Ive been 3 times, once for a major repair, another for a minor repair, and finally for an inspection. I can say is that this is BY FAR the most impressive shop Ive been to. Somehow theyve managed to be on time or earlier than any other shop Ive been to, along with communicating with me honestly about my repairs and helping me go over options. I dont know how they are so efficient with the high volume of business they have but its phenomenal. I can say Phil is an awesome guy who will go the extra mile!I am personally a car enthusiast and have been to many mechanics, this place has all my future business from now on. Ill gladly drive 35 minutes there and back to get my car worked on by Omiya Motors. Thanks for the hard work!

Great shop owned by the friendliest and most helpful mechanic youll find. Service is always quick and the prices are fair. Location is easy to access. The waiting room has plenty there to keep you and your kids entertained for a bit, and there are shopping centers a 4 minute walk away if that fails. The owner does quality work and takes time to show you things on your car, so its hard to ask for anything more!

Had the day off. Getting my driver’s license updated later, so I decided to make it a theme day and I stopped in here to see if I could make an appointment to get my Jeep inspected. They said 15 minutes. He was not exaggerating. It was the quickest inspection I ever had. And the guy at the front was super nice too. Highly recommended, and I will be coming back here for all of my car needs from now on.

Ive been coming her for years and I always get excellent service. Ive gotten new headlights and number and every job has been done perfectly. Today I got my car back for a new headliner due to a sunroof leak. They did an excellent job in taking care of the issue and keeping me up to date on the service/job being done. I have had work done here several times and have overall been happy with the experience. they have a professional approach to automotive repair that I like. they are not the cheapest shop around but they dont take you to the cleaners either.they offer a wide range of services which is nice, and so far have helped me fix a power steering issue that was causing issues on my truck for a whileI am willing to drive 30 min to the shop to take my vehicle here, since my local shops have been a bit disappointing

I have never had an experience with Omiya/Phil that was less than fantastic. Hes incredibly knowledgeable on anything Japanese or American but can fix anything.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!I have had my share of poor shop experiences... But never here. I recently dropped off my 2013 BMW M5 to have these guys install some H&R lowering springs. I dropped off the car the night before, the following morning I got a call from Robert letting me know the status of the work being done. Once the car was done I made the payment over the phone and had a friend take delivery. Once I returned from my trip I picked the car up and it was PERFECT!!! The drop was exactly what I wanted, I inspected their work... As I do all mechanic shops as I use to be one myself. Nothing was damaged and stripped out. You cant even tell that they touched it. Thanks for the awesome work, quick turn around, and impeccable customer service!!

Reliable, dependable, trustworthy, experienced, valuable! These guys translate their passion for automobiles into outstanding service for the general public. You do not have to pay a fortune to receive top shelf caliber workmanship in the heart of Cary. As a previous review pointed out, it is worth making this establishment your personnel mechanic even if you arent close because it is rare in the industry to find people you can just implicitly trust to have you, and your cars best interest in mind. The shop is not a fancy latte service center so if you need a comfy massage chair and fancy coffee this might not be for you yet, but if quality workmanship at a reasonable price is pertinent to you, give them a call.

I was here several times for my old car. The staff members are so great and give you their honest diagnosis. I never wrote a review for anything, but I thought after my last business with them, I should give them a 5-star review because of the fairness in my recent visit. My car had a misfiring problem and I thought this would cost me a lot to fix. It turn out the problem was a loose coil. They only charged me for $47.

I recently purchased some very hard to find rims and tires from here and the manager phil was very honest and friendly. He was kind enough to let me use his lift to make sure my wheels fit before i bought them, even balanced them for me on the spot. Will definitely be going back here for service.

I needed to find a mechanic that was open on Saturday after a near-accident that left my car feeling unbalanced and unsafe to drive. Lee told me I could bring it in and, despite being a busy day, would make sure it was looked at. They stayed after their normal closing to work on it, and their price was very reasonable. Took my car to Omiya for a oil change after a few days of driving only from home to work I had a oil light come on. I checked my oil and there was absolutely no oil in my engine. Omiya forgot to put the fresh oil in my engine. I bring the car back to them and they told me I was a quart low somehow within a few days of driving only to work. I seriously hate to be the 1st bad review but since then I will no longer take my car to Omiya. How does someone forget to put oil in a car??? The excuse was I drive a turbo car so it burned the oil in a matter of a few days. I doubt a New turbo car with 20,000 miles is burning that much oil. THEY ALSO FORGOT TO TIGHTEN MY WIFES OIL FILTER 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON HER SUV. Since then I trust NO SHOP and will be changing my own oil from now on. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS CHECK YOUR OIL AFTER EVERY OIL CHANGE BECAUSE THESE COMPANIES ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

This place was amazing! Robert really takes care of you and doesnt try to sell you on anything you do not need. They took care of my inspection for me and then took care of a repair on my girlfriends beetle. The prices were fair and we were in and out. I would highly recommend this place and this is where we will be going in the future.

Phil and his staff are top notch. I ended up paying half what the dealership had quoted to replace my brake pads and rotors. After a series of disappointing brake jobs at other shops (pay for premium parts but get substandard parts), Phil allowed me to bring in my own parts.Bottom-line, you can tell that these guys are really passionate about cars and they will get it right and baby your car just as you do during the process. Worth my 30 minute drive from Durham. Will keep coming back.

They always provide all the information needed before attempting to repair issues, and discuss available options. I had a TSB on one of my newer vehicles and rather than charging me a diagnostic fee, they informed me that the dealer may be able to take care of it for free. They could have easily fixed the issue and made their own money. Will always return here for my service needs. Thanks again to Robert and all the guys up there.

I drive a 2001 BMW 3 series and sometimes finding a knowledgeable honest mechanic can be tough. I was so happy when i stumbled into Omiya Sports. They helped me diagnose a weird noise I was having. Also they took the time to show me what was actually wrong, what needed attention, and what could wait aswell. Their prices were well below what i was quoted from other shops when i shopped around for the same work.I would highly reccomend this shop if you are looking for a good ole honest mechanic at a good rate.

After having an axle replaced in my 98 Honda Civic w/5-speed trans., the fluid leaked out - due to a damaged axle seal, to the point where I had to have the transmission rebuilt and the clutch replaced to the tune of $1,545.95. I went by their office and mentioned it to the tech that had done the job and all he said was, Wow! Really? and walked off. I wouldnt let those folks change a flat tire.

Had no problem with this place moved to the area recently so I needed a place to work on my vehicles my father and brother took all their vehicles here so I gave them a shot. (mind you I was a mechanic for 6 years just have no time to do the work anymore with a busy schedule). Took my Trail Blazer there a couple of times every time I told the manager (Robert) what was wrong with it to save them time. The last time I serviced my vehicle there was for a coolant leak that was coming from the radiator. No problem at all DISCOUNTS and all. The night I picked up the vehicle it was heavy rain the very next day I walked past the front of the Blazer and noticed that the grill was cracked (really easy to crack doing a radiator job since its a tight fit, I myself replaced the radiator once before and had to take the grill off) took the vehicle back within a day or two after noticing the crack. The owner and mechanic came out to see it and both side it didnt happen there. After a few minutes of going back and forth he agreed to get a junk yard grill and paint it to fix the problem I was okay with it as long as it was fixed after almost two weeks of waiting to get the new grill they ended getting an after market grill and its WRONG the chevy emblem sticks out and looks ugly the problem isnt fixed and now the manager and owner refuse to fix the problem correctly, but wait it gets better the manager (ROBERT) offers to fix their mistake with only a $100 out of my pocket thats just not going to work I shouldnt have to pay a penny out of pocket for their mistake. Safe to say the family will never return to this place again.
