Stopped in on Monday morning cause my rear view mirror fell off on my way to work. The very nice and pleasant girl in the office said they could fix it right now. Wow the installer had me in and out within 15 minutes . Great customer service was 10 stars all the way. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. Our window got broken a few days ago and the manager himself came out so they could squeeze us in between appointments. In about 15 minutes we had a new pane installed and the sun screen put back up. I highly recommend Sommers Glass

Cant beat the services of these older mom and pop shops! Overall was in and out complete sliding window glass replacement in one day, today ha!! The young gentleman helped my daughter and I unload and load in my truck. Just had surgery on my foot, and was unable to help. Very good quality work at a decent price!! Highly recommend these guys!!

Awesome people. I called to have a couple of windows replaced and had an appointment within a few days. The salesman was on time, courteous and very professional. A quote was given to me that day which was accepted and within 2 days the windows were done and being installed. Great company to work with. On time, efficient and actually do what they say they are going to do! Love it!

Jim and helper came to my house and replaced my master bath shower glass enclosure, frame and door. I am very happy with the quality of work, materials, swiftness the job was done and very manageable cost. Appears to be quality work at a reasonable price, but poor phone communication between installer and customer. I now have black caulk bubbling out around a recently replaced window in a motor coach. Two phone calls with messages taken, but no call back to me in 7 days.

We had problems with a center bay window that needed some maintenance. The slide portion was loose in the frame, daylight was showing thru, the plastic interior trim was brittle, cracking and falling off. The tech came over early calling ahead, and worked on the window, but had the misfortunate of breaking the window just as he was finishing up. Within two days he was back with a new window and finished the project. We are pleased with the work, and had some concerns with the bad luck on the job what the price might be? We were treated VERY FAIRLY with a price that was just little less the original quote. This is our second experience using Sommers and they will continue to be OUR WINDOW COMPANY.Roger & Janet ECasa Grande, AZ

Very friendly and professional! They have parts for your shower glass doors that the BIG BOX STORES dont carry. They sell you the first time, but they are not there for the long hau . Sommers glass is!!!! Support them first!!!!

Reliable, fast, honest and THEY DO THE DAMN JOB THEY PROMISE TO DO !!!!!! Unlike many vendors in Casa Grande who are dishonest and crooks. Yes, only use Sommers for glass and SCREEN repairs and replacement. No, I dont work there. And I hated the SOLO Star Wars movie.

Tried to schedule appointment for estimate on glass replacement. Some guy yelling in the back ground. Knucklehead on the phone couldnt hear or write down information correctly. Not interested in trying to work out a schedule to get estimate on replacement windows. VERY unprofessional and not interested in any work.
