People of North Carolina we have a hidden gem in cary.. behold east coast granite team and thier delivery excellence ..a huge thanks to Deren and the fabricator at hobby court apologies I forgot his name .. a shout out to the young team who did the layout ..they were most outstanding group of people most patient with my constant requests and quote changes and discounts and dates chnages .. for a first time home owner this one was by far an experience to cherish and I will have all my friends and family get thier stuff done by these people only. Coming from a guy who does his research and process comparison in excel macros.. trust me when I say you Wont get a better deal. And if you do.. they will probably match it but will do a bette job at installation and thats what matters emd of day..detailed and clean . Quality matters . Mike drop.
I have used East Coast granite twice now. I recently completed an upgrade in my 5000 square-foot home. When I called Rick for the most recent job, during the busy season, he was available immediately, came out to the property and reviewed options, and provided a quote and got the process moving quickly.Installation of granite was completed without any issues with our granite. There have been no issues with the granite at either property.I would not hesitate to call Rick again if I had another job.
They work with you. Alexis the point person is knowledgeable and helpful, she responded to text promptly. ECG&M stand behind their product. A misscut piece was resolved immediately with no real impact on the project. These guys get it!
My experience was great. The sales rep Ricky was very professional and responsive. He had great suggestions and great follow-up. Energetic and easy to relate to our needs.Price was very competitive and the installation was on time as scheduled. Team was out in a couple of hours. Highly recommend the service and salesperson. I give them a solid 5 !!
Working with Rick and the Cary store was the highlight of our bathroom remodel. They were knowledgeable and beyond friendly. I was in a bad place with another company, the remodel was being held up, and I needed to get the counter with a quick turn around. Rick moved things along and it was installed in a timely fashion, as well as looking great. If youre looking for a group that you feel is as invested in your project as you are, this would be the place!
East Coast Granite did a wonderful job re-securing my kitchen sink which was coming unattached from the granite. They arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and charged a very reasonable price for the work. I will definitely use this company again if other repairs are needed.
Rick in Cary was knowledgeable, efficient and took his time with us while reviewing our options. We are so happy with the entire process of purchase and installation. There were no surprises. Rick really took an invested interest in our project and he made himself available to answer our questions not only before and during the install, but also after the installation. The installation team took extreme care in removing our existing countertops (both in kitchen and bathrooms) and did not leave until we were completely satisfied. Its one thing to have a good product, but being able to also provide great service, makes the company a 5 star company! Happy Customer!
I had originally planned to use Home Depot for my countertops but it was going to take 6 weeks so I started looking around for other options. I assumed I was going to have to pay more but East Coast actually beat their price! Not only that but their customer service was fantastic!! They were able to install in less than two weeks and we couldnt be happier :)
Rick and the Cary store location did an awesome job and would highly recommend this company. Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
I am a contractor that deals with bathroom and kitchen remodels a lot. I found East Coast Granite and Marble one day on an internet search. I have now done about a dozen or so jobs involving their company. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of their involvement in my projects.I deal with the Cary location on Maynard, even though I live in North Raleigh. They have 3 or 4 store fronts in the raleigh area and theres rumor of them expanding to Wilmington too!I choose to drive to the Cary store because of my sales rep Rick and his associate Nicole. Together they run the Cary location. The beauty of it all is that I never need to go to the store to do ANYTHING! Nicole and Rick use DocuSign for all documents and contracts. They give me options for removals, sinks, edges, backsplashes etc, all electronically so I can conduct all business from my phone. This makes my life easy..super easy. I can leave a check as deposit hidden on the property, pay via credit card, mail it or visit ANY store location I am near...(insert easy button here)! Rick is able to give me ballpark estimates via pictures I send him which helps my clients decide if they want to pursue the cost of granite as an option, which saves everyone time. Rick is flexible with business options and has changed many normal practices to fit my needs, which is just fan-dam-tastic. Thank you so much. However, there are other players in the game that deserve recognition.Joe is the template guy. He gets it right everytime. I have never had a mis-measure. It always fits. I have requested of Rick that Joe is to be the only person to template my projects. Joe knows how I expect things and how I want the final look to be. He is an integral part of my granite team.Juan and his crew are the only installers I ever want to work with. Juan and his two associates are polite, clean cut, well spoken and comical. They make the jobsite fun and relaxed. You can tell they know what they are doing. It is best to stay out of their way. They see how the granite needs to be shaped, curved, grinded, smoothed and delicately and intricately handled. They are never taken aback when I ask for something to be removed and resanded, or reshaped or shimmed or, in some cases, not used and brought back to the shop to be re-cut because of an unforseen circumstances that couldnt be avoided. This crew puts down drop cloths, cleans up after themselves, and are a joy to work with. Finally, there is Konstantin. He is the owner of East Coast Granite and Marble. I have only had one time where I needed to contact him. When I went to the shop, where they do all the cutting and shaping, he welcomed me into the shop area where I was given an open door tour. They use water jet CNC machines for cutting granite. It is very precise and very impressive. My situation for needing to contact the owner arose because my Rep, Rick, was sick and was unavailable. Konstantin listened to my concerns, looked over pictures I took and reviewed drawings of my personal sketches to assist me in getting the piece cut exactly to my specifications. He personally communicated with me via phone and text during the entire process for the correction. The correction was only needed because of a misunderstanding of how things are normally done with a specific backsplash versus how I understood it to be. It was very minor in nature and is also considered an up charge due to intricacy. However, Konstantin did not charge me for the correction, which his company installed to their normal practices. He also assisted me in paying for the plumber needed for a sink reconnection due to an unforeseen sink depth. In my opinion, there is no other granite company anyone should use. East Coast Granite and Marble is where its at, unless, of course, you are looking for subpar craftsmanship, inferior customer service, snotty receptionists and order givers. If you want someone to give you what you want, call them.Major thanks to Konstantin, Rick, Nicole, Joe and Juan and crew. Im sure the cutters are awesome too, but Ive never met them!
I had excellent customer service and a quick installation for countertops in my new home! I was very pleased with East Coast Granite & Marble (Cary, NC).
