A family member gave me a cellphone better than my current one, but with a broken screen. I googled to find the nearest place I could get it repaired and really lucked out in finding this place. The service and staff are phenomenal. They had the parts on hand to fix my phone, lucky for me, and the technician fixed it while I waited. I was given an estimate of 30 min but pretty sure it was done in 20. Got a new screen protector and case for the new phone while I was there. In and out in 30 min with a repaired screen. I will definitely be back.

Very satisfied with my service today. I needed a screen replacement and I have a rare phone so I bought my own screen on eBay in advance and then brought it to the store. They charged me only a flat rate ($50) for labor. Then, I noticed they even had a case compatible with my phone on the wall so I bought that too for a grand total of under $70.

The store was good when I visited, it’s a bit far from me but I liked it I normally can’t find a store with good options and good deals, the lady that attended me did good but hurt herself by getting nervous and eager to be polite but overall I enjoyed the service. If you are looking for a specific thing don’t come to a store they won’t have it or if they do it’ll be overpriced simply because they need to make the money of it!. Just order online but if your looking to explore see if you find something then it’s great.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Went to repair the back glass of our iPhone and upon pickup, saw we were charged full price with some off-brand (no logo) replacement backing. We asked why our phone had been fixed with a knockoff piece without our permission and were told they don’t have any correct glass pieces in stock. We asked for a refund, since we didn’t consent to this unacceptable back glass. They refused and assured us they’d fix it in a week. We explained we didn’t have much time for this repair, but they insistently claimed they’d have a new piece soon.We waited a week and heard the same thing the week after. After 3 visits, they still kept postponing our repairs, despite us just wanting a partial refund. In the end, our provider wouldn’t take the phone due to external and internal damage, explaining that even if the non-logo phone backing were fixed, Pro Wireless further damaged our phone to a point that couldn’t be repaired.In reviews, the owner’s responses have a pattern of claiming reviewers didn’t pay enough or take Pro Wireless’s offered alternatives. Read through these and be forewarned, this place is not worth the money and deception, not to mention the followup repairs for additional damages they cause throughout the repair process. Should be 0 stars.

I drove 45 minutes to the location only to be directed to the Triangle Town Ctr.(40 mins away) Location because you didn’t have a tech at the store. So I drive to TTC and get the same thing your store has a soldering gun. So I give up for the day and try again the next day. Thankfully I got the screen replaced and bought a protector and case the person at the store put it on. I was satisfied. Until I get home and I couldn’t turn the volume down nor push the on/off button thru the case. The next morning the screen was cracked again( I believe from the case that was put on). I call the store and explain but I was told there is nothing that can be done. The only reason I gave a three was the polite associate that helped me in the store.

Take your phone to an actual expert who uses ORIGINAL parts and does not cut corners. I could still see the glue dried on the edges of phone they gave me. Camera stopped working on the back and selfie camera won’t snap pictures. I’m wondering what the hell they did to my phone.Most of the good reviews here were paid for by a marketing company that pumps up ratings on Google. Don’t be fooled.

I walked in to an empty store to get my charging port cleaned, not repaired. Just cleaned. I very quickly left after being told I would have to pay $80 to CLEAN the smallest port on my phone. Ridiculous pricing. Almost $100 for something that would take 5 minutes.

I’ve been going to Pro Wireless for years to get my devices fixed. Last month, I brought my water-damaged laptop in early one morning. The staff was so pleasant and polite. They asked me questions to help diagnose the issue, took it into the back, and were able to get it all fixed up in less than half an hour. Since then, everything’s worked perfectly. Always very satisfied with the efficiency and customer service.

I have been getting cases and protectors for all my devices from them for a few years now. Priced reasonably and of good quality. Recently was informed of a newer style screen protector they have called 3 layer protection. Once I purchased my new phone, I brought it to them to have one put on. Within a day or two it started to show signs of not sticking. Brought the phone back and they replaced the protector and concluded it was the case I got from them. Did a little adjusting to the case and fit better then before.

First off, they were unable to fix my phone as the front facing camera would not focus when I originally picked it up. I waited an additional 45 mins for the technician to try 2 different screens to tell me that they would not be able to fix it today and asked me to come back tomorrow. I came back the following day and had to wait another 45 mins for the technician to tell me that the screen was continued to not focus. I asked for the Owners name and he gave it to me. Would not recommend them as they are terrible when it comes to prioritizing their work & customer service/communication was low.My phone was cracked nothing else was wrong with it!

I brought in an iPhone 6s+ with a cracked and lifted screen. The staff was very professional and explained in detail what the repair would entail. They told me the screen was lifting because the battery was swollen and that it needed to be replaced. They continued to explain that I was not going to be charged the full price for the battery since i was already getting the screen fixed, only 19.99. They fixed the phone in under a hour and now its good as new. great service, great costumer service. would highly recommend.

Fast, cheap and nicely done.I had a iPhone 6 with a crack glass on for weeks and finally it gave up on me. I went to three different stores around Cary to do price match, and pro-wireless is cheapest($110). all the other places cost around $130. The repair service was fast,only around 20 minutes, and the phone looks nice and new after the repair. I am highly recommend to people who need quick service on their phone.

Just bought a case but the man working the counter put on my tempered glass and showed me a few cool things on my Google Pixel 3xl. Store was busy lots of screen repairs it seemed.

I filed a complaint with BBB about these guys. They replaced an Apple Watch display and FAILED to notify me/disclose to me/inform me that them replacing the display would result in the Series 3 Apple Watch losing its water resistance feature. The owner responded to my BBB claim some nonsense about how its my fault due to my lifestyle. Im including her response below, and my follow up response below hers. I think its important for folks to see how this lady treats repeat customers.Choose wisely with whom you do business. The lowest price can often come at the highest cost.HER RESPONSEThe customer needs to understand there are hundreds of parts inside an electronic device such as the Iwatch. We replaced the screen part of the Iwatch when the customer came in with a broken screen. We also offered 60 days warranty on our repairs. When the customer came back to us after the repair about the screen not working. we IMMEDIATELY ordered a part on customers behalf for the warranty at no cost to the customer. However, due to the rusted cables inside the Iwatch from the moisture due to lifestyle of the customer, the newly installed screen will Not lit up. We told the customer that he needs go to Apple for Device warranty.All devices including cell phones are equipped with Water Resistency. However, the phrase Water Proof is something that no manufacturer will claim for. All of our repairs for the screen will stand up to the Water resistency such as droplets of rain water or splash of juice onto the device. Its really the Duration of the time and the level of liquid will determine the water proof test of a device.This case is really about factors that are NOT related to the actual repair which is the screen.MY RESPONSE TO HER RESPONSEThe owners response is misleading and completely misses the point of my complaint altogether. They did not disclose to me, or notify me, that after replacing the Apple Watch Display, that the watch would lose its water resistance feature.The most absurd point raised by the Pro Wireless owner, is her point regarding lifestyle of the customer. AFTER THE DISPLAY WAS REPLACED, AND SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I WAS NOT MADE AWARE THAT THIER REPAIR WOULD CAUSE THE APPLE WATCH TO LOSE ITS WATER RESISTANCE FEATURE, I CONTINUED TO USE THE APPLE WATCH IN THE MANNER APPLE INTENDS IT TO BE USED.According to Apple, the Apple Watch Series 3 can be used in a shower, in a pool, and in the ocean at shallow depths. I never used my watch in the shower, in a pool, or in the ocean. I ONLY ran with the watch during a light rain. HAD PRO WIRELESS INFORMED ME THAT THEIR REPAIR WOULD RENDER THE WATCH NO LONGER WATER RESISTANT, I WOULD NOT HAVE WORN THE WATCH DURING A RUN IN A LIGHT, OR ANY, RAIN. In other words, had they disclosed to me that their repair would render the water resistance feature obsolete, I would have altered my lifestyle with regard to when and how I used the watch.Secondly, Pro Wireless never directed me to Apple for warranty.Regarding the owners comment, This case is really about factors that are NOT related to the actual repair which is the screen, how can this be the case when water damage was detected ONLY after the screen was replaced by Pro Wireless? One can assume that they would have noticed water damage after removing the display on the initial repair. The repair tech did not mention anything regarding water damage or the presence of water when the watch was initially repaired. They ONLY mentioned water damage AFTER they replaced the screen the first time.The bottom line is that they did not disclose to me that replacing the screen rendered the watch no longer water resistant, which would have afforded me the opportunity to use the watch differently, ie., never use the watch in the presence water.

I had a Samsung needs to replace the glass screen and the digitize screen. Charged me $375 for it. After only a month and half, the digitize screen stopped working. I called and immediately they asked how long was it fixed and said they only warranty for 30 days. They very aggressive and wouldnt do anything more, and kept repeating the 30 days warranty. I believe they know their cheap replacement would not work after 30 days, so thats why the 30 days warranty. Dont be fool to the cheap and quick fix. Youll get frustration later on...

I give this place 1 star because I legitimately feel robbed out of my money and not protected from my business. I took my S7 Edge for repair, it had a cracked screen, for those of you who have never cracked a Samsung phone, repairs are expensive....in my case, it was a $300!! The repair was done and within 3 days a pink line appeared on the screen. I took my phone back to the store and was told that the display failing is a sign of me dropping the phone and that it wasnt covered. 3 days later after a repair was done, the brand new display failed and it wasnt covered, I didnt drop the phone as I was been extremely careful since I had broken the glass the last time.

Horrible experience. Had screen replaced and not even 90 days later it just wouldnt respond. Went in to ask if they could take a look and they would not, saying there is nothing they can do. Asked about the manufacturer of the screen and they told me they dont know what brand it is... even though they are the ones that replaced it. They refused to tell me what brand equipment that they are using, probably because it is some knock-off no name brand that is worthless. Worst customer experience of my life.

So I contacted the Cary, NC store to see if my phone is ready since I first dropped it off days ago do to water damage. A gentlemen named Eric answered the phone and was VERY rude. Carlos has been very helpful in this whole situation but he told me my phone would be ready for pick up today and that his off day was Wednesday (yesterday). (to the owner) It should not be up to the customer to explain every feature wrong with the phone unless the customer is aware from the beginning that not everything will be included in the repair. I should have been told what exactly is covered for water damaged phones before I made a payment. This way I would not have expected my phone to be back to normal after I first dropped it off. At this point I just want my money back and my phone please.Thank you,Alexis

Truly Lifesavers. I drove over my $1200 iphone X stupidly. It had broken glass everywhere and some water got in from the rain. I am very disappointed by the communication I received from this store. My phone had water damage and I explained that to the gentlemen working in the store. I spent $100 on my Iphone and the same issues I was originally having were not fixed. No one told me that the $100 I spent would only cover getting the water out of the phone and screen touch repair. What about the other issues I am having from the water damage!!?? Communication should have been better this way I would have known exactly what would be covered and the expense for it to begin with.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S3 to have the screen fixed here, and what a mistake. To start off, the screen doesnt even work right anymore. If you press even a little bit too hard on the screen, it stops responding and I have to lock/unlock my phone to get it to respond to touches again. As if that wasnt bad enough, it looks like theres dust and dirt underneath the screen now. A very poor quality job, incredibly dissatisfied with the result.

The customer service at this store is a joke; I dont know how theyre still in business. I rarely leave negative reviews but TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE. Called to see if they had a good amount of cases to choose from before visiting. Person on the phone asked me to define a good amount: is it 50, 100, 1000? After explaining I didnt have a particular number in mind he told me they had PLENTY options for my phone. Apparently I should have asked what plenty meant because I arrived to a grand total of 4 different cases. From what I saw most everything in the store is two or three times the price of what you would pay for the exact same thing on Amazon. I really needed something to protect my phone temporarily so I ignored the bad attitudes and attempted to make one of the four work. It was damanged and they kindly agreed to take a dollar off. After trying it on I was given less than 20 seconds before they rudely demanded to know if I wanted it or not. In my time there I heard 2 people calling, one to complain about a repair that was way behind schedule. Both people got nothing but excuses from the employees. This company does not deserve your business; save yourself a trip. If you do end up there recommend they rebrand from PRO to POOR Wireless so people know what to expect. Spoke with friends and family who have also had bad experiences here. Buyers beware!

After a few weeks of getting my new iPhone, I unfortunately dropped it on the sidewalk from my way to work. I dropped it off at ProWireless at Triangle Towne and they said they would fix it immediately. No appoint needed and it was very convenient. After only waiting for 30 minutes, my phone was repaired. It looked brand new and I could not tell where I originally cracked it. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with ProWireless and their excellent service!

Got both iPad and iPhone 6plus repaired (broken screen’s). The price was competitive with other places. Warranty was 60 days only. 😐. My phone was repaired and put into a otter box. Unfortunately about 3 months after the charging port started acting screwy. And the touch screen was in responsive in top right corner. On my iPad the home button became lodged under the glass and no longer worked 5 days outside of warranty and the screen on iPad became unresponsive on bottom near home button. They refused to warranty repair it. I took it to a more known place and the guy told me it was cheap material used for the fix and barely any adhesive on it.Moral of the story: saving a little money now costs way more time and money later.

I went in today To have someone look at my phone and give me a quote and a girl looked at my phone and she try to tear off the screen protector thats keeping my screen together off my phone after i told her. causing my screen to splinter more now I cant even use the keypad. I only wanted a quote.

Went to Cell Experts to fix my iphone 7. All it needed was a new charging port. They took 3 hours and handed me a phone that did not work at all and told me they were closing so go to another repair store.Frustrated as I was, I needed a working phone so I came to ProWireless an hour before close.ProWireless repaired my phone to working condition and showed me where cell experts had left out several screws and taken shortcuts, all within 30 minutes.If you are going to get your phone fixed, come to a professional setting like ProWireless before you get screwed over and waste your time.

I unfortunately cracked the screen on my HTC M8 after having it for less than a month. I heard that there was a place in the mall that could fix my screen, for cheap! Well, that sounded great! My husband took me to the mall and I was eager to have a smooth surface on my phone yet again. The dude at the Pro Wireless store looked at my phone for a few seconds and told me it would cost 129.99 to repair the glass. I almost choked on my own saliva, as I could have just gone through my phone insurance and paid the 150 deductible and gotten a new phone. I said THANKS BUT NO THANKS and started walking away. I was feeling some bad energy in there, anyway. My husband says to ask them how long it would take to fix, and would they fix it in the store. They say, TWO hours, and yes, they will fix it right there in the store. This was 6 pm. Hesitantly, I left them with my phone. After what seemed like an eternity, I returned to PRO WIRELESS and saw the other dude still hard at work on my phone. Dude #1 says He not done yetMy husband and I wait around awkwardly for a bit, then go get milkshakes, come back, and find him still working on the phone. The mall closes at 9 and it was getting close to that time. Finally, at 9:10 or so, dude #2 hands my phone to dude #1 and he hands it to me. I pressed the little button to wake it up and it seemed to be working. I opened up SnapChat and took a photo and drew on it, it seemed responsive and all was good, plus, I desperately needed to get out of that mall, lets face it, it sucks. I bought a little case and dude #1 put the phone in it for me. My mistake was not checking the phone after that. We leave the mall, and I open the case to check messages. I press the Wake button, but nothing happens. Then, the screen starts doing weird stuff, like what the TV used to do when you tried to watch a channel you didnt have. I start freaking out of course, my husband tells me we will go back when he is off work. In the meantime, I cant make phone calls, send texts, use phone alarm, do anything. Screen occasionally flickers, thats it.Thanks for a shady job, Pro Wireless. I will never recommend you to anyone.Wish Id read reviews first. UGH.

Had a samsung screen replaced here a few years ago and it was crap. I was in a bind today so i took my iphone in for a screen and it turned out great! They must of got a better supplier.It was fast, affordable and im back in business.

Ive been a customer of theirs for 6 years. I have bought tons of cases and tempred glass screen protectors. After today though no more. I was laid off work and need to protect my current phone since i cant get another one. What happened is they put a tempered glass screen protector on thats the wrong size for the phone and it ended up coming off, when I went in today they even admitted it was wrong. When I went in for a replacement they of course said they could sell me another one at full price. Even after I said I had been a loyal customer all I got was, yea yea full price you pay $15 may not be a lot of money but when youre laid off during the holiday season every dollar counts and I needed that screen protector. Now if my phone breaks im SOL. I really appreciate thrm robbing me of what little money I have while in a bad spot. After being laid off and my treatment by pro wireless it just goes to show loyality means nothing in this world anymore.

Fast service and good prices

Worst place ever. my phone had had issue the next day . I brought it back and was accused of causing the problem and sitting on my phone! It just had not been fixed properly and they did not want to have to try again or refund my money. I did not want a refund a just a screen that was not black!

Excellent service - installed a screen protector in 3 minutes! Hard for someone whos vision is as bad as mine!
