I have taken two cars to them for window tint, paint protection and ceramic coating. I find owner Randy and his son Austin absolutely devoted to delivering a perfect job. I have not been disappointed with any of the services they’ve provided. My third car is currently at their shop awaiting pick up. I can’t wait to see the results. Cant recommend this place enough. Had my windows tinted here initially, and they ended up being slightly higher (cost) than other places I had called. To me quality and standing by your work are more important than a few dollars. Tint looked great when I picked it up, so then I scheduled to have the 3M protective bra and ceramic paint protection added. When I dropped it off, I flagged a very minor issue on the front windows and they re-tinted both of them no questions asked, no argument needed. 100% satisfied with the final product. Randy is great to work with and discuss options and his son executes great, as you can see from the pictures.

The work they did on my 20 Charger is AMAZING! I got the vinyl protection and ceramic coating done. It made the frostbite color pop even more and my vinyl decals look that much more enhanced; plus my rims are way easier to clean. I cant complain about the cost, because it is an investment. The tint work they did also came out great. I definitely want to encourage many more people who Love their vehicles and see them as a investment, to really consider going to this company for work.

Randy knows his stuff! I just purchased a new car. The dealership offers the paint protection film, but were problems with the offer: (1) the dealerships full hood film did not cover the full hood, left a ¼” gap at the edges (2) the price! At Randy’s Tint World, the protective film covered the full hood and was able to do the ceramic coating to whole vehicle at less than the price the dealership was charging for just the protective film. I am very satisfied with the work at Tint World. I most definitely recommend Tint World and I will be a returning customer.

Randy hit home for me while his northern personality may be too much for some judging by few of the negative previous posts. Thats how efficient service is provided. He tells you what quality service he is going to provide and then tells you what the price is and when you need to be there to receive that service. Just had my Mosaic Black on Black ‘21 Traverse RS ppf’d, nano ceramic coated, and ceramic tinted by Randy and Austin’s team. These guys are friendly, professional and exceptional at what they do. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Had my subs and amp installed at this place for $250 2 years ago… they rewired my subs to almost 13 ohms for whatever reason and it fried my amp! Speakers surged with truck off due to a foul wiring job with my line investor that’s supposed to run out of the stock head unit. Instead of running it to the head unit it was ran to the speakers on the left door panel so that the bass only played when it was on the left side of the truck! This job took 4 and a half hours and I am just now figuring out why it took them that long on a 2 hour job. It has costed me $450 to fix they’re mistakes for something that was pretty much plug and play. Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They might can install tint I don’t know but what I do know is that they should never touch a speaker system again.

The owner is very nice, and really cares about his work and your vehicle. He is passionate about his business and will do anything to maintain a satisfied customer. He is honest and transparent, will shoot you straight and still remain professional and friendly... a hard quality to find in a business owner. The owner and operator, Randy Silver, is rude and unprofessional. October of last year, I had the existing window tint removed, and new window tint applied to my vehicle at Tint World - Cary, NC. A few months after the tint was applied, I called to speak with Randy, and I explained that the rear window appeared to have some adhesive that resembled fingerprints. Initially, Randy appeared willing to address my concerns, and he said for me to bring my car by at any time for him or a technician to look at my rear window.When I finally had an opportunity to stop by, I pointed out the area that I previously observed and noted as some obscure smudge or adhesive to a technician and Randy. Randy and the technician explained that this was caused by the way the film adhered to the glass and that they could replace the film, but I would be charged for the replacement despite me having a lifetime warranty with the purchase of my tint. Randy also said that it is likely that the replaced tint will leave the same effect after it has adhered to the glass.While I was frustrated that I would be charged for the service, I asked him about scheduling to get it done in addition to a second window tinting service. Randy said he would only be available to complete both services during the week, and I asked why he would not complete the service(s) on a Saturday since Saturday is most convenient for me. Randy responded and said that Saturday is reserved for vehicles that were receiving a full-service tint job. I questioned why he could not accommodate my appointment scheduling needs as a client and why my services(s) and appointment were not equally important as any other client paying for a service. Randy, in response, became very defensive, rude, and unprofessional. He told me that I could take my business elsewhere if I could not arrange to bring my vehicle during the week.Having gone through this experience, I will not be returning to Tint World - Cary, NC. I advise all potential patrons to take their business somewhere else where they are appreciated and valued as paying clients. (On account of this experience, I would have given this business 0 stars if it was possible to do so.)

My windows done in a 2016 Chevy Silverado with the medium package for which has a 70% UV protection Id love in my truck and it feels like a new truck a summer its brightening truck its so much cooler and I dont have to run the air conditioner nowadays high and lower is low for the temperature to keep the truck cool now and it looks great the guys get a wonderful job and I will be bringing my wifes car up there within the next 2 weeks to have her car done

Poor experience - I wish I could give this business zero stars. Randy makes up prices on the spot. He is very rude to his customers and doesnt know how to talk to people. I would not take my vehicle here. He also doesnt know how to schedule his customers. If you are a low-paying customer and need light work, prepare to wait for a while as he prioritizes high-paying customers. He will try to get you to pay a ridiculous price, I compared his prices with a few other Tint Worlds and he was trying to charge me DOUBLE. Save yourself the time, dont take your car here. Randy is highly unprofessional and money hungry. Dont believe me? Click on the lowest rating reviews for this business and look at how he talks to his paying customers who have had similar experiences.

I liked their service. Tint was expensive for me but it comes with lifetime warranty. Work is done on time.From my experience, after the tint installation there were very small air bubble on three of my windows after two weeks and thanks to their no questions ask lifetime warranty they replaced it. Now all windows look like they are factory installed and I am very happy with their work. I would recommend them.Just a one suggestion to Tint World. Please use better quality Do not roll down windows sticker. When I removed it. It left glue on door panel and it was hard to remove. Other then that job well done. 👍🏻

This place was fast, efficient, and the staff was super friendly. They talked to me about the products and were respectful of my budget. After the install they waited until I had a chance to look at it and go through and make sure I understood how it worked.

I had these guys put paint protection film on the front 1/2 of the car, and then a ceramic coating over the entire vehicle. They delivered as promised. the film looks great, everything was exactly as they stated it would be, and they were on time for both drop off and pick up of vehicle. In the week that Ive had it back, everything looks great.

I had my windows tinted here 12 years and updated last month after moving from Miami. Then also the ceramic coating and paint protective film installed - its beyond beautiful. 6 weeks in there isnt a spec of brake dust on my rims, the cars look amazing after just a rinse with a water hose. You cant go wrong at this location - highly recommend if you car is old or new - its worth having these guys make it better. When I buy a new car, I will be driving directly to them for this ceramic / paint protective work - no doubt.

I would highly reccomend this place and ask for Randy. Iam always late and running around like a chicken with my head cutt off. I called he answered every question told me he could fit me in to come on up..and 2hrs later LATE i showed up and he still had a smile on his face and fit me right in no problem. BUYER BEWARE. This Tint World owner, Randy’s “policy” is to charge the customer in FULL prior to any services being provided and if you cancel, no refunds (card was meant to hold appt.). During my conversations with Randy, this was not discussed at all and I was charged in full without my permission with no invoice or receipt after being charged (did receive their promotional emails, though). I did try to cancel and request a refund but was refused by Randy (he did confirm cancellation). I even told him I did not receive an invoice and he doubled down saying that I did receive it. The next day, John from corporate was able to see my email was supposedly entered in incorrectly. Anyway, to make a long story short; after MUCH unnecessary hassle with Randy and corporate John I was able to get a refund. During this whole ordeal, I was met with unprofessional behavior from Randy and unwanted stress. There have been other accounts of this happening with other customers as well. Please be careful.

This was the second vehicle I have trusted to Randy and his team. They did ceramic window tint, paint protection film, and ceramic coating on my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali. Everything turned out great and on time!

Cant recommend them enough. Quality is top notch. I did get a detailing coupon after the first car in 2018 but they stopped detailing shortly after I was given the coupon. I wasnt able to apply it as a credit to my second tint service but I did get a coupon for another tint discount but unfortunately I dont have a third car that needs tint. Im confident that given their work they will be right there years from now when I need them again and can use this coupon. Randy is the manager and had always accomodated our requests. I trusted them with our car when it had less than 50 miles on it and with our other one with chipped paint thats approaching 200k miles and was extremely satisfied both times. They arent cheap but after years of always getting tint for $150 I took the leap and got the ceramic tint for our car and its not even in the same universe as the cheap stuff. I recommend doing your homework on ceramic tint and considering. I am a happy customer and recommend this place. Thanks Randy and team.

I had used Tint World for carbon fiber tint on my VW GTI back in 2012 and it has held up very well over ~9 years. So I brought my new Tesla Model 3 to Tint World for PPF, Ceramic Tint and Ceramic Coating. The car looks great and the team also made a video with my car for their Youtube Channel. I havent had PPF or a Ceramic Coating before so well see how it holds up.

Had an amazing experience with these guys. I worked with the 2 owners which are father and son. I went to 3 shops before i came here in the same day that had better pricing but the experience and service here was second to none and i had to do business here. I can see why and be comfortable with what i paid because they are amazing with what they do. They are very thorough and upfront about all cost and direct benefits of everything they are selling and installing. I actually must have caught them on a good day because i was able to get in and out in about an hour and minutes. They were very efficient. I am looking at taking my car back and having some audio work completed on it and also taking my other vehicles here to have the tint completed on those guys. These guys dont mind talking to you and they are funny as i dont know what. Will definitely be coming back here and doing all of my business here with these guys. They are also budget conscious, didnt try to show me the most expensive things in the store. Showed me options and let me make the decision by myself on what i would be comfortable with purchasing. Approximately a year ago, I had both my Lamborghini and Ferrari wrapped by the guys at Tint World. The job was so perfect that I felt that I had purchased brand new cars and they have stayed looking like that ever since. Recently, an inch x 1/2 inch piece of wrap webbed up around a rear view mirror on one of the cars. Not only did Randy and Tate fix it under the warrantee ad gratis, but they washed the car and cleaned the rims. Bravo guys, you are the best !!! Italian auto makers, as a final step, should hire you guys to lock in the bling. Thanx......

I simply called to see if I could get a ball-park quote for having audio work done in my car. I was greeted by an employee named Randy who was polite at first. I explained that I understand that he cannot give me a precise price on the work, but I was only trying to get an idea at what I may be looking at. After beginning to explain what I wanted he interrupted to say that he was not going to do this over the phone. He said that he doesnt know what I want and that he would not go further without coming into the store and rushed me off the phone. The website clearly says that you can request a quote and directs you to the store that is closest to you. It gives you the option to include your vehicle information and explain the service that you are seeking. I am not understanding why there was an issue when I called the store to do the same exact thing. If there is a policy that you will not give quotes over the phone then you should make it clear and not confusingly offer customers the opportunity to do so on your website.

I absolutely love the job that they did. I got the windows tinted on my 2018 Toyota Camry. I was in and out in a little over an hour.. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and very nice people. This will be my go to spot for anything else I need!!! Randy is the best.

This place is top notch. From the time you hand them your keys until they hand them back, you feel that your vehicle is great hands. The tech who worked on my truck explained everything he was doing, walked me through so I knew what they were doing, and why they were doing it. Randy is no B.S type of guy. He made my experience a personal one. My vehicle was taking a lot longer then expected and he kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on. I have a few more things I need to have done, and I know where Im going. Randy has EARNED my business from here on out.

I had tint done on my sons 2010 Versa. Its a good safe car so Im happy, and now that Randy and crew put a splash of cool on it my son is happy (-er. Its still a Versa). This is how business should be done. Price quoted was price paid, he told me what he could do and they did it, with quality. They gave me fifty dollars off on special, and threw in a fifty dollar gift card towards my next visit. Solid experience. Thanks!

From my very first inquiry, Randy was quick to respond and was very clearly proud of the work they do, as he should be.Before I had my work scheduled, he was offering for me to stop by his shop and see what he was currently working on and to see some finished work, as well as sending me videos of the team working on vehicles.Anyone researching places to go, just stop here, call Randy, and get yourself booked in.
