I have been going to this store annually for over a decade and this place has always been spot on. Customer service is exceptional, product is ALWAYS right, and most of the time Im e-mailed that my trophies are done BEFORE I even needed them. Case in point this week: I phoned Monday and they told me to use the website and then e-mail what I wanted. Thats exactly what I did, told them not to make them until they responded with a price - which they did. I told him I needed them Thursday (so I ordered 3 days in advance) and they were done TODAY (Wednesday). PIcked up today, price was as quoted in their e-mail, and I was in and out in one minute. With smiles on everyones face (I could tell under their masks. Great store, service and product. Wish there were TEN stars for rating this store!

As a professional I was able to communicate our needs and get proofs electronically. I never had to call for clarification. The product was flawless, inexpensive and completed in a timely manner. Excellent costumer service and very quick too. I had 2 pieces of round lazy Susan made out of wood and had to engrave in foreign language. They were very helpful and did an amazing job. They helped me create a memorie into these two wood pieces for my sisters 40 the birthday. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Had to get the FF trophy done in a rush they hooked it up nicely great service

Let me start by saying that at no point were we given a quote on what it would cost for what we ordered until we called in the day before pick up to get the total due. Then to top it all off, when we got there, the trophy plaques were WRONG- its not what we wanted and we need these trophies for a show tomorrow. The owner refused to give any sort of discount for us to take them as is (WRONG) and stated that he MIGHT be able to get them corrected, if he has time today, and to us by 8:30 tomorrow morning - which is the day of our show. We will NEVER use this company again and will not be recommending them to anyone. Horrible customer service on the owners part.

The guy who answered was extremely rude, sarcastic and interrpted me before I could finish my question. He didnt seem interested in helping at all. He lost a MAJOR client and order.
