I had ideas about what I wanted, and after describing my vision, Ashton was able to find me exactly what I was imagining. Bella Bridesmaids has a national presence; this made it easy for all of my bridesmaids to find a location near them to try on the styles that interested them. The virtual showroom made remote collaboration between bridesmaids in different cities effortless. Ashton kept us on track; she made sure that we placed our order with plenty of time to arrive for alterations before the wedding. I would highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids!

I used Bella Bridesmaid of Raleigh to find dresses for my bridesmaids. I knew I wanted a single color with varying styles. I made an appointment for my mom, myself, and my Maid & Matron of honor. We had an easy time picking out a color and our attendant help pull different styles for us to choose from to create a cohesive yet unique look. Our stylist set up our virtual showroom so that all of my bridesmaids could view the looks I had chosen before visiting the showroom. They had the option to view online but visiting the showroom allowed them the possibility of trying on different styles as well as getting professionally measured.Ashton and her team were great with communication, letting me know when the first dress had been ordered and making sure to remind my girls of deadlines so that all dresses were received in time for our wedding. I highly recommend working with Bella Bridesmaids! You know the quality of the dresses you are ordering, they can help you design your dream look, and they have wonderful customer service!

This Bella Bridesmaids location is awesome, and their staff really cares and goes above and beyond for you. My 5 bridesmaids (all in different cities) were able to try on the dress sample I chose and when one location didnt have the samples, the kind ladies at this store shipped one of theirs to my bridesmaids store location so she could try it on at her appointment. Would recommend ordering from here! They are so helpful and organized.

I was a bride based in Boston and had bridesmaids in major metros all across the country. One of my MOHs lives in the Raleigh area and paved the way for us to use Bella! She went back for multiple appointments to check out the dresses, and the gals at Bella were so helpful answering all of my questions via zoom and email. They have a massive selection of dresses and are all gorgeous. After trying on many dresses and not finding the wow factor, Bella directed us to the Amsale crepe collection. My bridesmaids LOVED these glamorous dresses! The ordering process was seamless, the dresses came into Bella very quickly, and Ashton and her crew were able to ship them out to my bridesmaids almost immediately after. I cannot recommend Bella enough especially if you have a bridesmaid crew all over the country.

I loved the convenience of Bella Bridesmaids since all 8 of my bridesmaids lived in different parts of the United Sates. My girls in LA and Denver were able to get fitted with ease, and the process was so convenient for everyone. My wedding guests complimented how great the dress and color looked on everyone, and I couldnt have been happier with the look!

The service was great when the bridesmaids went with the bride to pick out the dress, especially since we had girls in a few different states. However the measurements were way off. Thank goodness i went down one size from what i was measured, otherwise there would be no salvage to the dress. They tell you your better safe than sorry ordering a little bigger and the dresses can be sized down 2 sizes before manipulating the dress, so fingers crossed🤞its just super frustrating when the alterations end up costing more than the dress itself, i feel their measuring could be a little more accurate.

Bella Bridesmaids is amazing!!! We primarily worked with Ashton, but everyone that we spoke with was incredibly nice and helpful! I knew that I wanted a palette of colors and Ashton very quickly put together a beautiful palette that looked gorgeous at our beach wedding! We absolutely loved the dresses and their colors! Additionally, the process of my bridesmaids picking out their dresses and getting fitted was VERY easy despite living in different states! Ashton was great about checking in with us and making sure that everyone received their dress ahead of schedule. We could not be more happy with how the bridesmaid dresses turned out and the help we received. I would highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids, you will receive excellent customer service and absolutely stunning dresses!!!!!

Bella’s Bridesmaids in Cary:I appreciated how Bella’s Bridesmaids of Cary were appointment only and their selection. However, that’s all I appreciated. The girl helping us was kind at first, but slowly began to show her true character. The bride asked to see another designer and was basically shot down due to being on a strict time frame. We had a one hour appointment (that’s all they allow) and it was only 25 minutes into our appointment... also I went to look at a dress near the dressing room which I was then quickly scolded by another worker for looking at the tag. She said and I quote, “Please don’t touch because uh you know uh COVID uh!!” SHE WAS NOT EVEN WEARING A MASK.Finally, another bridesmaid and I were poorly measured probably due to our strict one hour appointment time frame. She was off by two inches on everything..I normally do not write reviews, however I thought that other brides should know what they were in for. It is such a special time for the bride and her party, however it was quickly ruined by the lack of professionalism and genuine workers. I understand the importance of appointments and why they are set in place, however we were they last party of the day. If she really cared about the bride and her vision, then ten extra minutes would have been no problem.I recommend going to Bella’s Bridesmaids to see the options, but I do NOT recommend you doing business with them. Please do better at who you hire to represent your shop and name. :(

Cary location!My husband and I got married May of 2020. About a month or so after everything shut down due to Covid. I could rave so much about the customer service and how helpful the team was. They had the dresses shipped to my bridesmaids and handled everything professionally and timely. Thank you for all your help! And my brides maids looked gorgeous in their dresses

Sadly I was not a fan of this company. I was the maid of honor in my best friends wedding and I was not pleased with any part of the process. I called to make the original appointment and they made such a big deal about how the bride had to be the one who made the appointment. Well, my bride was busy! She has a successful and busy career and she really didnt have the time to call and set everything up, so I did. When our appointment finally arrived, I felt like they only talked to the bride. I completely understand, that it is the brides wedding, but we also need to feel heard as well. The bride let us choose whichever dress we wanted, but the sales associates definitely leaned towards the more expensive gowns in my opinion. They did not have many plus size dresses to try on. If you wanted to try on a gown in your own size that they didnt have, you would have to pay $25 for them to ship the dress to the store for you to try on. We ended up just measuring and getting a dress that would fit, but the sizing was very weird and they made me order a 4 sizes up than my normal size. Oh, and lets not forget about the $25 plus size fee if its over a size 12... which is basically a size 8 in normal sizing. We got the dresses only a week before the original wedding date. Thank goodness the wedding was moved due to covid, if not, there is no way we couldve all gotten our dresses altered in time. The original dress, plus the plus size fee was around $400. To top it off, the dress did not fit well and I had to pay $95 to alter it. You can basically say this dress was around $500. If I pay that much for a dress it better be flawless and well made. It was not. The inside lining looked like a bedsheet with terrible stitching. I would have been ok spending $100 on the dress for the quality, but not almost $400 and then alterations. The dress on the outside was pretty, especially after the alternations, but I would not go back here for any special occasion or wedding. The quality and service do not match the price tag. If people are paying top dollar for a product and service, they deserve the very best, and this place fell short.

I definitely recommend Bellas to all brides out there, especially those with bridesmaids in different locations!----Pre-wedding review:We had such a fun afternoon at Bella. Elizabeth helped us and she was a rockstar. Super sweet and awesome suggestions. We didnt feel rushed at all as we took our time to put together a really stunning collection of dresses for my five bridesmaids to choose from. Elizabeth walked us through the online portal process and she was super helpful when we expressed concern with the price points. She was able to quickly had three budget-friendly dresses to the showroom based on the styles and colors we had chosen. She even let us walk in the next afternoon so my MOH could retry some dresses and narrow her favorites down. Definitely make an appointment though! My only complaint is that the virtual showroom isnt visually accurate. The pictures of the dresses arent always in the color you actually chose. All of our dresses are a mix of champagne and blush, but there are pictures of navy blue dresses mixed in. The style is correct, but the color isnt always.

They helped me stay in a price range we needed as well as gave us so many options. They were also super timely when it came to arrival. Bella Bridesmaid Raleigh had a great selection! I really wanted a gray palette with some beading and some plain. I told Ashton my vision and she pulled the dresses in 5 minutes! Bella Bridesmaid Cary was the only place I considered for my bridesmaids dresses and I was not disappointed! I came in wanting each of my bridesmaids to wear different style dresses from the same designer and the consultant accommodated my request by getting my opinion on each designer they had in the store. I narrowed it down to a few and we started trying dresses on! We went with 5 different dress styles from Jenny Yoo in the colors Peri and Denmark Blue. They have a great selection of colors, fabrics, designers, and styles at Bella Bridesmaid, and I think my bridesmaids looked stunning!

Bella Bridesmaids has made the bridesmaids dress shopping such a pain free part of the wedding planning process! Their showroom portal gives brides peace of mind being able to have full visibility on who has ordered, how many days your bridesmaids have left to purchase, and so on. We received great service at Bella from Ashton. Our first appointment was a bit scattered because we werent quite sure what we wanted. Ashton was calm and helped pull dresses in styles that my bridesmaids preferred. She also helped tremendously with the color palette (shades of purple). After the initial appointment, we went to 3 additional appointments for some one-on-one time for my bridesmaids as they picked their individual dresses. Each staff member at Bella was extremely helpful and made the process much easier!

I had a great experience here. I had 6 bridesmaids and 4 of them lived in different states. They made it very easy to accommodate everyone even with the distance and were super responsive. We went to try dresses on and they had tons to choose from and made sure I went with something that would work for my budget. Overall Id highly recommend!

Rude staff, unwilling to help and was rushing the entire time. Did not answer the phone after I called 3 times on 3 different days and their excuse was that they were busy. Did not have a voicemail box set up and were not transparent about the $20 fee to get sized.

Bella bridesmaids has a large selection of bridesmaid dress styles and colors! I tried other shops but could not find exactly what I was looking for until I went to Bella bridesmaids in Cary! They were so helpful and made choosing a bridesmaid dress stress-free! Plus they have locations in other states making it easy for my bridesmaids to get measured and order their dresses easily. We loved how the dresses looked and they fit everyone so well.

Okay...where to begin?As a bridesmaid, I am appalled that I would ever be requested to buy a dress at this low quality, overpriced boutique.We were given a week, ONE WEEK, to come up with $300 for a jumpsuit. Whether that falls on the bride or boutique, the lack of understanding was beyond belief.Where my confusion was, the entire time, was that we were told they were custom designed for us but they needed to know our standard size. Why should that matter?I ordered custom to my body but put down a size 2, because Id rather it be too big than too small. The boutique contacted me and asked if they wanted me to fix it to be a 00. THANK GOD I DIDNT!First of all, the jumpsuit arrived after a couple months and I immediately opened it. The jumpsuit had three tags - all saying size 2. Why would it have tags unless it was pulled off a rack? Wasnt this supposed to be made to fit my body perfectly?THEN! I put the jumpsuit on and, god bless, it barely fit. I was immediately enraged because they almost had me buy a size 00. CAN YOU IMAGINE?The dress didnt fit my bust at all, which it should since I gave accurate measurements and only fit my waist, almost too tightly.Do NOT be that bride who sends your bridesmaids here all so you can get a discount. The look of the product you get doesnt match the price at all, and I cannot stress enough how miserable and horrific of an experience this has been. You are paying for an off-the-rack product at custom-designed prices and basically left being robbed and disappointed.

Being a bride who is definitely on the larger side, with bridesmaids across the size spectrum, it was incredibly important to me to have a bridesmaid experience where folks did not feel shamed, did not feel judgment and truly felt valued. Bella Bridesmaid (and Elizabeth especially!) was absolutely incredible. She was so patient with me while I tried to figure out what my real style was. She was thoughtful and offered so much insight and information to help guide my decision making. She worked to accommodate my tight and difficult schedule and never made me feel rushed. She helped problem solve the finances and the decision process. I am so thankful for her kindness and thoughtfulness. I went to Bella after a recommendation in a local group, and would highly recommend. As a heads up, it is very helpful to schedule an appointment in advance, which I didn’t know in the beginning. It offers individual attention and support and helps them to plan. Since I didn’t realize that at first, I want to make sure others know as well!

I stopped by Bella Bridesmaids first with just my sister. She wanted to wear a blush floral Jenny Yoo dress, and the rest of the girls were going to be in just blush dresses. I can’t remember the name of the girl who helped us, but she was amazing!! Jenny Yoo was too expensive for the other bridesmaids, but she was able to pull some Bill Levkoff, all in different styles that would fit and flatter everyone’s body type. They were able to add the selection to our dashboard for the girls could see, and then we came in later so they could try them on when everyone was in town. I was extremely worried the shade wouldn’t match the MOH dress, but she chose the perfect color and all of them blended together great!! I mainly communicated by email and received very quick responses.

We worked directly with Elizabeth and she listened to everything I wanted in the dress, and she helped us pick out the perfect dress and color. It was the easiest process thanks to them! We ordered the dresses at the end of March/early April and the dresses arrived at the end of July, with plenty of time to get alterations done.The staff was friendly, inclusive, and welcoming, especially on a day in which a lot of individuals were coming in to look at dresses for prom, etc. They were attentive and answered any questions I had. One of my bridesmaids was expecting at the time and they had knowledge and experience with fitting all body types at all stages. That provided such reassurance to me, as maternity sizes were available to chose from.I highly recommend their services to any bride-to-be and their bridal party members.

After I selected the dress, I was set up with an online “showroom” that was easy to navigate and made the ordering/payment process simple for everyone. My bridesmaids had diverse heights and body types and were all shocked how much they loved their dress when they tried it on. Thank you for making this a great experience!

The service that I and my bridesmaids received was wonderful! Our stylist gave us her full attention and didnt rush us out. The ordering process was easy, and our dresses came in when they said they would! One of my bridesmaids ended up receiving a dress that was the wrong size from what she ordered (apparently a manufacturing error), but Bella immediately ordered her a new one and she got it very quickly! I thought it would be a fun experience to take all my bridesmaids shopping to try on dresses and they pick out whatever they wanted- because who wants to drop hundreds of dollars on a dress they hate? What was supposed to be a great experience turned out to be a huge headache. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them is huge and I can honestly say I was extremely let down.They ordered the wrong dress for one of my bridesmaids (color, size, everything) and instead of being a solid business and owning up to the mistake/apologizing, the blame was put back on another Bella store. I had to reach out to the designer and call another store to get a resolution to the problem they created. Stick with the online retailers like azazie and lulus.

We had a wonderful experience at Bella Bridesmaids! There are an abundance of beautiful dresses to choose from and the consultants were experts in the designers, colors and styles! The new owner, Ashton came out to introduce herself and was awesome to work with. Ashton and Elizabeth both helped to pull everything together for a beautiful wedding!

Came in for a bridesmaid fitting and it was super quick. I was on the edge between two sizes and the consultant helped me by pulling some other samples from the designer to try on and get a better sense for what the final dress fit would be like. Dress came in and fits as expected!

HIGHLY recommend!! I have worked with them as a bride and a bridesmaid and had a wonderful experience each time. The staff is easy to work with and their inventory is beautiful with so many different options!

Bella Bridesmaids was a wonderful help for my daughters bridal party. They communicated directly with her bridesmaids to make sure everyone had their dresses ordered on time, making things stress free on our end. A wonderful experience!

SO IMPRESSED!! Amazing selection! Elizabeth was so helpful! The attention to detail and knowledge of the dresses/designers/colors extends beyond just looking, measuring and purchasing, they even gave us a list of tailors that we could trust with the dresses in the area.

We wedding day was 9.9.18 and my girls looked AMAZING! Their dresses fit perfect and they said they felt beautiful! The dresses came in a timely fashion. And Bella Raleigh was the only shop that had this dress! It was the style I was Eyeing since I got engaged!

Elizabeth and Natalie (I hope that is her name!) were absolutely wonderful!!! We went in and quickly nailed down the style of dresses we wanted, then looked at colors from there. Highly recommend for occasion dresses (doesnt have to be bridesmaid!)

This store has a great selection but their hours are extremely inconvenient. They only allow hour long appointments on the weekends and are quick to rush you out as soon as your appointment is over. This salon has around 500 dresses (if I had to guess) and one hour is NOT enough time to look, try on, and make a decision about a bridesmaid dress. Also, the dresses are tangled together on the racks so it takes you even more time just to get them untangled to look at. If you and none of your bridesmaids work then you can make an appointment during the week, however, if that is not your situation then I would absolutely not recommend this place.Originally rated one star, changed to three since the owner did reach out and apologize and the sales associate, Elizabeth, was helpful.

I have had multiple great experiences at Bella Bridesmaids in Cary! Not only have I used them for 2 weddings that I was in but I also trusted them with the bridesmaid dresses for my own wedding. Ashton and her team are extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process and they have a wonderful selection of dresses! I would definitely recommend them to people.

Bella Bridesmaid has been great to work with! I absolutely love the dresses we chose with their stylist. They were able to help me coordinate many different dresses for the perfect look. Highly recommend as their staff is great to work with!

The girls got their bridesmaid dresses here for my wedding in May. After the awkward and not-so-helpful service at other places, I was really happy with how easy it was here. The salespeople really gave us guidance and helped with color scheme matching rather than just let us choose the dresses with no guidance or advice on body types. I had 4 bridesmaids, of varied heights and body types, and we found a line, Ivy & Aster, that had enough variety to meet our needs. Also, they had different fabric options here beyond that same chiffon. My girls chose the crinkle chiffon which was a great match for our beach wedding- flowy and soft look. After the measurements were taken and the dresses came in, I dont think anyone needed alterations.

Amazing experience. I picked out the perfect dresses and they were very accommodating! I highly recommend it.

Working with Laura at Bella Bridesmaids has been one of the best parts of my wedding planning experience so far. She has been attentive and excited about my day and making sure my girls look amazing since before I ever stepped into the store. She helped me pick out an array of dresses more beautiful than I could have ever hoped for and has been more than happy to accommodate subsequent appointments for all my of 8 bridesmaids to come in, get fitted, and choose their dress.As a side note, I was also one of the brides whose money was taken in the La Belle Marie fiasco a few weeks back. Laura called me the next day to make sure I wasnt one of the brides whose dress was affected (sadly, I was) and to see how she could help me. Mind you, this shop doesnt carry bridal gowns, but she was willing to contact the designer on my behalf. She was just that invested in my day already and willing to help. I cannot say enough about this place!

Looked at ratings and thought it was going to be a great experience.. that was not the case.. If you have bridesmaids bigger then a size zero or two do not shop here. Some of my girls couldnt even try on dresses because they didnt have sizes to fit. The stylist was no help and there was no direction. We felt super rushed and she kept making comments on how she needed to get ready for her next appointment when we still had 30 mins left. She didnt help with style suggestions or anything, we felt so lost. It was super overwhelming and stressful.If you want to have AMAZING customer service and a great experience go to Brideside in Charlotte instead. Its worth the trip!

Bella Bridesmaid Raleigh made it so easy for me to pick bridesmaid dresses for my ladies who lived in four different cities across the country. They were so helpful and Im glad I picked the dresses from Bella Bridesmaid!

Id had a lot of trouble finding the kind of dress I was looking for, but the stylists at Bella Bridesmaids know their inventory super well! Elizabeth helped me find the exact dusty rose color I had been searching for and found me a style that all of my bridesmaids would feel comfortable in! It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

The people here are kind and amazing! Elizabeth helped me order a dress for my friends wedding very last minute and I cant thank her enough!

I had to purchase a dress from this shop after bride had picked out bridesmaid dresses. I was told to get measured by a seamstress to get my sizing for the dress. I paid $25 to get measured the first time at another dress shop in town. I looked at my measurements and was not sure what size I needed because I was .5” larger in the waist than the dress sizing chart. So I called the shop to ask. I didn’t get the name of the girl I spoke to, but she told me best thing to do is size up. So the original dress the bride picked only went to a size 24. So I had to call her and let her know she would have to find another dress to accommodate the sizing up! She suggested I get a second opinion on measurements. So I went to another local bridal shop and got measured again. And again got a different waist measurement! Now we’re were all confused as to what to do! So I decided to get a 3rd and FINAL measurement! And once again I got different waist measurement. So by this time I called the shop again to see what to do. They still suggested sizing up to the 26. So the bride picked another dress and I ordered the 26 online. I just got my dress back a week and half ago, and it’s HUGE! I can pull the whole dress over my head zipped! I contacted the store through the email they sent me, and have been speaking to Ashton. I sent her pictures of the dress, she said it looked big in the bust which would happen since I sized up to accommodate the waist sizing. I then sent her more pictures to show her how large the waist was, and she said she would forward information to designer to see if there was a manufacturing issue or if they could do anything. The designer responded back and said with my measurements that I sent in, they would have recommended the size 24 for me so that would explain why the 26 is so big. At the bottom of the email was Ashton’s response saying their store personnel would have also suggested a 24 and not a 26 according to my measurements. So it’s my fault for listening to the people who do this for a living. I ended up paying 3 times to get measured by seamstresses, paid for extended sizing even thought I wouldn’t have needed it, the bride had to pick a totally different dress, AND now I’m having to pay for alterations on a dress that hangs like a bag on me! Hopefully they get their personnel educated on their sizing and recommendations for sizing to prevent this from happening to someone else!

Bella Bridesmaid helped make picking out the bridesmaid dresses probably one of the most fun wedding planning activities. My MOHs and I had a blast choosing the perfect dress and joking why the others were not for us. They also had a huge range of different dress styles, fabrics, colors, and all within our price range!

They did so much to help out on my big day! I couldnt have found a better place to get the bridesmaids dresses! Thanks Ashton!!

I walked into this shop without an appointment AND with a silly request, in the bridal world, to purchase a bridesmaid dress IN STORE SAME DAY. Elizabeth was extremely kind AND I walked out with a dress. She was amazing!

I am pretty disappointed in this place. I am in a wedding for a bride out of state and thought it was really convenient to have multiple locations for us all to get measured and order our dresses. I will say the girls were very sweet. Sadly I had to pay an extra fee to get the dress shipped to me here, because my only other option was to the store in the brides home state. Ok whatever, so I go get measured and order my dress and the sales girl recommends I size up because this designer runs really small. ok you are the expert, girl that works here...Get the dress, its HUGE. I mean its a literal potato sack. Cool now I have to pay an extra $130 in alterations on this already expensive dress, that I paid extra to have shipped to my house.It was a rather large bridal party, and speaking with a lot of the other girls, many of them had this problem with the dress being gigantic. So either the sales girls need to only base sizes off actual numbers that were measured or they need to learn the designers better because this dress DID NOT RUN SMALL.Love that I had to spend about $400 on this dress that should have cost a little over $200.

I decided to do a palate for my bridesmaids dresses and they were beyond helpful in making sure all of the colors and styles went together. There is no way I could have done it by myself and I am so happy with how it turned out.

I just left this store. And it was the worst. i went to look for 7 flower girl dresses and 1 for me. i didn’t make an appointment but there was 2 people working there and they only had 1 customer. The 2 ladies working there were just talking and they looked at me and they just ignored me when i needed help and had questions. worst place ever.

My bridesmaid dresses came in and were great but our experience with Bella was not great. Their hours are not convenient for anyone who works, which I do and so do my bridesmaids. Once you get an appointment, they are horrible at returning phone calls and emails about the order. They also forgot one of the discounts for my bridesmaid after they insisted we get our order in before Christmas so they could all get the discount. I caught the mistake but it was frustrating because I couldnt get them to answer the phone or an email about the mistake. Picking up the dresses was inconvenient too. I would find a dress from here but order somewhere else.

This place has the best selection and the staff is so friendly!

I cant say enough about Elizabeth with Bella Bridesmaids. I knew I wanted a variety of designers, colors, and dress styles and she went above and beyond to help me pick out dress combination!!

My review is two-part. My experience as a bride selecting my bridesmaid dresses, and then my experience as a bridesmaid for a wedding im in next weekend:As the Bride:The ladies are professional, however they cannot return an e-mail or a phone call in a timely manor to save their life. One of my bridesmaid dresses was running late, and it was getting close to wedding day. The dress apparently came in on Tuesday, but I wasnt called until that Friday (1 week prior to wedding - after i had left a voicemail on Wednesday and Thursday that week) that it had come in! Talk about last minute, especially when the order had been placed 5 months prior. When the dress arrived, it was at least 2 sizes too small. We had the original measurements sheet that they provided after she was fitted, and took it to an alterations place as it had to be let out in the waist and bust area. We had it measured and compared to the sheet-- not even close. The alterations alone ended up being more than the dress itself - and the rush since we had very little time. Absolutely INEXCUSABLE.As a bridesmaid: The wedding that im in is next weekend. My wedding was earlier this year, and the bride had already picked the dresses for her wedding at this place before the situation above occurred - so i was stuck. Just like my bridesmaids dress, my dress was wayyyy too small. I again took my sheet that had all my measurements on it, and I had a seamstress measure me, to compare numbers. Low in behold-- measurements are the same, but the dress is a size too small. Freaking ridiculous!!!!! Another $125 for alterations to let it out after the dress was $250. I was not the only bridesmaid to have this happen in the large wedding party.GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Just because this store caters to specifically bridesmaids, its not worth the headache as a bride or a bridesmaid. Of all the planning stress/etc., that i endured during my wedding, Bella Bridesmaid gave me the biggest headache.

Do not go to this store unless you know exactly what you want and can find it under an hour. If you cannot find a dress within the allotted hour, you must schedule another appointment. Extremely inconvenient for busy brides.
