The customer service was A1, Bryan was thorough with my order, and was clean and ready close to closing. The Food is great. Returning customer.

Stopped here on an off chance outing with my wife. Most likely the best 10 dollar sandiches I have ever had. The sandwich is made with the classic honey baked ham and then they add bacon. Caught ne by complete suprise and I will be going back. The staff is friendly to boot.If your disappointed with this sandwich, then you really didnt want a sandwich to begin with.

Well normally the service isn’t bad but I gave it 3 stars due to the aggressiveness of an employee who was rushing ppl & loud🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤨. I’ll be sure to call corporate.

We used to get a Honey Baked ham every year for our traditional Christmas Eve dinners, however several years ago we noticed a decline in quality and switched to the MUCH cheaper grocery store brands. This year we decided to give Honey Baked another try. Never again!!! $70 for a dry, burnt, poorly sliced, with almost no sugar coating, terrible tasting ham! I realize they’re busy, it’s Christmas, but that’s their job and if you’re going to charge $70 for a ham, it should at least be worth $30. I will buy the grocery store spiral sliced ham from now on!!

Service was awful. The 2 younger girls let me stand in a line where I just saw her service a person of the same color as she. I stood there no service. I had to ask twice before they said it wasnt a line. Went to the next sales girl of color she had a person of color in a wheel chair sitting in front of her register and wasnt waiting on anyone. She finally tells the wheel chair person where to pick up her food. Finally a guy from the back came up and took my order. I should have walked out. Two people who came in after me got their order made before I did.Terrible service I recommend going to the one in the north part of town.

Staff is friendly and efficient. They handled the social distancing requirements in a swift and orderly fashion. And of course, their ham is always delicious!

Lunch is a smart option here.Way too expensive for some of the prepared meats and sides. Almost $11 a pound for ham! You can get an entire meal, just as tasty, at a competitor for the cost of just the meat.

Awesome lunch spot! I tried today for the first time and was very impressed. The two guys behind the counter were friendly and had my meal ready before I even finished paying. I tried the chicken salad sandwich with chips and a drink and it was bomb! I’m super picky about chicken salad but this was probably the best I’ve ever had. I even got a take home container of it to eat later. 10/10 would recommend!

We ordered a ham for Easter. We were wanting to support small business during the pandemic. We ordered a small ham for 4, bone in On Easter Sunday opened the ham with barely enough for 2, more bone than meat. Spent almost $50. We wont be using this store again.

Excellent service and food! We had only really gotten honey baked hams for Christmas or other events but let me just say their lunch is just as good! We both had the ham classic sandwich and enjoyed it so much that we picked up the hickory smoked mustard on it so we could have it at home as well! Looking forward to eating here again in the future!

This place is absolutely amazing. The food is always delicious. The orders are always correct. The employees are always so helpful and go above and beyond to help us. My company orders lunch from here for meetings and staff lunches and theyve happily gotten last minute orders to us on more than one occasion. They always impress me with how polite they are and how willing they are to get us what we need. Thank you!!!

You wouldnt expect to walk into a ham store and get such a good lunch. They sell huge casseroles and meat to feed families and groups but then they also serve deli sandwiches, soups, and more. The ham classic is my #1 choice. And the pineapple salad is amazingggg. Love coming here on a day out shopping!

I love me some Honeybaked Ham. I usually stop in every couple of months and grab a sandwich for my fix. Usually pretty fast and not too busy so I can usually get in and out pretty fast. In fact, its about time I go back. 😃

Would honestly not recommend - I was hesitant to stop here for lunch since I vaguely had a bad memory eating here years ago. I went anyways and after I ordered, I waited for my sandwich for a good bit before having to go up and re-describe my whole order, showing multiple people my receipt. The sandwich ended up with the wrong meat still so I had to go up again to get another. The overall quality of the soup and sandwich were not great either, plus the tiny sizes didn’t justify $8. The other customers that came in during the time I was there all had some issue, as well. Feeling a bit sick to my stomach now that I’m home and not convinced it’s a coincidence. Not really one to bash a place just for one iffy experience, but the fact that so many things were not up par in one go, as well as my experience years ago leaving me unsatisfied, this is just not someplace I’d recommend eating at.

Long waits, in excess of ONE HOUR, even with a reservation. We wound up walking out and getting a delicious honey spiral cut ham from Whole Foods for about half the price and zero waiting.

Overpriced ham that lacks flavor. Last year we skipped our years-long tradition of buying our Christmas ham from HoneyBake because 2017s ham was disappointing. Loads of fat, not much flavor, huge bone. We went with an excellent ham from a local grocery store instead. This year we thought wed give HoneyBake another chance. This years ham was okay, rather bland. Not bad but not worth the price or the 30-minute wait to pick it up. We will buy another high-quality ham from a local grocery store.

OMG! I traveled 45 minutes to try this place for lunch. I ordered a trukey sandwich with the broccoli slaw stuff and it onocked my rigjt off my feet. Best sandwich and broccoli ive ever had

I went in there for the first time on a random sunday and recieved bad customer service from a middle age Caucasian man. I tried their signature sandwich (honey baked ham) and it was okay to me, although my roomate said it was declicious! The store was dead, there was only one other couple in the store during my visit. Due to the vibe we felt coming from the employee we ate outside.
