I love working with net32. They are very quick to respond and incredibly helpful and communicate effectively. It is nice that I can call someone who works directly with the company, get replies to e-mails same day, and have the option to chat with someone on their chat feature. net32 sets the bar for customer service!!

Net32 is a trustable site, you can find your great brand name items with great prices. They have very good customer service, chat agents on their website that respond right when you need them, I’ve had several issues as for example: I don’t know how to operate a device, and they responded quickly and sent a video from the manufacturer on how to do it, great service!!!

If the wrong item is shipped a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to your order. You will also pay for return shipping. If you use other dental supply companies any error is corrected with no charges. The return shipping is paid for by the dental supplier.You may save a couple dollars if everything goes right, but be careful. You may end up spending much more.

Going downhill. Brand new burs which break into half in the patient mouth, credit cards charged but order never processed/shipped. I hope they improve their services and yes one of their vendors hacked into our account.

Net32 does not have restocking fees. Net32 is not in the mortgage business. Net32 has a customer loyalty team who personally answer the phone--no phone menu.
