Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room has great WiFi and a nook for those working while they wait. Also have a killer vending machine. Service was quick and thorough, 1 hour total for oil change and inspection. Will definitely be making this place my go to for all auto services.

We had a serious car issue and John gave us the kind of customer service people dream of. He was kind and generous at every turn even though our problem ultimately wasnt the tire. Hes like the Ted Lasso of tires. He was beyond any reasonable expectations and we cant recommend his shop highly enough. Walked in without an appointment and they were very busy on a Sunday afternoon at 3:00. I asked if they could replace my brakes because I was metal on metal. I am a Lyft driver so time is money. They got me in quickly and I was on my way in less than an hour and a half. Great job and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire!!

Tom was especially helpful. I am from Massachusetts and punctured my tire. It was my moms birthday and I needed to get this resolved asap.. although they were fully booked, Tom understood my situation and got me in and replaced the tire within an hour. Initially, I had called about 8 different locations and all were booking out. He was especially friendly on the phone and sounded very attentive to my situation. He went above and beyond to get my issue resolved with high priority. Tom is truly an asset to your company.

I went to the Circle K across the street looking for Power Steering Fluid because I thought I had a leak. They didn’t have any, so I came to Mr.Tire. As soon as I told Randy what happened he said he would top me off for free! They took a look under the hood and said my serpentine belt broke off and fixed it within only 2 hours during their busiest time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and overall friendly service! My boyfriend recommended mr. tire, and the ford quick lane I was using had moved so I gave it a shot. I got an oil change and inspection and it took about an hour and 15 minutes. The guy helping me put my sticker on for me because i had forgot all year 😖 they were friendly, and I haven’t had any problems since then. Highly recommend!

My tire went flat on 40 and I managed to get it to the convenience store off Harrison Avenue. Saw Mr. Tire across the parking lot and went there for help. One of the managers went to the convenience store to get my car to the shop and was able to get me and my car to safety. Great group of guys.

I had a blow out on the side of I-40 east on a Sunday morning coming home from work. not only were they open and able to accept my car being towed in but John took great care of me and my car. After working in the auto industry I can usually tell when someone is going to try to pull a fast one on me with unnecessary service items that would overall boost cost of the ticket. But John did his job to the t and everything he offered is exactly what should have been offered and I had no hesitation paying for the services that I paid for. I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Harrison and when you are there ask for John.

I pulled in on a Sunday after finding a screw in my tire and fearing the worse. Was greeted quickly and after a quick inspection, the screw was removed and fortunately no puncture. Really appreciated the quick attention and willingness to get me back on the road safely.

Great customer service...In the midst of traveling, my brakes on the rear driver side went out. John Wood squeezed me in on the 4th of July and Marcus Thomas did an excellent job replacing my rear rotors, sensors and brake pads. Thanks guys for putting me back on the road again. My friends and I were traveling from Raleigh to West Virginia and our windshield wipers messed up during a rainy day. We stopped here with hopes that it could be easily fixed. I went in and asked the manager if somebody could look at the wipers. He promptly had John come out and take a look. Luckily, it was only a loose bolting issue and was a quick 5 minute fix. The best thing is that he didn’t charge us a dime.Of course, we tipped and thanked him for his help, then we went on our way. John helped us out tremendously, and he was extremely nice! Not only over priced. But waited an hour and a half. after my car was taken back for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I watched 2 people who came in after me leave before me. With my registration time dwindling down to 1 day. I called Mr. Tire for an inspection at approximately 3:45pm. They were able to fit me in before 5:00pm same day and inspect my vehicle. There was an employee that needs to learn that when customers are in the area, he needs to leave his foul mouth somewhere else. I was truly embarrassed he spoke that way in front of customers.

My husband and I had gotten a flat and there was a mr tire at the next exit and of course it was raining and stormy really hard. My husband went in and the did not have our size tire in stock but they said they could order it on monday and they offered to put our spare on and get us rolling again. Just like the promised I called and they ordered the tire it came in the next day and I went and got it put on. They were very nice and polite and the service tech made sure my tire was okay before I left. I will come back again for any future tire and service needs. The cary location at harrison avenue is were we received the great service! Thank your Mr. Tire.

My son sustained a flat tire in the Lowes hardware parking lot on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 pm. By the time AAA arrived to change out the flat with the temporary tire it was 5:15 pm. He uses his car to deliver pizza. To my chagrin, I offered him the use of my brand new car to get to work. I didnt believe it would be possible to be able to get a new tire on a Friday night, but when I walked into the Mr. Tire at 5:30 pm Philemon Pickett was so friendly and helpful! He assessed the tire, explained that it needed to be replaced and why, and then checked his stock and they had one on site! Even though I was desperate and would have paid anything to get the car fixed and get my new car back, Philemon didnt take advantage of me and he discounted the tire. His car was fixed and ready to go in 30 minutes as promised! I cant thank the Mr. Tire team and Philemon enough for the prompt friendly service! My new car still has the new car smell and no pizza smell =-).

I always stop at this Mr. Tire!!! They are exceptional. Today someone named Randy helped me but everyone has been so nice every time. Today my tire light came on and I just wheeled in and he came right out and helped me out and the issue was fixed within minutes and I rolled out. Another time I had an incident and needed a lot of body work and they were very upfront and told me which parts they could reuse to save me money and which ones they needed to order but how much they would be and I really felt they tried to get me the best deal. I used to go to Honda but literally every time I’ve gone to Honda they try to sell me $600 and upwards of random things that aren’t even worn out yet. So I go to Mr. Tire on Harrison and they tell me the truth!

I went in for an oil change ($20 cheaper than the competitor I looked at) and tire rotation (free with oil change). I made an appointment online and the service took about an hour. Randy and John were both incredibly friendly and helpful, a great representation of the company. They each took extra time to explain the work that was needed on my car and talk through pricing with me to find the best option for my budget. They made the experience feel personal which you cant find everywhere. This was my first visit to this location and I will be back. Highly recommend, thanks Randy and John!

BE CAREFUL!! They have misleading and deceptive coupons and discounts. I went today. And the coupon say 45off price 120. Call them and ask them if they honored that one. They said yes. Turns out they the 120 WERE the FINAL price! Nowhere was writing that. Thats sooooooo deceitful. NEVER EVER AGAIN with you! I will tell everyone. Go to Sears its cheaper and they have 6 months free.😠 Filing a complaint why the BBB RIGHT NOW!

The owner, or manager is very nice. Their weekend hours are extremely convenient. They tell you what is wrong with your car and how much of it can wait and how much of it is an urgent safety issue. They give accurate estimates and have been a few dollars under the estimate in the past. We’ve had them work on a Honda Odyssey and VW sedan. They have diagnosed and fixed our intake manifold, rear emergency brake system, and head lights.

It is my first time to visit Mr. Tire in Cary. They seem to like and are interested in what they do, which results in professionalism. I feel that my driving experience becomes better after they installed and balanced the new tires in my car.I usually do not give five stars for my first visit (my philosophy), but I do not want to reduce their review ratings as they have almost five star like ratings. Mr. Tire deserves over 4.5 ratings based on my first visit experiences.I will keep visiting Mr. Tire and sharing my experiences.

I recently moved to NC from PA, where I had a very trustworthy place to go to get my car fixed. Where people that I knew and that knew me were fixing my car. I knew that they werent going to attempt to screw me out of my money or try and charge me more for something that was a simple fix because of my lack of knowledge about cars. Moving somewhere new, I was nervous about that happening. At Mr. Tire, I was met immediately with kindness and someone who could explain what was wrong with my car to me in simple terms. I asked my mechanic back home what he would have charged for the same fix Mr. Tire was prepared to do for me and it was even more expensive. I ended up just getting a new car (it was about that time anyways), but if I ever run into a mechanical problem in the future, this Mr. Tire will be the first place I will call. Impeccable service, kindness, and willing to go the extra mile.

Did multiple state inspections here with my wife and my car, quick, on time, friendly service. I have to say they even saved me money on tires because I had them under warranty at another place and instead of scaring me in getting extra work, they gave me great advise that ended up saving me couple hundred dollars. Great price! and Great Customer Service! I quoted tires at Costco and Sams. Since Mr. Tire is near my job, I shown them the quotes and they matched the price and gave me a better warranty 80K miles including balance and rotation. As a complementary they also programmed my Honda CRV 2014 Fob keys for free!!!, this made my day and I will be back again with my other cars. Make sure you visit them and give them the opportunity to match any competitor price.

Super quick service, was met immediately at the door, ended up replacing a pressure sensor in my vehicle for free, quoted me $70 without replacing the piece at first. Final charge was barely $50 + a free replacement in what was less than half an hour. 10/10 I will absolutely be back!

Man. This was a very great but no so great day. Came in after having car towed twice bought a new battery. And the engineers told me what I needed and didn’t need. Was riding around for a week not knowing why my tire pressure was showing low and kept putting air in the tire but hazard light was still showing. I pulled up at Mr. Tire thinking I was going to have to wait...not at all a representative was able to diagnose the car and discovered that the tires were not properly diagnosed to indicater. He added air to my tires and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Thanks for your great and quick service!!
