First, Id like to say it was a pleasant first experience getting fitted for a driver, but unfortunately that is the only thing I can say nice about this company. Now their customer service is terrible. I was told beforehand that it would take up to 6 weeks for my club to arrive. That is what I was prepared for. However, it took much longer. Which wouldnt have been such a big issue, had they notified me that it would take longer. After the 6 weeks, I contacted them to check on the status of the club. I madeseveral phone calls to the corporate office. One of those times I was able to stay on hold...but was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. Another time I left a voice mail, as no one answered.. I never received a call back. Then I called the store location, and again, no answer. No call back. I also called the the head fitter. Same situation. So then I finally went back to the store when I was able, as I live out-of-town. When I got there, I was made aware that my club had been there for a while. No one called me to inform me, despite my numerous requests to go out of my way to contact THEM. It was incredibly unprofessional. And after all of this, I wasnt even offered to have the fitting fee waived, despite buying the club. Many other companies offer this promotion regardless of inconveniences. I wasnt offered any kind of military discount or even a coupon for my next visit. I would recommend everybody steer clear of this company because their customer service is terrible. As I said, my first impression was wonderful. Beyond that, it was a train wreck. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
May 28th was fitted. No status or updates, was told 7 to 8 weeks. Was told a week and half ago that stuff would be updated by now. No one answered emails or inquiries. Had to call corporate to find out they never actually had all the stuff to begin working on it until maybe next week and that actually they are looking at turnaround times of 3 months. Now found out My fitter (Kyle left last week) and no longer works for Club Champions yet his email is still active as if he is working there. Once I called corporate I found that the turn around time is actually closer to 14 weeks currently.
Kyle was great, I highly recommend coming here. Very professional, took time to go through each part of the fitting and the knowledge shared was extensive.
I can’t even put into words how impressed I was with Kyle and my fitting. Putting is drastically better after adjustments, highly recommend.
I caddy out on a couple of tours and these boys are as good as the the truck on the tours. Josh and Kyle are top notch. Amateurs should always take the time to go to Club Champion if the want to improve. The shaft is the engine of the club. Dick’s,Golf Galaxy and your local shop sell clubs. These guys fit clubs and are very good at it. Highly recommend!!
Complete bag fitting with KyleAt the end of the session, I could not believe how much knowledge I had gained about my golf swing, not to mention now having clubs that work with my swing, not against it. Kyle was amazing in the questions he asked and how much time he spent listening to my answers. Im convinced I now have the tools I need to improve my golf game and lower my handicap. Thanks, Kyle!
Very professional, very Detailed in-depth fitting. The selection of shafts and heads is unmatched so you get the best fitting as far as I’m concerned or what is right for you because they go through every aspect and you don’t even go to a head until you have the shaft right. So with that said I definitely recommend them even if you want a second opinion.
Great fitting experience, and I love the clubs I got fit into. But, the lead time to get the club after purchase is unbelievable. You will be charged up front and, in my case, will wait over a month for the finished product to come in. With the significant lead time, you think there would be better communication but I have had little success hearing anything back after reaching out multiple times for an update. With such a great fitting experience, I am disappointed that it has taken so long to receive something I paid for so long ago.
Had a fitting with Joseph on Jan 18th. The fitting was a great experience. Joseph is very knowledgeable and quickly dialed in irons, wedges and a putter with shafts that got me distance and better dispersion.Since then it’s been a very frustrating experience. I have initiated all communication and have had none initiated by Club Champion or Joseph. Was fitted on 1/18 with no communication until I sent email to Joseph on 2/23 looking for update. Response on 2/24 was “waiting on a couple shafts but was going to reach out to Chicago to see if I couldn’t at least get my putter and wedges”. I immediately emailed back that I had a golf trip on 3/12 and really wanted clubs. No other communication until Joseph emailed on 3/3 stating “shafts wouldn’t be ready but should be arriving in Chicago around that time”. Emailed again on 3/15 looking for an update on 3/17 Joseph emailed back stating, “that all components had arrived from KBS and should be in line to be built, but no firm shipping date due to stringent QC process”. On 4/1 I sent yet another email for an update and on 4/3 Joseph emailed meback to “apologize for the bad news but KBS shafts had pushed back shaft delivery to 4/30”!!! The same shafts that we’re supposedly there and in build process on 3/17 and with no communication between 3/17 and 4/3 saying there had been a change or further delay in my order. I’ve now sent another email asking for discount, or at least my stock putter, or for order to stay active and I hold my $3K until clubs are finally delivered. I am almost 3 MONTHS into this process and don’t have a single club.I also began posting about my experience on multiple social media platforms yesterday. I was immediately blocked on their Twitter page and have had no communication with anyone from Club Champion other than Joseph. Again the fitting process is informative but after they get money it’s a different experience. You’re not required to buy clubs from them and they charge more for the installation of the “fitted shafts” but you’re better off to order clubs and shafts they fit you for elsewhere and pay for someone else to install them. Overall a VERY frustrating experience.UPDATE: Got a call today from Rob Gallagher Club Champion East Coast General Manager. He had spoken to Joseph. We discussed the supply chain issue at great length and he informed me that they had some of the shafts in but not all of them but that he would green light the partial build of what irons could be built and my putter and when ready overnight mail free of charge to my address.I had also reached out to KBS who validated that the KBS Tour V shafts in steel are indeed back ordered and that this had been the case for several months. Perhaps Club Champion should flag these shafts so that if someone fits for them they can be made aware that these shafts will not be ready in the 6-8 weeks that they are marketing. KBS also informed me that they have been having operational weekly meetings with Club Champion and also they are now flying in shafts from their Taiwan factory to the California warehouse instead of boating them in an attempt to backfill delayed orders so perhaps there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.I’ll update when the partial order arrives....UPDATE#2: 4/8/2021 a putter and 3-9 irons delivered today. Still awaiting PW and 3 wedgesUPDATE#3: 4/16/2021 really like the irons and I love the Phantom Scotty putter. Still no PW or wedges and no word on ETA of remaining 4 clubs.

Highly recommendWent in with little expectation. Have read and heard great reviews I’ve had an excellent club builder ( hall of fame) friend that’s taken care of me for years. After 5 spine surgeries and playing once a year for 4-5 years I decided to engage the I’ve loved for over 60 years, I have great equipment and it was fitted. But as you could suspect with injury, nerve damage and loss of strength my swing speed and consistency was way off. After my sessions ( total bag) I was shockingly amazed . With a 6 iron I saw a 70% improvement in dispersion! And distance averaged went from 162 to 184! I was pretty solid with my old putter. He worked with me a while I tested at 10 feet officially, 6 and 15 after data compiled. At 10 I went 20/20— at 6 10/10 and 15 10/10! I caused Kyle of having magnetic golf balls and hole! Both didn’t see this kind of result coming. I’ve started placing my orders. I’ve already shared input and made recommendation to 4 buddies. For you I hope they come but for me and our future high wagers ( burger and Pepsi ) I pray they don’t. So I’ll end by saying I highly recommend club champion Raleigh Nc and kyle! I can’t wait to get back to the game armed with equipment that works best for me at my age and health! Thank you
The ability to see the data and visual charts/graphs to learn the science of of your swing is eye opening. The pro who helped me out was very informative and helped me learn about club technology and what of those fit my swing and tendencies.
Really great experience start to finish. Kyle is very knowledgeable and helped me hone in on exact irons to suit my game. Ill be back again to do driver/woods. 10/10 would recommend.
Great process to better game. Enjoyed and appreciated the experience. Zack was very helpful, understood my objectives and game quickly, and fit me with a great set of fairway woods. Costs a bit and you certainly cannot buy a game, but was great to go through the process. Will be back to tighten up my irons next.
Overall Im pretty disappointed with my experience. Kyle, by no fault of his own since he is the only person in the store, was constantly distracted by people coming into the store during my driver fitting and their commitment on delivery times is misleading.Understandably during COVID their build times are extended but they told me 15 days to get my clubs and theyve had the components for 3 weeks now and im told my clubs realistically wont ship for another 2 weeks. All in all its taking about 6-8 weeks total to get clubs when theyre promising 15 days currently (10 days normally). For the fitting cost and premium you pay for components I would say look elsewhere.Also I called corporate to see if there was anything they could do to expedite the build since I have a golf trip coming up before Im scheduled to get my clubs and im told my request was denied. Pretty shoddy service especially considering you have to prepay for everything.

Taylor was so smart and really knew his golf and club fitting. It was amazing to experience this and watch the way he knew exactly what I needed. And he was so easy to work with and made me comfortable and really helps you understand the whole process and helped me understand all of the data we were seeing. Which made me feel really confident with every swing. I believe every golfer need to go to a club champion and get fit. I feel like Im better golfer from just going through the process with taylor. I cant wait till all my new clubs arrive. So thank you taylor f. And club champion this by far exceeded my expectations.

I did a whole bag club fitting with Zack Coble. I always believe in custom golf clubs when your making this kind of investment in your game. Zack was very knowledgeable in all aspects of testing different shafts and club heads. Well worth the money and time !!!
I was fit for an entire set of clubs on 10/02/18 by Kyle Anderson at the Raleigh/Cary location. The process took approximately 4 hours and it was the best 4 hours Ive spent buying golf clubs. Kyle made sure to listen to what I wanted out of a new set, made recommendations of the clubs, and made the process an enjoyable experience.I would highly, highly recommend having Kyle fit for you for your next set of clubs.

Taylor, has been great to work with. This was my second experience with him. 1st he fit my son and showed us the numbers. Following that fitting and prioritizing the needs to the wants, got our furst change and results were beyound expected. Gain of almost 50yrds and that was avg with 1 club. So if we could do that with 1 club then lets see what we can do for me. 1st Im a high handicapper, and should and will invest in lessons, but I took a different approach as this was a baseline fitting for me. Recommendations were made and will get some. Next year, I will get another fitting, though they only recommended 2-5. Since I go to my doctor every year and get test same concept here. Still a pleasure and no pressure just educated numbers for improvement, the rest is up to you .K. D. Raynor

Top notch club fitting for sure. Kyle was great! If you’re a golf connoisseur you’ll have a blast here. Trackman bays with all the latest equipment. Putter fitting is awesome as well. Sold me on almost a full bag but weren’t pushy.Only 4 stars due to the wait times. There is definitely a delay from supply issues from vendors so I understand and I was told of the delays. Additionally communication to customer from CC could just be better overall. Clubs arrived and I had to call to confirm for pickup instead of me being notified. Fairly minor stuff but the golf nerd will love it here just be ready to spend a pretty penny haha.
