Love the selection they have here. Must stop shopping when I need anything for home or a gift.Took German 88 year old grandma in for first visit. She was amazed at prices and wanted to go back next day after staying 3 hours 1st trip.

Love love love Home Goods! Its a visual feast of color & form!They have tons of items for your home at good prices - furniture, rugs, lamps, dishes, bed linens, beautiful art, decorative & organizational items, etc. Inventory changes constantly, & if something speaks to you, youd better grab it quick! Theres no thinking it over & coming back because someone else WILL snag your treasure.

While I was there. This is a clean store. Well stocked.

Wow!! I have never ever seen this place so empty! I was advised today on the 22nd of June 2020, that they only get one truck a week versus their normal 3 trucks a week during the non pandemic situation.

Always super crowded. Also amazing prices for some really great finds including a large beveled mirror that was $40 and could easily be $500 in another store.

Exceptional service! Front door greeter made all the difference in the experience! All staff was very helpful professional, informative and super kind! Our cashier was Carmina and she was so sweet! Overall wonderful experience and so many nice things! Went today 10/29/2020

The store was absolutely wonderful!! Everything was tidy and in order. The employees were very helpful, especially Wendy!! They ALL were professional, courteous and kept that store running efficiently.....from the greeters at the door all the way to the little elves who kept the shelves stocked and tidy while you shopped.We left very impressed.

They have accent furniture for great prices. Found the perfect chair for my living room. Also have lots of decorative items! The staff is very friendly and check out is usually quick.

This store was insanely busy!! People were everywhere. I was able to find a decent priced trash can, which was nice.

I really like this place, the only problem is I dont have enough space in my car for all the bargains that they had. I would recommend you bring a truck or a van if youre going to shop at this place.

This was my first time in a HomeGoods store and I like it. It has the same stuff as a TJ Maxx but I think some parts of this store are organized better than TJ Maxx. I love going to stores like this just to discover new gourmet food/snacks/sauce. You can use your TJ Maxx rewards account number here. Also if you like this type of store, check out Home Centric across the road. It has the same stuff and also offers a free discount card for discounts on one day every week.

Spacious and filled with delightful selection of housewares to decorate, accessorize, and furnish your home from the inside to the patio. Plenty of styles to please every decorators tastes. Good place to go for some of those hard-to-find kitchen accessory items. They have a wide selection on patio furniture and accessories that I have not found anywhere else. One can definitely find the perfect wedding, bridal, housewarming or off-to-college gift here.

My mom and I had gone to see a larger, chain-style store close by, which was closed. Perchance we wandered into HomeGoods...and were literally astonished at the artfully curated selection.I live in NYC, and I would visit this store if it was located in Manhattan. Goods from local artisans mingled with goods made overseas. Most items were singular in nature.My mom and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously shopping there. And I can back the next day for seconds...and will be back for thirds!BTW, my Mom left her phone on a shopping at the store, and it was recovered with care, yet professionally by store personnel. I found a lot of things that I love

The place is disgusting!!! The Manager Kathy is totally incompetent!! She lets customers destroy the place...take products of the shelves and just leave them there. I overheard her tell 1 customer that its ok my underlings will clean this up!!! What kind of manager works against her employees. Every time I go there theres no room to shop or its just messy because of the lack of leadership.

This is my go to place for decor at affordable prices. What makes it ideal is the selection is upscale on many items. If you see something you like but it because their inventory moves quickly.

This HomeGoods is actually enforcing the mask mandate. I saw a customer who was not allowed into the store until she wore a mask. Employees were helpful and pleasant!

Way overcrowded. No enforcement of social distancing. Every isle has arrows for one way travel but most customers/staff do not care. Not recommended during Pandemic, safety protocols not being followed or enforced.

They were not openOnline it said they were open until 11:00 pmWent at 9pm and they had closed.Its 3 Days til Christmas...:(

I know I am not alone when I say I love this store, wherever it is. I have mostly shopped at the Beaver Creek, Apex and Wilmington stores. You can find si many beautiful, and unique quality products here for your home and as gifts to give. I have always picked up bags of coffee when available. The carry a roaster brand we love. I have bought so many items over the years. Small chests, candles, dishes, vases, drapes, rugs. They have great pricing and you can afford to buy all that you need at same time. Great colors, modern designs. My daughters, sister and friends also love this store. We have gone out many times with only this store in our plans. We have filled the car. I have bought items and carried them back in car from 3 and more hours away. Look here for pictures, rugs, sheet and towel sets. You can design and fill your entire home from this store. Many products come from all over the world which helps you to have some very nice pieces,esp. made if glass!

They are blatantly disregarding the face mask mandate. Watched the two employees at the front let people in without a mask, they just said hello and welcome like they do to everyone else. Really disappointed because I was a frequent shopper here.

Home Goods has nearly everything for your home at great prices. We went in to pick up a couple of wall pictures and left with kitchen and bathroom items as well. If you need anything for any room in your home they have it. Just be prepared to spend some time because it can be overwhelming.

Found a beautiful lamp.

Waited in line for 20 plus minutes as 6 different employees/managers walked behind cash registers. Only 1 person was slowly ringing people up while also talking to other employees and sporadically walking away from register. Line was 10 people deep. Very poor customer service.

I love Home Goods not only because I work there, but it is a cool store. There stuff is of really good quality and is priced pretty reasonably. Before I started working there I had never step foot in a Home Goods before. Kudos. Its a cool place to work, they treat their employees very nicely also. Go check it out!

Terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop here. If your able to go to another location please do. I tried to purchase a mirror, however my car wasnt big enough for it. I was told by 2 people after the one gentleman came out to measure my car that they could only hold for 2 hours on 06/23. I asked are they sure and I was told yes. On 06/26 I found someone to get the mirror, however it was being held behind the counter. 06/27 and every 2-3 days thereafter I came to the store and the mirror was still there. After speaking to several managers, I was told on 07/6 that they were giving the customer until 12pm to come pick up the mirror or they would call me . I called at 12:30 07/07 and the customer still didnt pick it up. I was told at 5pm if I come to the store I cld buy it if it was still here. I went to the store at 5:15 and the mirror was no longer behind the counter. I asked a rep and was told it was gone. At 5:58 as im walking out I see not only the man who measured my car but also a lady helping the man put it in a uhaul. Terrible store!! I was given 2 hours, however someone else was given 2 weeks to pick up an item.

Stock changes daily, if you see something you want...get it. Very little help on the sales floor. But it is organized easily to find things. Clean. Well put together.

What I like the most are the imported handcrafted items from different countries that give my home a touch or originality.

I always love love love going to a Home Goods Store. This one is my favorite. I always find great stuff in here.

Nice store but check out takes a lot of time. Mostly one cashier working rather slowly and even with a big line other personel is not called to help. I noticed many personel are on the floor but not helping at the check out. Manager at this location should be visible and control traffic.

I like the one in Brier Creek better...but I was in the area so this one was okay. I find them to be a little pricey for the out of date looking food stuffs. Furniture prices never seem to match the price to quality. Im a Potter and I come here to buy wine glasses in bulk to cut the stems off for my projects. Pricing on most items is cheaper elsewhere...but I understand that they have to pay some huge overhead for rent, utilities and employees. It is the big lots clearance type of home store...pro tip: if you think you might want it, get it now because theyll never carry that item again.
