Whole Foods is one of my favorite grocery stores! Their meats, seafood, and veggies are very fresh! You will really enjoy all this store has to offer! Every aisle has something special! You will not be disappointed!

A great place to go shopping for fresh produce and stuff. Highly recommend this place has great prices and great deals especially if you are a prime customer as well.

Went in to hopefully get a fresh juice. Didnt find any buuuuuuuut I found the most beautiful basil plants and blueberry bushes. They look healthier than anything Ive seen in nursery stores. I cant wait to get these in my garden. I was pleasantly surprised. Still wish they served fresh juice.

Our favorite Whole Foods. Small but cute and has most everything youll need. There is a cute park nearby surrounded by restaurants, shops, cinema, and playground. Fun place to walk around.

Theres lots to like about Whole Foods but we love the Cheese Department, especially this location which seems brighter and more appealing. The $5 ends are a great way to try new flavors without breaking the bank. In December they have the 12 days of Cheese where a different top seller is 50% each day. And in February theres the cracking of the Parmesan wheel.

Love the sections and interest products. Fresh flowers.Good for quick tasty meals.

At Whole Foods, I tend to expect amazing produce but I find the produce didnt stay good very long once I got it home. The layout of this store is a bit confusing and cramped.

A great place for do shopping for fresh fruits and hot foods.Clam Chowder was very good.

Always check the prices when you go through the checkout!! an item rang up almost 20% higher than it was listed on the shelf...the assistant at the checkout was totally disinterested when I mentioned it to her. I had to go back to the item, take a photo of the price then go to customer service to show them the discrepancy in order to get it put right... It seemed like customer service was much better in the pre-Amazon days.....

I Love going here. They have a hot bar that is delicious and has several different options to choose from. I Love their tacos.

Al in the meat department was AMAZING!! I came in with a very odd request and he went above and beyond to help me. I live in Creedmoor so I dont often find myself in Cary at Whole Foods but I was WOW-ed by Al! The self-checkout cashier is also worth mentioning although I didnt catch his name. This was literally the best experience Ive ever had at a grocery store. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Bakery section is the best. Delicious cakes and breads. Better than any other non specialty store.

They keep it clean. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Im always amazed how everyone I have ever asked cheese questions of, is so darn knowledgeable!

I’ve visited a number of times and I have not had good service experiences at this location. I think they have good selections of produce. And I love the beer choices.I didn’t like the clerk that treated like I was wasting her time to ask her a question about a product. Telling me if I don’t want don’t take it. Then on a different visit the burger I ordered had a soggy bottom bun and the fries were not crisp. This was not consistent with other Whole Foods I have visited.

Amazingly helpful personnel! I was looking for a particular vitamin but discovered multiple aisles - so didnt know where to start. An employee was SO helpful AND answered my questions. Great experience!

Not worth the money. Usually I am a big whole foods fan, even though its too pricey I used to love their quality when I used to live in Richmond. But, this is one of my least favorite market. The quality is so low and not worth the money!

1st time ever in whole foods. Loved all the variety but a lot of the stuff I wanted wasnt stocked or wasnt looking good. Not all just a few. Loved that they have a lot of supplement options too. They didnt have organic dates though.

I visit Whole Foods a LOT. The Wade Avenue location was always my base but when my job brought me to Cary, this location became my go to...unfortunately.CASHIERS - There are multiple cashiers that just have bad attitudes. You can almost see their eyes roll back in their heads at the slightest inconvenience. Recently I watched one chastise an elderly couple for not understanding the absurd system of having one line that snakes down the food isle for 5 registers. Why there is not two lines for two rows of registers like every other grocery store on earth, I will never know!HOT BAR - I eat at the hot bar for lunch and breakfast multiple times per week. Again, Raleigh location is on point. But if you like room temp bacon and disgusting eggs this is your place. And once you fill your plate with questionable selections, as a bonus you get to sit on any one of the countless sticky tables and benches. Spoiler alert, they have not been deep cleaned since the grand opening some years ago. I would not be writing this if it was not consistently bad. (See pics of eggs).I wish it wasn’t like this. I love Whole Foods and want to enjoy it.

The meat department guys are awesome. Cashiers always very friendly. Customer service desk is great if you have a question or concern. Seafood department workers usually have attitudes that you are bothering them..

A good store for produce, except for berries and tropical fruit, way to expensive! Same for fresh seafood.However, a lot of good products at reasonable prices, such as store brand products, bakery and cheese when on sale.The really annoying aspect of shopping there now is all these store employees who prepare on line orders; some times, they are as many as customers if not more, and they really are not customer aware, as they will reach to whatever they need to pick without checking whether the customer was reaching to the same product, all of that without any sign of politeness, courtesy or respect for the customer.Please train them to care for customers!

Got to love whole foods. If you are one that needs gluten free or dairy free, or plant based protein type meats, this is your store. Produce is always fresh and top quality. Staff very helpful.

The ice cream flavors are too good and rare

I always love my visits here been a holistic advocate and being more cautious of what I eat this place always delivers...what I didnt expect was to be blown away by this smoothie, it was made with artificial sweetners or syrup, she actually use fresh kale and other ingredients. I love the collagen protein as an added boost. There is so much you can find here and you know that they have done all they could to ensure that everything is all natural and fresh. Helps us with making better choices on those days we actually stick to our diets lol.

I do specific grocery shopping here and love it. Employees are very polite and helpful. The produce people could be a little more knowledgeable, but that applies to nearly all grocery stores these day. One thing that stands out for us is their breakfast bar! Lots of great choices you wont find elsewhere, such as breakfast quinoa, plantains, sweet potato tater tots, plain, cheesy, and cheesy jalapeno grits, blueberry biscuits, sour cream biscuits, and great thick cut bacon. And its very affordable compared to other similar breakfast bars. It is NOT an all-you-can-eat buffet. Its single trip, priced by weight at the registers. I would definitely recommend trying it.

Truthfully every Whole Foods I’ve ever been in stresses me out. Just something about the aisles being A LIL too narrow and there inexplicably always being a lot of people regardless of the time of day.It always just feels like I’m in The Truman Show - uneasy.Good fresh produce.

Much more friendly helpful staff than Wade Avenue. This store had turkey breast today so that makes me pleasantly bias. Shelve displays look organized over all. ( teas loom overlooked) Grocery prices at WF are definitely up . But, very helpful and pleasant self check out cashier, Carlise. (I hope correct spelling because her energy and willingness to offer friendly help is commendable) the check out system is not for the faint of heart!!

This location is really disappointing . It use to be great but now seems to only be focussed on Amazon grocery services. The store was a mess and dirty .

Whole Foods is a great grocery store. The quality of the foods is top notch. The produce is always fresh, the seafood selection is plentiful and the butcher is well stocked as well. I like the local bread selection and the abundance of cheeses is much appreciated. Their prepared foods are also very good. I like the Sausage Lasagna and Eggplant Parm. I have not been disappointed with foods here.

Worked here for two days without being properly trained other than online training from home. AMAZON DESTROYED THIS COMPANY FROM THE BOTTOM UP.. Just remember if you come and shop there you’re supporting the worst type of careless company.

Limited vegan selection in hot bar, as well cold offerings. Very disappointed on having to settle with a garden wrap, that was missing the hummus..Also less plastic, more compostables please.

I have been trying to buy Frozen Potato & Peas Samosas. 3 weeks and they are not available. Certain spices such as Cardamom is not available. This is not Whole Foods problems, but Vendors are having shortages or products are hard to obtain because of COVID-19.Otherwise, I have had a GREAT experience at Whole Foods.

Who doesnt Love Whole Foods, right? I come to this one when I have to pick up the items that I cannot find anywhere else while out doing my regular grocery shopping (certain special vitamins, gluten free items like Quorn and rainbow macaroons! ) I had to take a call and was seriously DELIGHTED to find this cute little area with a water fountain! So zen. Made my trip and this business call a lot better than planned.

Great. I was in a hurry to get a meal for my brother and his wife who just moved. I wanted something good, but nothing that required much prep or time on their part. I found a chicken pot pie; garlic, rosemary potato wedges; caesar salad with dressing to add, mini bundt carrot cakes and banana bread for breakfast. All they have to do is put pie in oven and heat potatoes. I was thrilled and it took me maybe 20 minutes. They had various choices. I highly recommend for a meal for the family or a meal to the rescue.

Love shopping Whole Foods. They have the best produce by far. We eat a great deal of fruits and vegetables. They never let us down. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so kind.

Great selection of plant based cheeses. They have a few choices od plant based butter, but all in all, a great store to visit.

When I went there it was busy. But not long lines at the checkout. The man who checked me out knew how to pack, unlike many other places Ive shopped.

A pretty nice supermarket, the prices are notoriously high however theyre getting better since the acquisition by Amazon. They have a very wide variety of everything that they carry. A huge bulk food section, an impressive fresh seafood section, and alot of specialty foods you just wont find at other markets.

Something about the store set up leads to customer flow issues here, I always seem to be bumping into other people, but the meat and seafood section is great along with the top end food categories.

They always have friendly people working there.

Great produce and meats but man youre going to pay up for that. They are what they are. so, I question some of their organics actually being organic. I appreciate the fresh offerings and beer/wine selection. Was initially excited about their pairing with Amazon but am going to let my account go because I rarely make the trip to Whole Foods.

Bought 2x overpriced 365 branded milk. It had a stale smell even many days before expiry and we had to throw it away. There were other items that we got that were good. Was my first and probably last time here.

Some things are a little over priced but its overall pretty nice. Clean, well organized, things are easy to find but if not, staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic bread, dessert, drink and meal selections! Use your prime membership! It doesnt save me as much as Id like, but, I take savings where I can.

I have been going to this specific Whole Foods for over 10 years. Everyone has always been very friendly and it has always been a welcoming environment

Whole Foods generally provides excellent products. But I’d like to warn folks about their Italian pork sausage. It is without a doubt the worst sausage I’ve ever had in my life. It is filled with fat and gristle and lacking in flavor. I tried it twice just to make sure I didn’t get one bad batch. The second (and last) time I cooked with it my dish was totally ruined. It was so bad I really felt obligated to warn others to find this item elsewhere and don’t waste your money.

I always get weird vibes in this store, and I think it is because there is really a lack of customer appreciation here. Aisles are too narrow and crowded, filled now with mostly prime pickers. Store staff hardly say a word and act annoyed if you do the least thing wrong. I prefer Harris Teeter across the street.

WONDERFUL choice of inventory at this particular location. (PS: their bakery staff are lovely and so helpful if you ever want to order a cake, etc ahead of time!)

Havent been here since the pandemic started and now Im glad. While the food remains of higher grade and selection, this place was a little over run for a Sunday afternoon for me. Almost impossible to keep safe distance here. Ill rate again on an off date

Terrible store...rotten produce

I have no qualms about this place. I am regular at this place. The helpers here are very courteous. There were times when I was the last person to checkout, never did they have an issue with that.A special mention to the lady at the cheese station. She is very patient. The folks at the bread station might not attend to you immediately.On the whole, a very nice place.

First time here in years. I dont live in wake county, so coming here was a treat. Found what I was looking for plus some. Prices are what you expect. It was busy at the time I went.

I am very partial to the location in Raleigh on Wade Ave, however, for residents of Cary - this location certainly has a better, more accessible parking lot. This store is large with much selection. However, I am often disappointed with the Hot Bar at this location. I will admit that it was within 2 hours of closing time both of the times I was disappointed, but remember: you last customer deserves the same experience as your first customer.

I work as an amazon shopper in this store have never been to whole foods before then but I absolutely love the store and the people including the customers are amazing and very helpful...

The store and staff are good. Sometimes the staff will get in your way (rather than letting you move first) or make you move around them which is frustrating. The people who shop there are the absolute worst. The store needs to be tripled in size. I do appreciate all the vegan and unique options.

Well looks like even the friendliest places to shop in are now becoming hostile...I was there today wearing my mask, standing six feet away from the lady on the register who is also wearing a mask and behind a glass shield and she started shaking and yelling in front of other customers... “ no no you are standing too close to me” so I moved my cart somewhere else and talked to a guy there who seemed like the manager about her behavior .. he said ok ok and did nothing.. now I know why everybody is paying others to get their groceries for them ..people just lost it
