We were having issues with one of our phones and we went to this location for help. I am not the most technical guy in the world and websites and things make me anxious. Dee greeted us as we came in and from that moment on everything seemed easy. She helped with calling T-Mobile and getting all the information needed from our phone. Everything was excellent. With the way all retail is going right now it was a true pleasure to be helped by someone so compassionate and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and we will definitely come back to this location.
Went in yesterday with multiple things to accomplish, was met at the door by a gentleman named rob, from the very beginning you could tell that he cared and was fully attentive in addressing my needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. Thanks rob!
Usually customer service is decent but Ashley was an absolute jerk. Never met anyone who was as rude and unprofessional as she was. The reason the entire store gets one star is when this was pointed out to the manager, manager pretended it wasnt happening. Basically verbally abusive for no apparent reason whatsoever--totally unprovoked. Ashley needs to be fired.
I had a major malfunction of my own doing and went to the T Mobile 8204 Tryon Woods Cary store. Robert Petrolino helped me. First, he diagnosed my phone malfunction. Then, he presented me with different options to fix my phone. After a few decisions and changing my mind, he fixed my phone and set me up with a new account and phone to save me money. This guy was unbelievably patient with me. And it took awhile to take care of my situation. I hope his employers appreciate him. He really is a great representative of the company. B Fanning

Holly springs store is awesome, not this one. When my brand new s21+ screen just died I was told to go replace it myself on my own expense and the girl made it very clear she couldnt care less about it

I came to this location to get a new phone for my son and as it turned out I was able to get an upgrade on my phone as well. They were so patient and helpful. They asked questions to find out exactly what would work best for us and hooked my son up with a great phone for gaming that he loves and the best part is it was at a much better price point than the one I would have selected for him that wouldn’t have suited his gaming needs. They put on cases, screen protectors and everything! Victor helped me pick out the perfect new iPhone for me. He showed me a gold one that I had no idea that I would love!! Without his input I would have a plain white phone instead of the beautiful one that I am obsessed with! He helped me find a clear case to show it off. They switched my daughter over to my existing iPhone as well. Also With the money I saved on his phone I was able to buy Apple watches for myself and my daughter since they had a sweet deal going on. I live about 30 minutes from this location and as my phone and my daughters watch had to be sent(arrived in 2 days) so I went to a closer store to my house to get help with activation and set up. After waiting in line for 30 minutes at that store without so much as a hello, we left and drove out to Cary. Dee welcomed us with a cheerful voice and great attitude making us feel like she was happy that we came in. What a huge difference in the customer service! They both went above and beyond getting us set up and happy and trust me it was a process!! I’m not very tech savvy and they answered so many questions for me. They are super knowledgeable. They were both so patient and engaging and the vibe in this store was amazing! I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had on both visits. Also another lady helped me as well on my initial visit and I wish I would have have gotten her name because she was delightful as well. Also worth mentioning that they are on point with social distancing and covid protocols! I like going places where I feel safe and they didn’t disappoint. I won’t go to a different TMobile store after this. My daughter can’t stop playing with her new Apple watch and we decided we will be back for those Apple AirPods soon!!
This store like to steal from their customers. Like putting empty boxes in stocks so they can money for them and if you try to return it they will tell you are trying to steal from them and their stock is never right it all empty boxes. And they love not give your money back and send you a fake e-mail address to help solve the problems they have.

Young privileged non professional no customer service training for employees clearly. Astrid and Nicholas are the worst. Clearly people need jobs. T Mobile wants you to go to other companies such as Verizon. At some point T Mobile must care about whom they are hiring!! Astrid and Nicholas. Should be fired, asap... GO ELSEWHERE. Do you have a favorite hair salon you go to that always seems to do it right? Well, this is that hair salon. My family and I have been apart of T-mobile for many years and this is by far the best store we have been to in quite sometime. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with setting up our new phones. Definitely, will be coming to this store on our future endeavors.
I forget who “helped” me that day but basically i traded in my phone and was given the promotion for a free iphone 11 with the trade in. Well the rep there didnt do his job of porting in my old number so i still got charged an extra month from att and when i called tmobile they couldnt help me. Now i have to keep paying the installment plan on the phone because of the same thing. He didnt port in my number so i dont meet the criteria for the promotion. And calling tmobile customer service the lady Trisha, blames me for not acting faster on the problem. When I clearly told her i did and no one was able to help me. Ive heard bad things about tmobile and now i believe it and i regret getting out of att.Edit: i emailed the email address left on the reply below twice within a week of leaving my review and have not gotten a reply back. Not sure if this is something they do so other readers can see that the company has tried to help me but it is false. They just leave these replies acting like they want to help and when you reach out no one emails you back. Sick game Tmobile.

The person who helped me when I was in the store, was very helpful. She took her time with me & made sure I understood how to do things.She also made sure why something couldnt be done or transfered to the new phone.
Worst customer service experience ever. Was kicked out for wearing a Trump mask. Dee the manager asked me to leave cause my mask didnt meet their standards. Kept telling me it was corporate rules, but the store 2 miles away had no issues.

The phones are bolted down to the counters, so theres no way to actually try the phones out. Theres no way to feel the weight or size, compare picture or video quality, or interact with the phones in any meaningful way. I left and went to Best Buy instead.
T mobile you need find better employee than having an employee that verbally abuse the customer.I was here in this location to pick up my phone for the order that was lost or never delivered to my address. After several phone calls with T mobile expert team, They apologized and accepted the fact that it was not delivered and I could go to store to pick up the phone but this Representative Becky verbally abused me for not filing my claim with UPS and its not T mobile responsibility to replace that lost device. I tried to file a claim over phone with T-Mobile representative on line with UPS but that order was not eligible for the claim. This representative Becky Verbally abused and threatened me to not to go there again.

Beware shady sales representatives at this location not disclosing phone costs and trade in valuesFirst the service is awful. We don’t have service most of the time. My family switched from AT&T to T mobile at the end of last month. Big mistake and costly one. T-Mobile did not pay off the trade in phone as stated and didn’t disclose that they used the value of my trade In for their up front fees. I had to pay off my iPhone X remaining costs to AT&T which we didn’t know had not been paid off plus now in a new plan paying for another iPhone for awful cell service. I could have just kept my old phone since I ended up having to pay it off anyway and stayed with AT&T or found a better company to switch service to.
I bought a brand new phone from them and it wasn’t even a week I started experiencing issues with the phone. I went back and informed them something was wrong with the phone. Camille the rep insisted nothing was wrong WITH IT she didn’t try to find out what the issue was. I was told I had to pay a ridiculous $50 fee in order to replace the phone. I then went to the apple store and they detected the issue there was something wrong with the HARDWARE!! I was so upset bc the representative from t mobile was trying to accuse me of dropping my phone and didn’t seem to care. Thankfully the reps from the apple store took care of everything for me.
I love the staff at the store. I feel at home every time I visit. There was a point that I was going to give up on T-Mobile as a company but when I came back they all welcome me and my family with open arms So because of this staff I will not leave T-Mobile unless the company as a whole gives me a reason to do so. Terrible customer service. The representative was not knowledgeable about the products and basically told me they have hundreds of phones when I asked for a recommendation. When I asked what are some the top phones, she couldnt tell me nor did she ask any of her co-workers. Seemed like she just wanted me to leave the store and go online.
I wish there was an option for a 10 star rating. Great customer service! If you are having trouble with your phone - or in my case the charging cable - take it to this T-Mobile store. I was having trouble with my phone not charging. The 1st thing they did was check to see if the problem was the phone or the cord. It was the cord and since my phone was less than a year old they gave me a FREE cord they had in the back. Now THAT is customer service.
While we were evacuated during Hurricane Florence, my phone started giving me trouble. Franco was more interested in trying to sell me a new S9 (my S9 is only 6 months old) than in offering any real solutions to my problem. He did put it on his wireless charger for an hour-and-a-half, but only up to 50%; he took it off saying, Itd take all day. The customer care here at this store is THE worst Ive ever experienced at any T-Mobile store in the 10+ years Ive been with this company (first as Suncom, then T-Mo). It made me miss my home store in Wilmington where I always get top-of-the-line, customer-centered service. Maybe the manager of this store can send his staff down our way for some training in how customer care *should* be done.
Had a terrible experience today with Michael. Very stiff and awkward interaction, If I had more time in my schedule I would have left and went to Durham to see the friendly staff there. Michael did not seem to want to help, broke away from the conversation, was giving short answers and I had to ask him several times for assistance. He even argued that a lesser phone was better than the phone I was interested in purchasing, and it seemed like he was trying to make me feel bad about the phone I was interested in. Michael is not customer focused or professional, and had a condensending attitude. Because of Michael I will be going to Durham from here forward.
Love this place. I had to go there twice over the weekend and everyone was professional yet still fun to talk with. You can tell they like their jobs!

Had a good, initial, experience but I went back two days later to have the screen protector replaced, as instructed by my sales rep. He was not present so I tried to have another store associate help and he refused to replace the screen protector. He said he needed a manager to authorize the transaction. The manager was not present and the associate refused to contact a manager for support. The associate refused to help at all. The associate refused to even get up out of his seat. After I contacted TMobile they instructed me to tell him to call costumer support and he flat or refused to do that. I left only to come back and return everything I bought there. I will never return to this store and I will tell anyone and EVERYONE to avoid this store at all costs. Shame on the associates and the managers at this location.

Was told by tmobile customer service to swing by a store and switch out a sim because my existing sim was giving me error when activating it. The guy at the store told me that whatever tmobile customer support says had to be honored by them and not the store..So I asked him if this was an independently owned store rather than corporate.His responce: we are a corporate store,, a lot of people will say that but dont be live them.That pretty much gave it away. But I still did my research and found out that they were indeed a franchised retailer.Lies lies lies

The scammed me when they sold me the iPhone 7. I vividly remember the salesman telling me that adding the insurance on my phone will cover my phone in case itll break or anything like that. Fast forward 3 months I dropped my phone and the screen is cracked I went to the same store and the same salesman said that I have to file a claim and pay 175$ deductible. Its the same guy who told me adding by adding the insurance they will replace the phone in case anything happens and now hes saying that there is no such thing. I didnt want the insurance at first but he upsold me it by sugar coating how easy itll be to replace my phone in case anything happens. This is my first time writing a riview about any place and I wouldnt write anything if I didnt feel that I was fooled by the salesman. Im paying extra money for no reason and he got his commission for sure. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Been coming here between 2009 and 2015 and usually had to wait in long lines and still do, but once I am served the staff is usually friendly and helps me out. I did have a nightmare situation in December 2015 when T-Mobile mixed up my account with a Peter Nguyen and it took a lot of arguing on the phone at the store to straighten it out. Not a pleasant situation and hope it doesnt happen again. I was quite embarrassed to talk in such a loud voice in front of all the employees and customers. In any case I now go to the T-Mobile on OKelly Chapel Road near the new Target. That location is not very crowded and doesnt create unnecessary drama.Gave 3 stars though instead of less since I got about 3 smartphones here and they lasted an average of 2 years. :)
Still trying to get my phone turned in from last week. This store was awful...RUDE Franco. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. He wanted to overcharge me for a replacement phone. It is not my fault your phones dont work. He threw a tantrum when I called corporate...still have not heard from them. Tmobile has gotten worse. I continue to get text stating my phone has not been returned and I have to pick up my new phone. I HAVE MY NEW PHONE people.I was in the store for almost three hours. White man came in and I had to wait longer. Franco you are a freaking minority. I spoke to John and he apologized for his emyees behavior and stressed they are about customer service and he would return my old phone and register I had a new. Guess what it is a new week and I am still getting g text stating my old phone was not exchanged for the new and I would be charged for both phones if I do not pick it up. I called today which is Monday and John the manager was in so called meeting.Sure. I am going to run back to Verizon as soon as I pay off this phone. More professional. If these people can stop watching Hispanic music videos and tv, texting on the phone with partners,kissing partners they could do some work and help customers.

Two and a half hours to buy a prepaid sim. This is well beyond what it should take. They had only two reps and one of them had no clue what she was doing. I would never go back to this store. I would rather drive further to a different place.
Saw the review of Jalen. He gave me incorrect information that the free music streaming wasnt available on the 1 GB plan that I wanted. I almost missed out on getting the iPhone at launch as a result. Thankfully, their executive response team set the story straight and arranged to have me put to the front of the line for the iPhone.Another time, I came in to get a Jawbone Up Move that they were offering for free to subscribers with any purchase or payment. Jalen was actually willing to sell it to me, but his rude, uppity female manager refused and said I couldnt make a payment on my plan to be eligible. Funny, as Cary Towne store had no problem with it.Id avoid this store and go to Cary Towne. They do give a hard sell there, but havent given me any incorrect info or tried to cheat me like this store.

Went in for help with my phone. Jalen, the guy behind the desk proceeded to change pandora stations, snapchat, and text people, while Im standing in front of him. I get that its a phone store, but as a already pissed off customer due to phone issues, DO NOT ignore me when Im literally asking for help 2 feet from your face. Ridiculous.
