Went to jiffy lube and was assisted by Jeremy who went above and beyond. Such a great guys!!

I came for an oil change. I also had something hanging under my car that Michael mentioned before I even asked. He diagnosed the issue and had a fix for it on the spot. It was much appreciated and refreshing to experience the proactive approach.

The service is professional and Vinson the manger has that location operating top notch.

Came here for a state inspection and employee looked at my car and said they couldnt do it because of aftermarket tint? I purchased my car from the dealership and have never had anything added to it and its never been mentioned at any state inspections at the dealership or elsewhere in the 4 years Ive owned it. I let him know that and he proceeded to scratch the tint on my windows with his disgustingly dirty fingernail and say you can tell its aftermarket and I needed to go to another location. Will never go to any of their locations again if this is how they treat people!

Horrible service. Pulled up at 7:30 and waited for store to open at 8. Was approached by an employee at 7:43 that asked why I was sitting in parking lot. I explained I needed an oil change. He started that he had 17 more minutes before he opened and my truck would have to cool for an hour before he would touch it since I had been sitting with engine running. I told him I’d wait and he stated that his boss would be running late, he had to open the store and wasn’t sure when he could get to me!!

The dipstick is missing and they were the last to have the hood up.

Took my truck in for state inspection and they were super prompt. Waiting area clean and all employees went beyond my expectation with courtesy and respect. I would definitely return.

I arrived at 8:02am since the open at 8am. Once I was shown into the waiting room, one of the mechanics starting grumbling about the first car in the morning and shaking his head as he headed out into the bay. I could see that he was still grumbling and shaking his head as he was opening the bay doors. At this point I walked outside and asked if I did something wrong. He complained that I was there too early and they had to rush to get ready. I asked, “Don’t you open at 8?” He kept on about how they had to rush and was clearly upset so I said I would take off. Went down the road to Precision and they couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. I’m done with Jiffy Lube.

The guy was a complete arrogant jerk when I asked him one question about inspection. Everyone has a bad day but when you pay $90 for an oil change you don’t expect to be taller to like an idiot as a tip. Never again.

They changed my oil and put air in my tires as needed and did so efficiently and with a genial attitude. Great visit.

Fast friendly service. I got an oil change and tire rotation here a few months ago. I only had to replace four of my wheel lug bolts because they used an impact wrench on them.

Excellent service, friendly staff, vacuumed the carpet and provided everything I needed in 20 min . I went to two NTB locations and was told the oil change takes an hour and you will need an appointment . I had just purchased new tires from NTB about two months ago I told NTB that I wouldnt need the 957 point inspection just an oil change ! And was told they take an hour pfft way to go Jiffy lube you won me over I will be back with all my family vehicles !

Basically an oil change costs me 100 usd.

The crew here is awesome definitely will recommend and come back again

HORRIFYING!! I came to Jiffy Lube for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. When I left I heard a thud, thud, thud sound coming from the drivers rear tire. As I drove towards home 2 miles away the sound got louder .I pulled over to look up the closest tire shop. When I arrived at the tire store they looked at it and said, Are you seeing this? The tire was wobbling when they pressed on it. JIFFY LUBE LEFT THE LUG NUTS HAND TIGHT!!! They said the tire was going to fall off!!! JIFFY LUBE might have killed me or caused extreme damage to my car with their negligence.

1st visit was for a transmission fluid flush. They did a fluid change and told me that they were the same thing and the price of a flush was the same as a change....2nd visit was for an oil change. Not sure how or why a synthetic oil change would cost close to $90.....Hard to recommend this place unless you want fast service, friendly staff, AND have disposable income. Probably will not be going here anymore for anything other than State inspections (price and criteria set by state lol)

No wait! Pulled up my car history - reviewed with me. My car was out the door 7 minutes later. Jake the manager was on the ball and polite. Best Jiffy Lube experience ever!

Paid $54.26 for the signature service oil change. Suposed to have fluids topped off, windshield and windows cleaned, vehicle vacuumed out. I specifically asked at checkout if they had vacuumed between the seats. Yes, the clerk responded. Checked before I left and they did not. When I asked why they did not, same guy got smart with me and said We just do that as a courtesy, this isnt a detailing service If that is true, why am I paying $50+ for the signature service vs. $20-30 somewhere else for a basic oil change?!?! Furthermore, the drivers side window was down, rolled it up and it was not cleaned, had to ask for them to come back out there. This is absolutely ridiculous with the lack of customer care and customer service. Its obvious they just wanted me in and out. If I am paying $50+ I except to receive top notch service. I have already called corporate and left them a voicemail being its Saturday afternoon. There is no excuse why I was treated this way!!!

Everytime I come to Jiffy Lube I receive great service. They understand that my time is valuable, by informing me of how long my service will take. To top it off, every employee has great manners. As a bonus they clean my windows and vacuum my car out each time. Easiest 20 minutes spent getting an oil change. There is a reason I am a repeat customer!!

OMGosh! There is no better team and no better service than I experienced with the Jiffy Lube team in Cary--Store #2727. Jake leads a team of polite, talented and dedicated technicians who are eager to help AND most importantly know what they are doing. I had a quote for a series of repairs from the dealership. They took their time, reviewed the suggested repairs from the dealership and were able to save me hundreds of dollars and loads of anxiety. You can trust them, their sound advice and their expertise. Who knew there was a group of honest mechanics close by. Please know that Jiffy Lube can do much more than oil changes and inspections. They have certified ASC mechanics on staff. Try the team in Cary when you need superior auto service AND outstanding customer service!

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube since I moved into Cary, and it has been one of the best places to go for fast maintenance for my car. Whether it is my yearly inspection or a routine oil change, this is the place to go! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, theres free coffee inside, clean bathrooms, and an area outside for smokers. Oil changes typically take less than 10 minutes if you go at non-peak hours.

Had a great experience. Wasn’t pushed for any service I didn’t need. Staff was very friendly and I was in and out fast. Will go again for my car maintenance.

Very friendly staff! I thought I was due for an oil change and they recommended just do a top off and come back because I was 2000 miles too early. They could have taken advantage of me but they were honest. And every time I take it in for an oil change they were very quick with it. I wont take my car anywhere else.

Though they could not complete the brake job due to lack of specialize tool required for the installation they went out of their way to ensure my car and I taken care of and not overcharged for work not accomplish. Tried to get an inspection. Claimed I wouldnt pass due to tail lights, and tint -had medical exemption. Didnt even attempt to help. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. Went somewhere else and got my car inspected with NO hassle.

Today i was driving down the highway and i thought i had a flat. well i made it to the gas station to put air in it. and the lady told me the guys were nice at the jiffy lube, and i should ask (because i wasn’t sure how to) and when i went over Mike offered to bring my car over to look at it. and the other guy Jacob told me my tire actually blew out. i have a 2012 GTI and it’s not really easy to find my tire. but Jacob found it, went and got it. and put it on. Mike, Smurf and Jacob answered every question and concern i had and were so patient! highly recommend going to this Jiffy Lube!! they went above and beyond for me. i’m so grateful for their help!

Fast service. No upsell. Very informative and helpful. This is where I plan on taking my car for service for the foreseeable future. I was skeptical when I read some of the bad reviews on here, but my experience was excellent. If that changes in the future, Ill update this review, but I highly doubt Ill need to.

These guys are terrific! Anytime Ive gone in for service theyre smiling, answering my questions and getting results. I was just in for an inspection but worried about brake noise. The manager Jake took my tires off, gave me a lesson in brake pad wear and explained what was likely the problem all for no charge! Yes! This is why I keep coming back for all sorts of service. Hats off to this great professional group!

The service was fast and it seemed decent, but they need to improve customer service. They hardly look at the person at the face and arent very polite. The lady at the counter doesnt look happy and the white guy that did the service was like reading a script when he opens the door to the waiting lobby... Magazine, coffee and something else but he mumbled... In general not bad, but need to be happy to attract the clients.

The oil change was fine, and the guy at the counter has given great customer service every time I have seen him. Why two stars instead of five?I dont think they need to adjust my seat settings even to the point of manually lowering the seat height just to drive it 10 feet into the bay. But, ok, not a big deal.What really annoyed me is that my display was changed from a navigation map to a radio station, which means they also changed the input from Sirius after leaving the map setting. Were not talking about simply pressing a button to listen to whatever the customer has playing already.They need to concentrate on the job at hand and not be playing with the customers car settings which have nothing to do with an oil change. It made me want to look around my car and see what else had been messed with...

I had flat tire and my donut tire I wanna change it by myself but its hard to by myself to open to screw because he never been opened and Im next to jiffy lube and I said I can ask for help treble...! I never think they will charge me $11 just to open the screw and Im the one change everything $11 for 3s with poor customer service !!!!!? Dont ever think to take your car over there

I have been taking my Mazda 3 to the Kildaire Farm location for years.Sometimes when stores change personnel or management, the whole system changes. I have typically found this not to be the case at this Jiffy Lube. There was one manager that didnt have the customer service skills I expected, but they werent there for very long. More recently, a young adult male named Jake has been my go to guy. Honestly, if I drove in and Jake wasnt there, Id probably ask when he was on shift and come back then. Hes a good fella and has been taking really good care of my car. I hope Jake is around for a really long time. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

Ive been here a few times to get my oil changed and tires rotated and the service was ok. At my most recent visit (last month) they suggested I needed new rear brake pads, I passed and took my vehicle to Atlantic Tire on NW Maynard for a second opinion. They checked all the brake pads and they were well within spec and did not need to be replaced. Ive found my new service and repair shop.

I had an oil change done here back in March/April. Last month I needed another and went to a competitor who was running a special. I found out my oil plug was stripped by JL and was not very happy. Because of the make and model of my vehicle I had to repleace the entire oil pan which was costly. Long story short: contacted JL and the franchise owner reimbursed me in about 10 days without alot of back and forth, and for that I am grateful. Im giving 5 stars for the customer service. Its easy to give good service when everything goes right, but you find a companys TRUE committment to customer service when things go badly. I was treated respectfully and my situation was resolved quickly. This is the way to keep customers!

I was told my brakes were less than 1mm. I then went somewhere else to get them checked and they said they were fine, 8mm left! I am not even convinced they changed my oil now.

This was my first time at this location. Just got my oil changed, tires rotated, and glass treated (used a Groupon). Service was efficient and staff was helpful. 15mins - Id definitely go back.

I hate that I am terrible with names because these guys deserve some recognition. They were courteous even in the face of demanding customers, and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They made sure and impatient driver stopped and did not hit me in the parking lot. I forgot my coffee in my car and they brought it to me. Amazing service and obviously kind people. And my inspection is to be reported in the next 20 minutes? Ive always been told 24 hours. I think these guys are great.

Im not sure what has happened since the beginning of the year but the staff doesnt seem to care as much. A lot of new faces and not as friendly as in the past. Certainly do not go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I have been here many times over the years but I dont think I will be visiting this location in the future.On my last visit they failed to put back in the screws for the engine splash shield and as a result the front of the shield came loose at highway speed. Luckily the shield was not damaged beyond temporary repair but it is certainly damaged. I will have to buy a new one in the near future to replace the damaged shield.Long time customer lost 100%!

Sitting in a rest stop on the side of I 40 in Johnston County instead of being almost to Atlanta..... all because we made the mistake of trusting these people to properly change our oil! The experts you say? Bah! Our 17 month old grandson is now stuck hundreds of miles from his parents instead of in the next room... And we have yet to find out just how much damage has been done to our car.... And my 75 year old mother is making an 80 mile round trip to pick up the kids...If there were a way to give zero stars, I certainly would!

Went in for oil change and inspection. Familiar with the many upsell opportunities at jiffy lube - premium oil, multiple filters etc. I dont have a problem with those. My problem occurred when the service person said that our van had passed inspection then returned a few minutes later to say it failed for brakes and that putting in more brake fluid (for over $100) would probably make it pass. I had just had work done on the brakes recently and the van was driving very well. I drove next door to another inspection service and asked them to check the brakes, they said the brakes were in good working order. I paid the second inspection station to inspect and the van passed. Very disappointed in this specific Jiffy Lube.

I have used this location for 20 years, and they havent failed me yet!! I only have to go once per year now as I use Mobile 1 oil, and bring it with me, and the filter.

Came for ONLY an oil change and tire rotation. My father and I had changed my front and rear brakes a month before coming here. The oil jockey/techfraud/whatever you want to call the scumbag said my brakes were shaved down to the metal and needed to be replaced. He told me he would give me a half off discount if I paid him in cash for some used, but decent brake pads. Uh...what?!This place seems shady and I feel the guy was going to pocket the cash, lie and say he replaced the brakes and laugh all the way to the bank.Never coming back.

Went in for an inspection....service guy wiped out all my change in the car! Wow!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to help with issues that I had happen at another location. I will be returning.

EXPENSIVE!! Brought a Jeep in for oil change..This Jiffy Lube said it would be $45 for basic oil change & filter!!I guess they dont realize that some places do it for $19. I called the Jeep dealership at Cary Automall & they did it for under $30 AFTER TAX!! I wouldnt have imagined the dealership being less expensive but in this case, it was.

I only go there when I get a discount coupon. Ive heard too many horror stories on service so it always makes me nervous but I still roll the dice and chance it.

I went in with the Groupon. It was a good value, but the costumer service was very poor. The Groupon deal was good, the business was not. The deal was an oil change, outside windows washed, Rainex on the front window, floors vacuumed, and the basic inspection. The carpets were pathetically vacuumed and only the front window was washed. It did get the Rainex- I think. If you can get just an oil change for cheaper- do it! The extras were not worth it and I was so sick of being there that I didnt even want to argue. Maybe I will try a different Jiffy Lube next time.

Terrible Experience. I went there to get my car inspected and they failed my inspection because their tint reader said my tint was set to 30. This is ceramic tint mind you, which does not get darker over time.I asked them to show me the numbers, and when the employee showed me it read 30, he sarcastically stated have a nice day and walked off. Completely unprofessional. I ended up going to another inspection place to check the numbers on the tint. It read 36.5, way above the legal limit in NC.I called back Jiffy Lube to let them know their calibration is off and all I got was an argument from the same rude employee. They also refused to refund my money.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I went in to get the dust plate fixed because a different shop had not put the bolts in correctly. They fixed me up quick as a flash and sent me on my way. Very kind staff and they didnt charge me. I am so grateful for their assistance. I am from out of town and they gave me peace of mind for on the trip home.
