coming back.

The restaurant part is closed but, they do serve food in the grocery part of the store. Still delicious food! Just some perspective. The restaurant part has been closed since the new owners took over. They stated they had to restock and was waiting on alot.

First time here but as we walked in they looked at us as they wanted to ask us, “What are you doing here”. We had to ask if they were open and they said they were just barely opening up. The time was 1pm on a Saturday and on google maps it said it was open. We sat ourselves down and ordered the Birria plate which comes with beans and rice. About 10mins later our food came to the table and it looked delicious until I put a fork full of rice in my mouth and it was cold. We decided to stay and see if they can resolve the issue so still undecided if I’ll ever come back to this place or recommend this place.

Dry food, if you dont speak Spanish DONT BOTHER GOING IN. TREATED LIKE I STOLE SOMETHING EVEN THOUGH I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER. NO REFUNDS AND OVER PRICED PRODUCTS.

This place has the best food. I got the carne asada burrito, and my wife got 4 tacos, and they were absolutely amazing. The meat is seasoned perfectly, great food. The guacamole was slightly spicy, and perfect. The hot sauce is awesome also. I will come here as much as I possibly can.

This restaurant is under new ownership. The new owners are doing a great job. The meat in the meat market is really fresh and the marinated chicken is delicious. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to have some authentic Mexican food!

This place is horrible. Bean/cheese burro had big Orange unmelted blobs of cheese. Meat tacos were greasy and unrecognizable as the meat they were supposed to be. NO STARS!

Excellent cooks work there i have had there beans and carne ita amazibg the selection of tortillas is second to none. Its a small store but has alot of items. I love and i cant find too many places . did inmention friendly people there iam a light skinned half Hispanic family heritage that get the funny looks at some other stores like some yeberias I walked in but not here. Everyone here always treated me like they understood what really matters in businesses its not about Your skin color or ability to speak a language or your heritage and upbringing its really all about the color green.

I got tacos al pastor and my husband got a carne asada burrito with rice and beans in it. I’ve been looking for a good al pastor taco since moving to Casa Grande and this came pretty close. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of pineapple in the taco, but overall the flavors were great. The carne asada burrito was huge and very good. I also loved the red salsa, it’s got a nice kick to it. The service was great, they were friendly and prompt but super chill.

This place is not named El Pima anymore. But it might as well be. Worse service than before. If you ask for any type of caldo they had to warm it up. I ordered Chile Colorado and the lady brought me Chile verde. I had to add salt and pepper just to give it flavor. My wife got the carne asada plate. The carne, which was being grilled outside the door as you walk in, was the best part of the entire visit. Not coming back. Very disappointing. If they improve their customer service, maybe. The lady seemed like she didnt want to be there or something. The place was overly humid because all the food is in steam wells and all the steam is not removed from the dining area so its hot and humid. And this was in March on a cool day. Imagine in August how its going to feel.

I havent visited the restaurant but the carneceria is amazing. The people are always super nice and the food is amazing. We love the ranchero marinated carne asada and the chorizo.
