My hubby purchased an iphone 8 from these folks. The young woman spent hours with him helping to transfer and set it up. Any other place would have simply sent him on his way with a good luck, fella.Highly recommend.

This store is great! I came in needing 2 somewhat newer but not brand new iPhones (for kiddos birthdays) she asked what type of games they played, and she suggested the 6s. Got them both for probably 1/4th of what I was expecting to pay. Excellent condition, up to date software, and came with headphones and chargers! Also NO PRESSURE environment, which is very important to me. 2 months later there are 0 issues with the phones and when I’m finally ready to upgrade I will be coming here to do so! This is a great shop to purchase refurbished phones compared to other shops in the Triangle. I’ve been to multiple shops where they’ll sell phones with noticeable cracks and scratches for ridiculous prices. This shop has a good selection of phones and they’re reasonably priced for the condition they’re in. Customer service is A+, the woman behind the counter was thorough and overall lovely. Very happy with my purchase!

I called back and she picked up I said that was very rude she said ok.. I said can I speak to your manager said Im the owner. I said is this hih you treat your customers she said yes.
