Lorri and Pat are great! Reasonable rates and honest work. They can fix any small engine (and probably big engines too) the store has a selection of merchandise as well. Stop in and say hi and pet the dogs too!!!

*Beware Very Poor Repair Abilities* Took my street legal CRF 450R to Motoland repair shop for tires and fork seals. Lorri E. and Pat were very helpful then things took a turn for the worst as they revealed poor customer service and repair abilities. Had them check the valves and while taking the first ride several days later and riding around the neighborhood less than five miles the valve cover sprung a huge leak getting engine oil everywhere. I took it back to the shop very unhappy. Lorri and Pat admirably dedicated their time to an immediate repair but when I returned to retrieve the bike later that day very happy they had done it same day she proceeded to confront me about the two broken valve cover bolts which I had never touched and her discomfort with the way I spoke to her about it. I never raised my voice or said anything rude or false. I was told I was not telling the truth and that bolts dont just over tighten themselves. Ridiculous! They broke the bolts then wouldnt admit it! I diplomatically submitted that I would never come back as she has horrible customer service abilities being willing to call me a liar and also scold me for being unhappy about my damaged bike. To add insult to injury, when I got it home I went for another ride to verify there were no leaks, after less than five miles the rear hub bolt/nut was loose and almost came apart on the highway. I could have been killed or seriously injured! Thank goodness I heard the chain slack and stopped immediately! Please beware, I dont want someone else injured due to similar negligence.
