Consistently slow speeds at all hours, regardless of what package you go with. We are paying for their Diamond level which is supposed to be 30mbs, and are getting less than 3mbs on an incredibly good day.Their customer service is useless, their answer is always geared toward the issue being on your end rather than theirs. Used a speed test? Theyll say the ads are whats slowing you down. Using something else? Theyll say your updates are slowing it down or its your hardware. Its never their issue. Definitely not worth the price or hassle when its almost 2022.Run away from this one.

Slow internet for alot of money. I was told I should get the expensive plan if I want to stream shows. Why should I pay more when there are many more companies I can get it from cheaper and faster?????

DO NOT GET THIS INTERNET!!!!!! They have slow speeds constant outages, and terrible customer service! I’m done with this company. They should not be allowed to even provide Internet. My phones hotspot is 10x faster then the speeds they advertise. Half the time I do not get the speeds I pay for and when I call they have terrible customer service! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Even if your desperate for internet find someone else this company deserves to shut down and never be allowed to sell any kind of services again!

I have only been with CGI for a year. I have never had a problem that they could not fix. I have incessantly had to ask questions as I am not too technically inclined. The young men that came and installed the equipment were very professional. They answered my questions, and made sure I understood what they were saying. They were also punctual. Thank you to Janet in the office for being patient and knowledgeable. This is a great company and they appreciate their clients.

Geez I dont understand the horrible comments?! I live in a rural area and if I have a issue they address it immediately... also Ive had personal issues and thought I had made a payment.....21 days delinquent and they did not shut my service off- all I can say is thank you Janet and I will continue to refer everyone!

CGI takes advantage of the fact they are one of the few providers in the area I live in. For the past 5 months I’ve had horrible service with the internet, when all I do is stream the general platforms, 1 tv at a time. I’m on their highest plan available, meanwhile my cousin who lives a few streets over has 2 plans lower than me, pays half of what I do monthly, has much better service than me... Every time I’ve called to complain and speak to tech support they tell me the same thing, unplug your router for 60 seconds, make sure all the cords are plugged in correctly.. just for it to work okay for a couple of days & again begin to have the same problems. They suggested I get my own router & I did and I continue to have the same problem. Yesterday, I called again after trying 5 times.. (they have available “support 7 days a week 9AM-9PM”) John finally answers & he troubleshoots my router only to find out that the equipment thats on top of my house isn’t sending the internet connection to my router appropriately.. which would explain why I have internet at times and why its so SLOW.. If anyone else would have taken the time to do what he did this could have probably been fixed months ago, he then lets me know someone can come out TOMORROW AFTER 11AM, meaning that it would be Sunday Dec 29th. I was surprised that they would have someone come out on a Sunday but appreciative of course. Today I call back to see what time the technician would be out since it was way past 11 and I hadn’t heard anything.. After trying about 4 times John again finally answers and lets us know that our appointment is for MONDAY AT 1PM. Meanwhile on Saturday he told me it would be today after 11.. Not even a specific time. If John would have told me Monday from the beginning I would not have cared, but he specifically said “Tomorrow afternoon a little after lunch time, so sometime after 11” but when I called back today he had a specific time. Its okay if he made a mistake but he could just tell me that instead of having a horrible attitude and tell me that in the 20 years since they’ve been open they have never worked on Sundays.. I’d much rather have no internet service then continue paying them for mediocre service. They’re customer service is very poor. I would not recommend to anyone.

I would insert a comment here, but they will respond with the typical garbage response, that is 110% horrible customer service like. I have never in my life seen responses like they post to their customers writing reviews on here. It obviously shows how they are. Over charge, for garage service, and then laugh in your face. You should be lucky that Google will only allow me to leave 1 star, because you deserve far less.

I have been with CGI since they opened. Their service has been top notch. As they have upgraded their equipment they made sure to up grade their customers equipment too. The only two times I have had service interruption was when the electricity was out in the area where their office is located, and when a microburst took off our roof and their dish too. Their customer service is the best, Janet took our call and got us set up until the roof was replaced then installed everything new.

I have been with Casa Grande Internet (CGI-Communication, Inc.) for over six years.Recently, I was having problems connecting with the internet. I called and talked with a Technician who guided me through some troubleshooting. The troubleshooting led to an equipment problem. A crew showed up at my house in no-time and I was back in business.I have always gotten good service and advice, even when I have had to reduce my level of service.Casa Grande and the surrounding area is fortunate to have local service of this kind.

Horrible internet reliability. Despite upgrading our service plan (we pay $85/month JUST for their Internet services!), purchasing a brand new router, and several service calls, we still are left without an Internet connection on a regular basis. We have come to expect that we will have either high amounts of buffering or zero Internet connection during evening & weekend hours. I would strongly advise against CGI if looking for a reliable connection.

Horrible service. Mostly still around because they sucker people into contracts. Then when people realize how horrible the service is they have to pay a ridiculous disconnect fee. Stay far away! Even century link is better and thats say alot. Look into other options first.

Am I S F? No not sure who that is and you said call and see if you answer your phones? Well I just called and guess what? No answer again, and guess what also my internet is out again. What a surprise, and its sad to see a business owner being so unprofessional with your customers, and you should rethink what you said about the best customer service, all of your employees are pretty dumb and the best adise they can give you is reset your router, other than that I get no further help. And if your company has a 2 star rating that says it all right there.

I have been with Cg Internet for many years, I strayed to Cenury Link for 1 month, they were horrible, so back I came. CGIs service as well as their customer service is top notch. I also like that they are a local company, you get a live person everytime and you can even go in to the office and ask question. I will never stray again.😊

I leave this star simply due to Janet on the 2 times in which I have spoken to her over the phone. We have had HORRIBLE constant connection. Weve had them out here more than 5 times in less than a year to help us figure out why we are not getting internet connection in the evening or weekend hours (sometimes morning if it carries over from night time). Most every time Ive called Im either 1. Not answered (always during their office hours on here). 2. IF there is a voicemail box they never call us back. 3. When theyve come out after the 4th time of having the SAME issue, we get a snot nose response on why the internet isnt working (which is everything ELSE BUT CGI-- the router, having a gaming console, being where we live, how small the wires are, how far the connection needs to travel, the TVS we have, etc). Weve had to replace the modem/router THEY gave us when we installed them. And we pay WAY too much for what little to no service we get on the regular basis. As Im a stay at home mom and a work from home mom, this whole thing drives me up the wall. I dont care to pay more money for a service and receive it. I care when I pay top dollar for a service and dont get the actual service they promise I will get with the amount being paid. If I wanted the amount of service we actually receive, I wouldnt be paying the amount we agreed to. I do not recommend this company until they make some major changes in their service, reliability, customer service reps, dependability, and overall presentation of the company.

I think CGI-Communication is the best Internet service, Alarm system service, Voip Service in all of Pinal County!!!If you need or want good quality service, CGI is the way to go!Of course you have to pay for best system and the people there are very knowledgeable about their equipment. They do not try to take your last dollar. They work with you by phone, or they will actually come out to your place to check out the equipment if there is a problem that cant be dealt with by phone.I am hearing impaired and they have been honest with me from the very beginning and I would not ever go somewhere else for my alarm, internet and phone service. They are the most honest business people and they have been around a long time and they keep up with times .And Janet and her staff are good people to talk to . You can ask questions or even just chat with them anytime.Try CGI-Communications, you wont be sorry!!!

I needed minor computer repair on my laptop. Many small things that I had put off and I got the opportunity to have a computer repair shop look at through my office.I had taken my HP laptop into Casa Grande Internet twice now, 4 of the 5 items I asked of CG Internet, I feel they completely failed me.1.My internal power socket is loose.2.I needed a new power cord, due to the loose socket causing me to excessively wiggle cord for power.3.Two keyboard keys were missing, wanted those replaced.4.Battery was getting too hot, which I thought was due to the power supply issues.5.I wanted my system cleaned, back to factory or minimum programs, to allow for faster Internet response.1.My internal power socket was never replaced, as they felt it was only the power plug. Obviously, the power socket was never tested, as the power socket still wiggles. On and off blue light indicating incoming power is inconsistent and requires manipulation to secure incoming power.(still not fixed)2.They replaced my broken power cord with a generic power cord. The generic power cord they replaced for me failed within 60 days. I returned to CG Internet about this and problems I had with my Internet explorer since.CG Internet accused me of returning the original broken power cord they had given back to me, I was furious! To blatantly accuse a customer of this!? They did not try to gently say- Are you sure? Can you bring in both power cords for us to compare them? No, I was told several times after going back and forth on this, that I was trying to give them the original broken cord. The one they gave me would not have failed that quick.I too agree....If the power socket was repaired to begin with, the 2nd power cord should not have failed. The manipulation to maintain power to the unit is the cause of the failures in the cords.Anyways, before this escalated any further, I informed them that I would produce the 2 power cords and would expect an apology for the outright accusation. I was so upset with them questioning my integrity, I did not return, but I had a friend from the office return to Casa Grande Internet.My friend produced the 2 broken power cords within the hour of the accusations they made of me. I never did receive an apology.I have since replaced cord with a factory HP cord myself and no further problems with the power cord.3.CG Internet let me know they could not simply replace two keyboard buttons, so they replaced the entire keyboard.(This one item has not posed any problems since repair by them.)4.My factory battery they replaced with a generic battery, my HP laptop does not recognize battery and I sometimes get a pop-up of this.Now, just this weekend, several months after having my laptop into Casa Grande Internet, I am informed that I was entitled to a FREE factory replacement, due to a recall on these HP batteries getting too hot. This is the exact complaint I originally had about the battery.The HP battery recall has been public, on their site and in effect for over a year. I must question CG Internet. They are in the business of repairing computers. How could they not be aware of this very public recall by HP, affecting almost 200,000 laptops?Or, were they aware... very aware?It is interesting to note- when picking up my laptop after the service, Casa Grande Internet returned to me- my broken power cords and broken keyboard. I was NOT returned the failed battery. I did not think twice at the time, but now I find out, to receive the FREE HP replacement battery, I must have the bar code label off that battery. Why did they return ALL broken items...except the battery that I was entitled to have a free replacement of? I should have received a free factory battery, a $130 value now gone.5.System clean I requested, was a mistake! Many of my programs have problems. I can not even find a single restore point to back my computer to & backups fail. Bottom line, after this experience, I simply do NOT trust taking my laptop to them a third time.I would NOT recommend for computer repair.
