Easy to find, very clean, most of the staff was professional. I was there for a CPAP training and pickup. Everyone I dealt with were patient and knowledgeable. Another member was on the phone with a customer and was complaining to coworkers. That was very unprofessional. We can see and hear you and we know we will be on the other end of that telephone one day. Also, if you ask customers to come i n 10 minutes before the appointment please be prepared to start your session on time instead of 10 minutes after the appointed time. Not a huge deal but it will show you respect our time like we respect yours. It is a crazy, stressful time right now and we all need to be at our best. Thank you for all you do.
The wheelchair I received, meets my needs! Im so happy with it I can almost cry tears of joy! The delivery driver was so polite and very helpful. If I could have given him higher than a 5 rating I would. He went above and beyond and I truly appreciate how kind he was. Exceptional service!!!

I had multiple negative experiences at Family Medical in Raleigh. That location, unfortunately, is the closest location to my house. My doctor recommended I try the location in Cary. Laishonda and her colleague were both extremely helpful, kind, and empathetic. I left the store with the information and the product I needed. I will definitely be returning to this store if I need assistance or supplies in the future, as you can’t put a price on outstanding customer service and empathy. It’s worth the drive to go to this location. Thank you again, ladies! I appreciate both of you!

FMS was very thorough in their review of my new CPAP equipment and how to use it. Ive been a user for 14 years so except for slight variations in the equipment, there was nothing new. However, another client who never used a CPAP was in the room during this session and I wished my old service company had been so thorough, patient with questions and generally caring. Those are the reasons Id recommend Family Medical Supply.

You can NOT depend on this organization caring about your needs in a timely manner. I decided to gice them a second chance as I have led down a path of EXTREMELY poor cutomer service. All I needed was a pair of crutches which I guess is too complicated for them. Two days and zero replies and now closed till Monday. I CANT walk with out crutches and will have to hopefully find a responsive Medical supplier.

Don and Rick did a fantastic job installing a vertical platform lift, allowing my wife to get from the garage to the main floor of our home. They showed up on time, consulted me when necessary, explained the operation, and cleaned up. First class lift and installation.

It was quite a surprise to me that I had to go on oxygen 24/7. But between the medical professionals and Fanily Medical, everything went so smoothly and I was set up in no time with no worries on my part. Every time I’ve called, they have been wonderful. Usually I talk to Michelle, but everyone I’ve spoken with at this location is just so responsive and caring and pleasant. When I say responsive, I’m also talking about their technicians bringing equipment or responding if I have a problem. All I can say is they are doing a great job! Thank you very much!
You could not ask for a better person to come into your home bring medical supplies. He is personable and very considerate of your needs. Truly a great guy.
I rented a knee scooter for my husband who was recovering from foot surgery. The rep gave me the rates at $25 per week or $80 per month. I chose the monthly rate. Husband could not use the device due to the discomfort experienced with the hard cushion. I called and explained, asking if i could pay for the week and receive a refund for the unused portion of the rental. They refused to prorate it. I returned it anyway in case someone else needed it. I think they ought to explain the no early returns/no refunds policy up front.

Horrible customer service. Every encounter with this company has been less than acceptable. From November 2000 to current. Ill fitting products and lackluster service is not acceptable.
Completely incompetent billing staff. Called 5 times, went in person once, and they continue to incorrectly bill my insurance. They finally said they had it all figured out, and now they are billing me again for things I already paid for. I dont know how any company can be this incompetent and stay in business.

Spoke with Sherry on the telephone about the problems I was having with my CPAP machine. She told me the best time to come to the store for assistance. The day I arrived without an appointment, I was assisted promptly. She was extremely helpful in explaining how the CPAP machine settings needed to be set for optimal performance as well as how the mask needed to be properly positioned for a perfect seal. Great customer service and looking forward to many restful nights sleep.

This company does not provide up front pricing for DME based on your insurance plan. When trying to connect or communicate with anyone in billing or insurance you never get a call back. Terrible customer service. Find somewhere else to get your supplies.
Courtney was extremely helpful with helping me find the best solutions to accommodate my husband’s needs at home after a bilateral knee replacement. It’s so refreshing to have such excellent customer service, which is sadly hard to find anymore. I felt she was as committed as I was to solve and support my husband’s needs. To say that this experience has been deplorable is an understatement! For SIX WEEKS ive tried to get the process going to get my mother a scooter. Multiple fax numbers given.....lack of knowledge regarding insurance....transferred to a different person with repeated phone calls....no return phone calls and ZERO follow ups! customer service is a complete and utter joke with this company!

I was very disappointed on how my CPAP supplies where handled. I ordered them on December 28 and they called new years eve to say they where still waiting on insurance approval. I call Cigna and they had approved the resupply. Something tells me this was a delay to get my deductible. The one star is required to post. I dont give them one star.

I went to get my CPAP and John was absolutely great teaching me about my CPAP and finding the correct mask. Definitely recommend this place and John. Amazing staff too, they are all friendly and very helpful.
The staff treated me differently than the non-colored people who came in to the store and did everything in their power to stop me from getting what I needed.

Jessie conducted a service call to my home because an alarm sounded on my concentrator. He analyzed the problem in seconds, repaired it in minutes, and provided instructions for me in case there was another incident in the future. He was extremely professional, as are all the individuals I have worked with in the Cary store. This company is terrific, and all employees are responsive to the needs of the customers.

I was a bit apprehensive about using a cpap machine but Anna did an excellent job in explaining how the machine works, how to maintain the machine and modify the settings to fit our individual requirements. I really appreciate her attitude and professionalism. After 4 days using the machine, I have adapted to it quite well and have noticed that I am sleeping much better.
