Car was picked up with something jammed into my gear shift knob where the button is. Advisor kept talking about the knob was getting stuck and recommended replacement. There was never and is not currently an issue with my gear shift knob getting stuck. I did not approve anything being done to the gear shift knob.The piece that is jammed in there now was NOT there before. My vehicle was brought in for a coolant tank issue which was covered under an extended warranty purchased elsewhere. I ended up having to pay for the coolant tank out of pocket because the advisor could never get anyone on the phone from the warranty company to authorize the repair. Have not received an explanation about why this piece is jammed in the gear shift knob nor was I told it would be done. Idk what happened but I will NEVER use the facility again or recommend to anyone else.
