Came in because my car was hesitating to accelerate and had a loud road noise/ acceleration noise and they told me I needed a new transmission. My transmission was 800 miles out of warranty so they offered to pay half. They kept my car for a week and I had to contact them every time in order to get an update(my service advisor was rushawn) when I came to pick up my car I felt rushed out and I was told only then that I had a wheel bearing issue which didn’t make sense to not mention before so that I had the option to get it fixed. Pulling out I noticed my car was squealing leaving the parking lot and that the wheel bearing was one of the noises I had been hearing that made me take it in. The hesitation is still there and the problems that I was made to believe was my “transmission” I am sure to be something different. (I park on an incline everyday and the cold weather is exposing it). I called the service manager multiple times the following week to discuss the fact that they misdiagnosed my car, chipped my wheel(which they could’ve easily replaced considering they ARE a NISSAN dealership), and the fact that $1400 out of the $2000 that I was paying was the refundable fee you get back when you send in your old part called a “core charge”. THEY HAVE MY TRANSMISSION. The service manager denied everything even saying he saw no such charge on his paperwork. and didn’t offer to compensate for anything not even my wheel that they chipped while trying to pry it off. I want my car fixed but Im scared to even go to another mechanic because you’re all the same. And you are all going straight to hell

Stated that Probably will not purchase from this dealer in the future only because I am moving to another city. Otherwise, I have been happy with this dealer.Emily was my service rep. She did a great job of working me in on short notice and going to the trouble to walk outside to find me and update me on the status of the service. Great attitude and very pleasant to work with!I brought my car in to fix a flat, with no appointment. I expected to have to wait several hours but I was out in less then an hour and a half. A fix for a recall was also performed during that time.

This is the nicest Nissan dealership I have EVER been to. I recently moved from WA State and was coming in for an oil change after our West Coast to East Coast drive. I have never had a service exerience where they are not pushy or rude, but Ive finally experienced it here! I am normally ignored when I pull in or spoken down to when service suggestions are brought up, but I was definitely treated with kindness here. What a breath of fresh air!

I brought my car in for a recall and to get my brakes checked after hearing noise when I had them done at jiffy lube. Bryan Neal went above and beyond his duty to insure that my brakes were taken care of. He arranged and coordinated with the rep from jiffy lube to get my brakes fixed properly. Your brake tech (don’t remember his name) took pictures and thoroughly explained what the issue was. Bryan also recommended some other maintenance needed and got it all done within one day. If I could give it a 0 I would. Nice customer service AT FIRST but once I started driving my vehicle it went down hill. I would say before you drive off tell them you want a tune up and make sure they do it. Today marks 1 month that Ive had the car I assume I got a email and Ive already had to change all the spark plugs all the coils and transmission fluid and get a oil change. All in a month of getting the car ! I called plenty of times one person said my sales person wasnt there today then I called again they said the sales person no longer works there and then I talked to manager I assume she said she would call me back NEVER DID! I called again cant get in contact with her. Would advise do your research before going with them especially with used cars. I my first question anything wrong with the car he stated no this is a real dealership all our cars are up to date and it just left the shop for a recall everything is good. That was a Lie!Response: she is the one who stated she would call me back and never did! She can contact me since I am the one still waiting answers.

Purchase went fine. Trying to get gap coverage refunded after paying off my vehicle; impossible. Called them 30+ times over the last few months only to be sent to voicemail or told someone will get back with me.Edit: 2 weeks later after review response from owner and no one has contacted me regarding this issue. Guess more of the same lack of communication and follow through after the sale is made.

I brought my 350z in for service all new fluids and spark plugs. I received a call saying that my thermostat failed and needed to be replaced (an extra 500 dollars) I had been driving the car for months without having any overheating problems whatsoever. When I return home I find that my engine bay has been covered in coolant in all the crevices and it wreaks of it now.. I can only assume someone ran it without the radiator cap or forgot to clamp one of the hoses. (More than likely causing the failure of my thermostat) I was offered to bring it back and have them detail it but I don’t know if I trust them to not mess something else up. I’m appalled the whole reason I came to the dealership and paid extra money was because they would keep things tidy and take care of my car. I’m very upset 😭

The buying process was better than easy, it was the joy we all hope it will be when we make the decision to buy a car. There was zero pressure. I gave my offer and it was accepted with no haggling at all. Not one little bit. Coulda knocked me over with a feather. Rick was really great, went out of his way to make my experience perfect. I received an email telling me that I was eligible for an early lease termination. Went to the dealership this Saturday to find out what exactly that meant. To be honest if they did not try to hike up the cost of what I already have as a car lease payment I was prepared to leave with another car that day. However, they didn’t come even close, weren’t even trying to work with me, and were giving me ridiculous rates. We’re talking a Nissan Sentra here, not a Titan. Anyways I’m sad to say that after wasting several hours of my time, then wasting even more of my time because when I got home I realized they never gave me back my registration and I had to drive 30 miles back to the dealer, I am now contemplating whether or not when my lease is up in a few months I go elsewhere. So sad. I’ve been a Nissan owner for over 20 years and my parents for 30+ years and now we are both considering other car options outside of Nissan.

Thank you for your response on why I paid so much to have my tire patched, but why isn’t it covered under the extended wheel and cover protection? My husband has the same protection on his Chevy and his was covered when it happened. My daughter has a Jeep with the same protection which was also covered. I am basically saying I would not recommend your extended coverages.

I love the 2021 Nissan Rogue that I purchased, however had a terrible time dealing with the finance department. It took them two weeks to process the paperwork for my car. I called repeatedly to speak with someone in finance to ensure the loan on my trade in was paid off, no one returned my call, then I drove to the dealership and was told they couldnt do anything since it was after 5pm and to trust them it is taken care of, even though it had not been as of 3 weeks after the purchase of the new vehicle.

Everything went as expected and the service tech was extreamly nice and knowledgeable. The HUGE problem I had was what they charged me. At first, the bill came back as $250. It was suppossed to be $210 + tax or around $225. I asked why the difference and I was told taxes. Well I knew that wasnt right since that would be 19% tax rate. I got another bill after I pressed the expalnation and got a bill of $235. Now thats closer, but the total was $9-$10 off. Iwasnt overly concerned about it, but the more I thought of it why is a dealership stealing $10? It is stealing. I told the representative the correct amount and asked for a breakdown and did not get the correct charge. Just a bad way to represent yourselves. Ill be in the market for a new vehicle and my family has bought 6 different

We purchased our Pathfinder at this Leith Nissan location and the sales personal did a great job.The associate that check the car in kept me on the loop of its progress and called to advice of new services needed while they still had the car. It was perfect since they could do the service right at that time.In the past I had not been pleased at all with Leith Nissan Services and honestly this was going to be the last time I was going to take my car there. Had planned on switching to the Nissan in Durham to avoid the Leith Nissan in Cary. But the service I received really impressed me and changed my mind. Hopefully the 60,000 service will be as great.

Find somewhere else to take your car for service. They WAY overcharge for services. My drain in my sunroof was clogged. This has happened before and the guy who fixed it (free of charge after replacing my windshield) did it in 5 minutes. Nissan charges $132 for this service while you wait an hour for it to be finished.This isnt the only service Ive been overcharged for. Oil changes, brakes, rotars, tires....everything they do is overpriced. Youll save $$ finding someone else.

The service was quick, I just would not recommend the tire and wheel coverage. I had a nail in my tire and was charged $57.41 for a patch. I feel like that is extremely high. I will be taking the car elsewhere if I ever get a nail in the tire.

I had visited this dealership in hopes of finding a new car I met the salesman told him I was in the market for a vehicle his reply was, Everybody says that but, nobody ever buys. Now I can see why. When I finally told him what I was looking for we test drove two vehicles they didnt match my needs. He said hed keep in touch let me know when the inventory changed to fit my needs. That never happened. The communication with their customer service dept does not make it to the Salesforce. The sales guy I dealt with forgot he even talked to me and called me up with another follow-up call and had completely forgotten every detail or that we even had a conversation. Thats not customer service so, I went next door to Honda and bought my new car there. Nissan let this be a lesson to you when someone walks in and says, Im in the market for a car. You should take them more seriously.

Advisor said for me to empty my van of some weight because the lift wouldn’t take the weight. I’m a locksmith if I had to remove locks from my van to get an oil change then go back home and put locks back in my van I would lose money getting and sitting with my van. That is crazy and in my 30 years in business no one has ever said that. So I guess you don’t want my business any longer. He made that very clear.

Do not deal with these crooks. Bought my 2016 Altima brand new from this dealership and have always thought of them as overpriced. Today I took my car in for its 90,000 mile service and have the lifetime oil changes so I asked what else was part of this service and was told a cabin air filter and engine air filter and asked what the cost would be. Was quoted $150+ and refused to get them at that price so the associate then said its required to get this done to keep the lifetime oil changes so I asked what they would be charging for the oil change and was quoted the absolutely ridiculous price of $91.xx. I then went to the parts department and got a quote for the 2 filters of $46. So I had him break down the estimate and was told the cabin is $92 installed($45 labor) leaving $47 for the part which is more than both filters at their parts department. So you get charged more for the parts for choosing to let them do the work. Absolute crooks and unbelievable. I will never give them another dollar of my money.

If you’re looking to get a new car, you’ve found the right place. I worked with Jay to find the perfect fit for me and my pups and he did not disappoint. I walked in on a Wednesday and found exactly what I was looking for, he let me take that baby for a spin and when I got back I decided it would be best for me to take a couple days to actually pull the plug because I’m an impulse buyer and this was a big girl purchase. He came in on his day off two days later to help me finalize everything. He was awesome, kind, and kinda funny (not as funny as me of course) but I’ll give him an A for Effort. Anyways, if you’re unsure about whether you want to commit to a Nissan or not, just forget about being unsure and do it. It’s been a few months of driving this baby and I’m still obsessed. Everyone was truly wonderful. They were kind and patient. Brittany originally helped us when we walked in the door and Kathy ended up helping us finish the sale. Brittany was great in helping us square away all the numbers and answering all my questions. Kathy was very generous in making herself available to help even after the paperwork/ sale was complete. Kathy genuinely wanted to make sure we knew how to operate all the extra features in our new vehicle. She made sure I left knowing she was available to help with any questions I may end up having once I got home. She has even sent a couple text messages checking up on us. We were told they couldn’t find my warranty information, the car had been there before so you would think they had it... Had to call them with the information and was told they still couldn’t find it, said we would call corporate and see what the issue is and we’re told they magically found it. Then they told us that it was one thing that was not covered under the warranty. We said to fix it and leave the old part in the car, there was a note on the paperwork even indicating that! And they did not leave it. The kicker is they also replaced another part which was covered under the warranty but we were still charged. So now we are waiting to hear back from the corporate person. And side note the cooperate person even said I don’t know why they said they couldn’t find the warranty info, it’s right here as the car was purchased through Nissan and everything is through Nissan! Needless to say I seriously doubt I will return here for anything. The first time we had a great experience. The advisor that we were assigned to was not in when we arrived and another person helped us, he came in as we were almost finished, sat down and continued with something on his cell phone. She introduced us to him and he was to busy to be bothered to leave his cellphone to even speak with us....

Oil life was not reset- I noticed and manually reset. The return sticker for the oil change was wrong on the return date and return miles for the next service. Tire pressure was not adjusted being the tires were rotated. I keep veh always clean when picked up i guess it was parked under trees and some residue from birds on it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. At this dealership yesterday, I had a great experience to a horrible situation. Being from Indiana, we were making a trip out to North Carolina and back. Well during our trip my Nissan Rogue had a blown transmission. Not only were we 12 hours away from home, we aren’t the most financially stable so this was extremely an inconvenience for us. Luckily everyone here was amazing. They did all they could to make sure we were able to get home considering we had no other solution except to drive home. Jamie H. was a phenomenal sales consultant, but not only that he was a great person to hang out with for 6 hours! Yes it took extremely long for us to get a car worked out that would be suitable to my situation but I had no problem waiting especially if it meant we were able to leave with a working car. I was able to leave with a 2020 Nissan Versa and a 10 year warranty Markos inspired me to make sure I had. Especially if something like this were to happen again. If it weren’t for social distancing, I would’ve hugged every single person who made it possible that I was able to drive home. Thank you so much Leith Dealership!

Feeling ignored by serval car salespeople, feeling judged ( Black woman, stereotyped as having no credit or cash). Over all I felt as though I mattered; I felt like my time, and my desires were more important then the sale.The bulk, if not all of this wonderful experience should be contributed to the salesman, Steve. He was dedicated, caring, respectful, knowledgeable, he listened and was in no way pushy like a lot of salespeople are. Steve understood what I wanted/needed and did not try to push for more. Well I had my car work on and the service technician his name I think was Tiago Galvagni was one the best technician I had the opportunity to take advice from and I totally trust him and I hope that Nissan would only allow him to work on my Vehicle.

One of the most unprofessional dealers I have ever seen. They cut off a deal and asked me to come the other day to finalize it. Before I could come, they sold it off to an another customer.Very disappointed with how they treat customers.
